My experience with Chattanooga Mattress & Futons exceeded my expectations! I was searching the market for a quality queen size futon. I stumbled across this store on Google. I was a bit hesitant initially...however I addressed my concerns with Brad (owner), and I must say he held up his end of the bargain. I bought a mattress here today. I had planned to go to American Freight, but we bought our futon here so we decided to visit. Ended up getting a deal with same day delivery that I have verified is the best price with multiple places including the first place I had planned to visit. We took an excellent and easy credit option. We received our bed already today. Very happy with our futon and new bed!Update Edit* was 5 star and is now a 2While the first post was true and the futon is still going great, I have had a terrible experience since. The mattress I bought had a huge dent in it within 10 months. They are supposed to be covered for that for 1 year. So they brought me a new one, but it was not the same as the first one. Its harder and not as good quality overall. Its much more firm. He offered to replace it again, but why bring the wrong one to begin with? It had already taken him multiple calls and about 2 months to replace it. Also, I was thinking even though its cheaper, it may last better since the first one didnt go well. Nope. The replacement has practically fallen in on the right side about the length of my leg. So, 2 mattresses failing, a wrong replacement, and taking waaay too long to replace the first one results in this being changed to 2 stars.I wont be buying anything else from this place, despite that my futon is great.
