Local glass and aluminum company that has done many things downtown and around. Very helpful staff...and great company to work with so far. Dont get on the Dead Beat list though, pay your bill!

Terrible customer service. They were prompt to give me a quote, but failed to inform that they werent going to accept the job. They had their reason for it, but it wasnt until I called that I was informed about it. Time was wasted thinking they were going to reach out. Time that could have been used to find another company. I was warned not to use them, but I wanted to give them a chance. Lesson learned.

I had a commercial metal and glass door that was dragging when it closed.I got several estimates but used Ross. They were punctual, polite, and priced lower because it only needed two simple and easy to install pieces. Another company wanted to charge me for an expensive item that wasn’t needed. I can comfortably recommend Ross. They were recommended to me by one of our glass companies. Thank you for doing a good job.

Great people, reasonable price

Almost a year and a half ago we bought a shower door and had it installed by Ross Glass, the price came to $2,226.89 which seemed like a lot to me. Anyway, the installer was a guy named,Shane Sims. Since they did glass work I asked if they could reseal our sun room which was leaking. He told me sure. He came back a day or two later with another guy and fixed it. He charged me $1960.00 . I thought that was a lot but he also said he was going to rebuild our ramp from the sun room, my wife is in a wheelchair. The next time it rained the sun room leaked much worse then it did before. I called him up and he admitted they didnt actually fix it, they just pressure washed it. But he said he was coming back to fix it and to build the ramp. Awhile passed and I called im again and he gave me the run around, but he said he would be there within a week or so. He never showed up, but I called him a few weeks later he told me some story about how God had talked to him and he and his wife talked and decided to make it up to us. Not too much later he even brought over the sealant for the sun room and said the next time the weather was supposed to be dry for three days he would be here to do the sun room and the ramp. Well that has been almost a year and half now. Still no sun room repaired or ramp built. Im out $1940 for nothing!!!! I would definitely steer clear of this company and especially Shane Sims! By the way, I have canceled checks in case anybody thinks this is not true.
