The most helpful and friendly office I’ve been to! Dr. Bohrman took his time to answer all my questions without feeling one bit rushed to care for his next patient. The office as a whole made me feel top priority. Jen was great almost like my own personal stylist that helped me pick out new perfect glasses. She sat down with me to review my insurance options and explained the best deal for my budget. As a new client this was a fabulous experience.

Most doctors offices are known for rude office staff. Complete opposite here. The ladies at the desk were not your typical cold, emotionless robots. They were so kind and friendly. The doctor was super cool too and somehow made yellow rimmed glasses look amazing to the point I almost bought some! And get this; my 14 year old son came with me and said as we were leaving Thats a really cool place referring to the layout of the store. Really did feel more like a comfortable shopping experience than a cold doctor visit.

I enjoyed my time at Scenic City Eye Care for an eye exam and purchase of glasses. Very modern and hip atmosphere that is presented. The optometrist was thorough in making sure my prescription would be right and it was. The staff was very patient with me while picking out frames, I tried several frames. They also accepted Care Credit Financing which was a plus. Book early in advance for Saturday appointment they get busy, it was well worth the several week wait to see them. I also enjoyed the chocolate square that was complimentary with the purchase of the glasses, (it’s the little things that count) looking forward to maybe a dark chocolate next year! My choice of glasses was their Silhouette rimless with the sunglass clip on. I think this choice was well worth it.

If there was an option to give zero I would have given that. I went to this clinic, signed up with my insurance card, id and filled in the form. They took me in, did my test and I come out to hear that they are not in my insurance network. I had to pay $75 from my pocket just because they did not care to tell me this very crucial information before taking me in for the test. I went to this clinic looking at the reviews but just want to suggest everyone to not rely on their staff.

OUTSTANDING!!I knew they had a very good rating before I went, now I know why. The place was spotless. The atmosphere was fabulous and they were on top of their game. I believe they performed tests on my eyes that Ive never had before, they were very thorough! The doctor made you feel relaxed and comfortable. He did a fantastic job, and Jennifer was over the top helpful in picking out my glasses! At checkout she knew exactly what I had to pay and what my insurance covered, very thankful to have found this place 🙏

I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in about 15 years and recently relocated to Chattanooga a few months ago. Scenic City Eye Care was recommended to me by a friend and current patient, so I gave them a call and set up an appointment. I’ve recently been getting some blurriness and eye strain due to starting grad school a few months ago while working a full time job (in addition to working jobs for the past 15 years that involve staring at a screen all day).The ladies at the front desk that signed me in, helped with the exam, and assisted me in picking out my frames were so fun, friendly, and helpful! Additionally, Dr. Bohrman was great and very knowledgeable. All around a great experience and I highly recommend them and will most definitely be back for any of my eye care needs in the future.

Very impressed with the service and attitude that was shown when I arrived; greeted immediately and with a smile. I had previously called for an appointment and couldn’t get in for a month, but I asked to be placed on the cancellation list and ended up coming in within a week of calling due to someone canceling! The Dr. was nice, professional, and the first to prescribe me lenses for my specific condition. I’ve been given lenses for general eye sight, but Dr. B made sure that I get what I need to see. Thanks very much for the quick, friendly service. 10/10!

They were so kind to look into our new insurance for us as our card had not arrived in the mail yet.Dr. Bohrmans practice is impeccably clean and the decor is very appealing. His exam was thorough and he really listened to our needs. I was extremely impressed with how he provided contacts for our son during the appointment and placed them with care and checked for a proper fit. Back in Michigan we had to order the contacts and wait 4 - 6 weeks, so it was a pleasant surprise to be able to walk out with new contacts that day!Thank you all for the great care and treatment!
