We were very pleased with both Chase and Chris. Both were very helpful and professional. So far, my husband really likes his new hearing aides and with the special care and help Chris provides, I’m sure he will be happy with them in the future.

I found the office receptionist, Chase welcoming, professional and efficient. My test was done by Chris who was professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. Explained the test very well beforehand and was compassionate and efficient. After test, Chris explained the results in terms I could easily understand. While I do have some damage, I do not need aides at this time. Chris was very upfront and honest with me. The visit to this office was for a second opinion due to my dissatisfaction with my first test at a different Beltlone Center. I highly recommend Beltlone Hearing Center on Lee Highway in Chattanooga, Tn.

First of all Id like to say how I was greeted when I walked into the office, everybody very friendly. My specialist was very helpful in answering questions that I had even before I ask the question. He explained to me the pros and cons for each device that he showed me. Overall a great experience!!

I was aware that I had hearing loss due to a Black Flag concert in 85 where I was pushed up against a wall of speakers by the mosh pit. Since then, I have had tinnitus, and the ringing in my ears at times can be annoying. Still, I listen to music/podcasts/videos very loudly daily, through both headphones and my many stereos and bluetooth speakers. Music is extremely important to me, soothing me. It regulates my brain. Its my self-care passion. My children have always joked that I need a hearing aid. I really wanted to go because I had heard that using Q-tips could push the ear wax down and injure your ear.I was amazed, after an interesting detailed hearing test, that I do indeed have damage. I have no ear wax at all, yet Christopher Ashcroft explained the science behind it, which was fascinating. He explained that the neural cilia in the ears, once damaged, can never be restored nor healed [at least not yet in science].He explained further that my hearing would continue to deteriorate [I am 54 and work in a busy, noisy environment with lots of distractions]. As my hearing may even be more important to me than my vision, I was so happy to hear that my BCBST had a great arrangement with Beltane, as I knew hearing aids are expensive. I would definitely want a good one that connects to my Samsung Galaxy 10-plus, allowing me to be a cyborg and eliminating headphones! That greatly appeals to me. As a single mother, I was concerned about affording it yet I was surprised to learn that it will be affordable for me. I am actually very excited about this, especially knowing that, though my loss was never be regained, it can be stopped from further damage and deterioration.
