Just tried this place over the weekend and it was a hit! The ice cream consistency is thick and creamy which we love. And the flavor combos are really good! Good prices for the amount and toppings. New favorite ice cream spot for us.

Just tried this place for the first time. My girlfriend and I both got ice cream and we loved it. It was nice and creamy, and not too sweet. Very chill atmosphere inside. The owner seems like a really good guy and the customer service was awesome!

Just wow!!! Watching the ice cream being made was cool enough but then the taste was phenomenal... like when you were a kid and your grandparents made homemade ice cream--not overly sweet (like Sonic or DQ)--just right, and SO FRESH.To top it off the people who own and run it are so kind--its their business and they clearly care about their customers and want to please-- such a refreshing change from the commercial franchises. Here, the owners arent hiring kids who get no training, low pay and dont care. Instead the owners are the operators and workers, and it shows in the quality and the atmosphere. We will be back!

The absolute best Ice cream in Chattanooga. I take my son to ice cream once a week and no other place compares to this one. It is so delicious.

I wanted to try it so I paid the 12ish dollars for a shake, Im easy and open minded but wasnt impressed, I had fallen asleep waiting on it, the menu on the chalkboard must have been written during an earthquake, the venue, the joint, whatever shouldnt smell like mop water, maybe, just maybe, I will visit a 2nd time but unlikely.

This is my go too boba and ice cream shop. They have the best flavors and nicest staff. I highly recommend stopping by if you need a treat. Im a fan of rolled ice cream and they have so many interesting flavors. If you are a coffee fan I recommend their coffee flavored ice cream it pairs really well with their fruit syrups. Love this place so much!

We stopped by today for the first time and tried the boba tea. It was so good! The lady who waited on us let us try the different flavors since it was our first time. She was very nice. We even got a coupon to use next time. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place. We are excited to try the rolled ice cream next time

Love the bubble tea a little pricey but worth it

Strawberry milkshake was really good. Told the wife I am not sharing next time. It is not full of sugar like Sonics. Rolled ice cream was ok, just not my thing. Will have to try their bobba and fruit slushes next time.

The flavors are great. The mix ins are blended into the cream while it is cooling down. It is then rolled up and placed into a paper bowl. Then they add up to 3 additional toppings of your choice. They have water in a water cooler and paper cups. There are many pre-constructed mixes, some with clever names. You are welcome to change the items in the pre-mixes or create your own custom mix. Very friendly and helpful staff to explain, asking if youve been there before so they know how much explanation they need to give.

The green tea ice cream was great the customer service is to the Maxx to make sure u understand and get what u like or will enjoy

Brought my 8 and 6 year old daughters to try this place. They loved watching the hole process and rolling the ice cream. I highly recommend this to just about anyone who wants to try something new. A lot of variety of ice cream and toppings. It is about $6 per person.

8F is, hands down, my favorite boba tea place. The rolled up ice cream is super delicious and you can pretty much get whatever your heart desires in it. One of the reasons the boba tea is so good is because you automatically get 2 options of boba balls and/or flavored jellies. Ive never had a flavor I didnt like.They also use the Clover app for discounts and free stuff, so if you already use that, just make sure you get your codes from your receipt!

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. It was a bit pricey and not at all what I expected (Brewsters, Baskin Robbins etc..). It may have been better than what I am used to but when we left, neither of us felt like our Ice Cream itch had been scratched. 2 people @ $14.00

This place is awesome!! Really amazing ice cream, surprisingly creamy, with fresh fruit ingredients (and cookies, etc!) It was fun to watch it be made, and the options seemed endless for combinations. I cant wait to go back to try the Bubble teas, since they have a lot more flavors and toppings available than where I usually get mine. And really friendly, helpful staff too! Overall, couldnt be happier, a new favorite! ♥

Pretty awesome rolled ice cream and pretty reasonable prices

This place is great! They have fast service and good boba tea(it was sweet like boba tea should be but not headache inducing sweet), great for their price. Their staff is impressive as well and very friendly! I clumsily spilled my drink and not only were the patient considering the mess I made they even offered to make me another one. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is amazing! Im happy there is finally a good roll up ice cream place in town. Great price.. 3 toppings included. So many flavor choices and they have shakes, drinks and even mochi. Ill be back. The staff were so friendly too.

Just left this awesome establishment and man am i impressed. You want fresh and homemade. It happens right in front of your eyes and then its rolled up like a burrito and served in a cup. Excellent topping choices, ice cream recipe, and service. Thanks for the great experience

Unique dessert experience with an almost overwhelming selection of flavor and topping combinations to choose from. The staff was very welcoming and patient as my three children ordered, even though it was extremely busy at the time. They offered samples of toppings, explanations, and suggestions! Well be back!

The Matcha Lady (Matcha and Strawberry) rolled ice cream was awesome! It wasnt too sweet, but also wasnt bitter. It was very refreshing! One bowl was large enough to share, and the price is very reasonable for the ammount of ice cream you get. Watching it be rolled up is fun and cool, also!

Awkward set up. Run by a bunch of kids who talk and talk about their own drama. The owner was the nicest and seemed to really care about the business. The ice cream was extremely hard to eat. The plastic spoon broke trying to eat it.

The ice cream was decent but not anything special for the price, and the people are rude and not at all friendly...no tip for them.
