Brought in my computer had some big issues, they fixed it to the best of their ability which made the computer useable again. They do great work 👍

Very helpful and accomodating staff. Prices are about what you would expect for the type of service, kind of expensive but results are good and reliable. Staff seems very competent and well informed about technology and computers. Service for me has been very fast and efficient both times I have been. Parking is a bit difficult at this location. They are open at very convenient times and allow you to drop off and come back later if needed. They also buy, sell, and trade computers here.

I haven taken my computers to computer services on several occasions and they were able to repair the computer at a low cost. The main reason Im writing this review, is because two other repair stores had previously told me that it was unrepairable. I dont understand why Best Buy or Office Depot could not have repaired the computer as Computer Services did. I will never take my computer anywhere else.

What a great experience! These guys know computers. My dell laptop would stop working after about 30 minutes the next day it would be fine for another 30. Another company in Ft. O had it for a week then called me and said it needed a new motherboard and they wanted nearly $300 to fix it. I told them no I would just buy a new one and went on home. A friend told me about Computer Services Fast so I took a shot and took it there. They called the next day and told me they could repair the motherboard for $146. It took 2 more days for the repair. That was over a month ago and my laptop is still working like new. In todays world where no one actually repairs anything these folks are a breath of fresh air. Thank you Computer Services Fast!

Very friendly when i dropped off my laptop, told me the diagnostic was free and would call me to let me know when they figured out why it wouldnt turn on. They called me later on that day and told me what it was and how much it was going to be to fix it. One of the cheapest places Ive seen in Fort Oglethorpe. Also one of the fastest and most reliable small businesses Ive come across. If i have any more problems with any computer/laptop that i have, i know exactly where Im going. Great informative people! I traded in my old laptop, had my data transferred, and had my desktop repaired! ...And picked it all up that day! I leaned some stuff too!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I took my tower to them on July 27. It just needed a board replacement and for some reason it kept turning off and they couldnt figure out why. I took it to another computer shop on September 29. 4 hours later its ready to go. The board had been wired backwards. This business will not return voicemails. They will not respond to Facebook messages. I was never less than civil with this lady. I have arrived at this business during working hours and found the door locked multiple times. I even attempted to send her a message so she would know what happened if this issue occurred again and she had already blocked me on Facebook.

Computer Services is always giving me good advice when I ask and helped me get a computer drive working that I could not get to work. Good experience.

My hard drive went out in my computer and I took it to a computer store close to me. He installed a new hard drive but none of my programs and part of my files were gone. I talked to flipping computers and took it to them and they got all my programs back on by re imaging my old drive to the new. Computer was just like it was supposed to be. All programs and files were on it.

I called to get a quote on the installation of a new hard drive on my laptop. The person on the phone was extremely rude and condescending and even laughed at me when I didnt know exactly what hard drive I needed. It was very poor service

I dropped off my laptop a few days before the incident of a window damage to the store front. its been about 5 weeks and the voice-mail states the same message. have left about 10 voice-mails and several emails. no response yet and I need my laptop back.

In a small town its hard to find somebody that wants to help when you have computer problems not everybody can afford a new one these people here know how to get you up and running again
