I came in to the Chattanooga Hamilton Place Mall MAC location and asked for help. The cashier only helped one person for the next 20 minutes. Five other women of color were standing around asking for help. Maddisons response was, Im still working with this other customer.I had time to stand here and write this review. I have still not been acknowledged. Rethinking if MAC should get my money at all. All 5 other women left.

How can I make an appointment when no one ever answers the phone there? Ive used this particular location for over 10 years and it seems like the quality of customer service has declined. I dont know if this is due to management or poor staffing. please fix.....I love my MAC experiences, but you guys are letting me down.

Wonderful customer service. I love the new Powder kiss Moisturized Matt lipstick. No chapstick needed. Awesome make up artists. They made me look like an influencer model on Instagram!
