Needed an open high limit device for an elderly customer who was without heat. Two screws hold this part in the Trane furnace. They would not sell it to me because I was not a heat and air contractor. They will not sell to the public. Ordered it on Amazon prime for $17.00. Took the lady a kerosene heater. I will not use this company for anything.
