Dan went above and beyond, he delivered the best repair and customer service you could ask for. The torsion springs were replaced and Dan did some other adjustments to make sure our garage door was working perfectly. Thank you!

Other companies wanted to upsell me on a new garage door, but Chattanooga Garage Door was the only place in town that actually knew how to fix my type of garage door because they service so many different types and brands. I had been nursing the garage door system for the past several months because of finances being tight. However the second spring finally broke and I had two vehicles trapped inside. I called Chattanooga Garage Door Services because they opened the earliest of all their competitors and remained open the longest. Obviously a hard working company. My gamble paid off a thousand fold. A person answered the phone on the second ring, heard my problem and set an appointment for the morning of the following day. Earlier than expected a repairman showed up and in a couple of hours he had replaced the springs, the motor and guide rail, electrical system and lubricated the existing parts all for a low price that shocked me beyond belief. I feel truly blessed that I played my hunch on a company that had long service hours. I highly recommend this company. They have made me a customer and representative for life.
