After some searching over the internet Chattanooga tractor had the most competitive price I could find in the state of Tennessee. We worked with Kevin over the phone on establishing both tractors we were interested were in stock were provided with a quote from there. The process was a breeze and was great chatting with the group of guys they had working at the shop. They were very informative and gave me a run down on all the bells and whistles on the tractor along with Service intervals. I look forward to doing business with them again! Thank you !

Had a fuel line crack on a 5610 Ford. I called and the part was ordered and at their shop in two days. I live about 2 hours away and could not get there by closing Saturday, ( didnt want to wait for it to be shipped to me). They placed the part in an after hours pick up place and I got my part no problem. It was the correct part with all the fittings and o rings. I was very happy and the tractor is now running just like before. I have both a Ford NH and a Massey, so will probably be calling them again. This was my first experience with Chattanooga Tractor.

Bought a new Massey there, great experience, hands down best price around on a 2600 series. Kevin was my salesman and was absolutely great to work with. Did not have any bs to deal with he was very quick and kept me in the know through your the purchase. Plan on purchasing a new zero turn next year there due to the experience. This place is top notch. I trust them with all my repairs and service. They aren’t the cheapest in town but they do exceptional work.

First time to visit and probably my last. I went in and passed three employees grouped together talking. Not a one asked if I needed anything. While I was looking at the trimmers, two employees passed me again not offering any help. So I looked at what I wanted and figured I would spend my money somewhere else. I checked at another local store that sold the same brand trimmers and they were out of stock. Not wanting to drive thirty minutes to another store I called back to Chattanooga Tractor and asked to talk to manager to find out how to get service in the store. The person that answered the phone said the manager was not at his desk but took my number and said the manager would call me back. Twelve hours later no call back. I can only assume the employees learn by example. Horrible customer service.

Worst experience ever. First it took them over a week to do an inspection after they told me it would be done the next day. Second, they quoted me a ball park $180 for a basic inspection and then call and tell me its almost $300 because it was level 2 diagnostic which I never asked for or approved. Then when he calls to go over the inspection, he doesnt even mention the engine. So I ask is the engine ok? and he says oh we couldnt get it started because the battery is dead. Seriously??? So the inspection is complete but you never even ran or drove the tractor??? Then on the service estimate they quote me approx. $600 for misc charges - oil disposal, shop rags, etc. Then for the absolute last straw, I call them for a fluid/filter change for my subcompact tractor: $900. Call two other dealers: both $500. So believe it or not, Im selling my Mahindra tractor and will probably buy a Kubota strictly because I wont be at the mercy of one dealer like this because the next nearest dealer is an hour and forty min. drive.

Rented a skid steer and brush cutter. The equipment ran for about 45 minutes before having fuel pump issues. I alerted the office, they sent out a tech who couldnt do anything, I had to have it towed back and they tried to charge me over $350 for an hour of use. No concession, no apology, no offer to send me a working unit. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Good work, but no one is in a hurry.My zero turn lost hydroponics, so I started calling around. One place told.me they could get to it in 4-5 weeks, Chattanooga tractor said probably 4-5 days, so thats where I dropped off my machine.. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I called them. I dont know when work on my mower started, but it would be 6 weeks before I got the call that everything was done.Id say that the price was fair and the work seems to have been done well, it just ended up being a broken drive belt. Im lucky that I do not depend on my mower to make a living, but even for a residential user, a 6 week turn around for a simple fix seems ridiculous.

Shopped all around in four counties. Chattanooga Tractor had the best deal on Mahindra tractors. Bought a compact with a cutter, box blade and grader for $500. less than anywhere. Jon is the guy to talk to. He is honest, straight up and willing to work within your needs and budget. I give them 5 stars easily.

Called for a quote on a brand new tractor and was told I would be called back in 5 minutes, never received a call back. Called again today and the person I talked to laughed when I told them what happened to me last week I told him I didnt think it was funny at all. Bad service and you wont ever get any business from me or mine. Didnt leave a bad review last week. It was the guy chuckling this week that got you this review. He said it wasnt him, he was off last week. You know who you are. Wrong way to deal with prospective customers.

This rating has nothing to do with the workers,just those managing repairs of equipment bought at this facility,I think they have too much going on to really care for us who bought equipment at this facility, I bought a zero turn mower from this dealership and I have a small lawn care business, my mower has been down for 6 days due to abnormal engine vibration but I was told it would be checked out late Wednesday or early thursday of last week, i had to call them,with no call back,no call or text even when technician had my mower to see if i wanted certain worn items replaced,spoke to a nice gentleman in the business office who got the ball rolling a little faster, my paperwork was just sitting on someones desk,which means another day down, still here it is Tuesday did not call intentionally to see if they would call me,not one peep,I have loyal cutomers,but 6 days waiting for a mower can be frustrating and mean a lose of business for Me!

They really try

I wouldn’t take my toy tractor to them. Spent over 5000 dollars to get brakes and few other things fixed. Took months to get back and several thing were wrong and they return it and now they say they didn’t cause that to not work. PTO wont cut off emergency brake doesn’t work several small things worked when they got it but now they don’t. worst customer service ever.

Very Helpful and Friendly staff I purchased my Chainsaw from them and will be back for more equipment in the near future.

Recently took my tractor for normal servicing (oil change,, filter replacement and replacement of fuel filters) and to also fix a known fuel leak problem. After speaking with Tanner we agreed on the servicing and the overhaul of the fuel pump in the amount of $1,200. Three days later I get a call from Tanner stating the fuel tank needs cleaning and possibly replacement, the radiator needs cleaning, and a few light bulbs need to be replaced. The new amount is now $2,300 with a $700.00 fee in the other column. I asked where did the $700 fee come from and could not get a reasonable explanation (all I could get was servicing fee). By the way, their labor shop rate is $96.00 per hour. I told Tanner no way on the amount and he needed to make adjustments, the next quote had $588.00 in the other column. At that time I felt a good hosing and asked if I just get the fuel pump overhauled how much would the bill be. It came to $1,200. So, all I got was the fuel pump overhauled. No oil change or filters replaced, which I will do myself now. Oh, and to top it off, my tractor left with the seat cushion attached to the seat and when I paid the bill I checked the tractor to assure I had a replaced fuel pump and the seat cushion was gone. Naturally, they had no idea what happened to it.After posting this review, Nick called me within two hours and was concerned that I was not happy with the level of service I received. After several minutes of conversation back and forth, Nick said I was being reasonable and that they had drop the ball on communicating clearly. I told Nick that the seat was not that important, however, he was insistent on making things right and replaced the seat. Conner, who is over the service department called a week later and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome, and I assured him I was.To be clear, the service was done professionally and on time. I certainly appreciate Chattanooga Tractor recognizing an issue and making sure the customer was satisfied, most companies fail in this area. Nick and his staff, with their actions, have kept me as a customer.Thank you Nick, Conner and Tanner.

Today I stopped to get some parts for my snapper zero turn mower. Kel Topping, the parts guy that helped me went way out of his way to help me. I broke a sliding bracket for my seat and he spent about 30 minutes calling about 4 different people to track it down because the part number that was in the book was wrong. WoW all that for a $5.00 part. They made me feel like I was important to them. I have and will recommended them to anyone I can. Thank you

Unfortunately I am forced to leave at least one star. This place is the biggest joke of a service department on lawnmowers if the has ever been one. I have had to customers come to me with there mowers after picking it from them for them to tell them they need new engines. I fixed both of them for less that $200. And could clearly tell that they havent even touched a screw on them to do any kind of diagnostics to them. Very sorry company. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Stay far away

Faulty equipment and never takes responsibility for issues.1st mower had to be replaced within 2 months of purchasing due to issues and 2nd mower has been in the shop after the first week of mowing season with less than 12 hours on it.We regret spending more than most people spend on a vehicle with this company to be treated the way we have from a customer service standpoint as well as financial standpoint as issues always seem to not fall under warranty completely and we have been expected to come out of pocket for mechanical each issue.Highly advise taking business elsewhere for anyone in the market to purchase lawn equipment.

Here is an update about my purchase and satisfaction. My tractor spent a month in the shop for a shifter boot that wont stay on and a charging problem on the electrical system. I got my tractor back with the wrong shifter boot and bezel. The charging problem was because someone at the factory didnt put a nut on the starter to hold the battery cable on. I still had to make my monthly payment even though I didnt have my $62,000 tractor for a month. The shifter boot is off again. I would not buy from this dealer or from new holland! New holland wont have to worry about me being a repeat customer! Ill buy a Deere or Kubota next time!

I had cash for a mower i was willing to pay 14k was even thinking about getting a walk behind too. I wanted to demo a ferris to see how the Suspension did. i call on a Thursday it was late they were about it to close i apologized well the salesmen hung up on me when the lady tried to transfer. I called back and left a message. The following day i was waiting for a call back 10 am rolls around nothing, i call them they act like they will have a demo for me so we just went down there so speed the process up, they gave me the run around im about 75% sure the used car salesman of a salesman they have down there lied to my face . He was obviously unhappy he had to help me. He told me they would have a demo ready on monday, well its Tuesday and i havent heard anything. ... guess Im going to take my 20k and go to scag and get treated like a person

Spent over $20k. Was promised a new battery by the Sales Manager. Was not done. Battery failed, notified business, no call back. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

They cant even ship a package dont know how they sell equipment. Must be the computers actually making the progress. Very disappointed in their business.
