Love the merchandise and availability of different coolest fonts when it comes to monogram! The most important is that monogramming process takes only 10 min . The owner is very helpful, communicative and meets all the customers needs!

I hate the bag I just bought. I told him I wanted hot pink letters like the trim on the bag. He used fluorescent light pink. I looked at it while he was sewing and commented that it didnt look like a dark pink. He stated it will match, dont worry. In the light of day it looks horrible. Not what I asked for. Just waisted my money. My daughter recently bought one and the lettering was crooked. Not a good buy. Sorry I did it.

I ve been customer in this store for 5 years. Best place to shop for suitcases, duffle bags, diaper bags, nice backpacks, with variety of lunch bags and many many more. very colorful store with very helpful workers. Most importantly enjoyed MONOGRAM services that David (store owner) did it for me. David provides wonderful costumer service and even helps me out on last minute quick gifts. love love love it.
