I rarely write reviews but Splendid Printing is exceptional. I prefer to write detailed reviews as I believe they are the most helpful to new customers.My company is located in a different state and we had an urgent meeting come up with a local client. We needed 15 presentations printed and binded and delivered to them immediately. I knew it would be a challenge to find someone to accept this request, and to be honest, I was worried that it wouldnt be able to get done.After calling a few places, I called Rick and explained my situation. I knew it was a time crunch and being that I wasnt able to get him the presentation until 2pm, (the client was at the office until 4pm), I would have understood that it couldnt be delivered same day.After speaking with me, Rick wanted to help. He was incredibly kind, patient and didnt waste time. We hung up a little after 2pm and at 4pm, I was notified that the presentations were delivered at the clients office by 3:40pm!!!!! No joke. I am not making this up.I am not only impressed but incredibly grateful for Rick helping me out. Writing a review to express my gratitude was the least I could do! Thank you, thank you, thank you for providing me a miracle!!!To anyone looking for an excellent printing company, that not only is about quality but actually values customer service, I highly recommend Splendid Printing!
