I wanted to leave a awesome review for adore me at Hamilton place. To start off the store is always so clean and comfortable. All the workers I ever run into are always so helpful. I do want to brag about Deb, I thought I didn’t need help finding anything until Deb came to the rescue. She assisted me with picking the best bras and panties and I’m so excited about them. Deb was very honest and knowledgeable about all the products and had no problems getting me the perfect size. When I go back to shop at Adore Me, I will forever look for Deb!

I visited Adore Me for the first time yesterday and I was very impressed! Iris and Hillary both were amazing! Iris helped to fit me and was very respectful of my personal space and asked for consent and explained what she was doing before ever even touching me! I had my toddler with me and she even went above and beyond to interact with him and be playful while I was shopping. He loved her! Both Iris and Hillary continued looking for items while I was in the fitting room and Hillary made me feel comfortable enough to have her come into the fitting room and give feedback on how everything fit. I absolutely would recommend this store to any person looking to build their confidence with their body type, or even just to have cute, comfortable underwear! Will definitely be back!

The mall is fine but the surrounding facilities are not pedestrian friendly. No sidewalks for walking to and from restaurants and bars, etc. Barely a crosswalk anywhere.

Hamilton Place shopping mall is huge. Just about every major store you can think of.

Nice mall clean with plenty of variety. Food court was clean and well maintained. Restroom facilities were also clean very well kept.

Adore Me is absolutely amazing! I went there for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. I was fitted and shopped for while waiting in the fitting room. The two ladies found everything I needed and worked to make sure fit correctly. I can’t go on about the customer service enough. The store was even busy so it meant a lot to be paid attention to. I would highly recommend and I’ll be back for sure.

Mall security is a joke. Decent selection. Good overall with added businesses and restaurants on property outside of main mall. Banana Republic is a go to.

This is a really nice mall. One of the nicer malls that Ive been too, and they offer a ton of good stores for people of all ages and people who make be looking for all sorts of things. Theres great restaurants in the areas too, and chances are youll find what youre looking for if you come here. Its a pretty large mall and the stores themselves are huge on their own. They have department stores, general stores, and more. Glad we decided to stop here because I was able to get a lot of stuff at good prices fromthe stores I wanted. Only drawback would be that its hard not to spend money if you come here.

Today I saw Hamilton place mall security. First I saw a 60 to 70 year old white woman... I do not know if she would be able to save anyone in a life threatening event.. She was doing her job and could call for backup... But the only other security I saw was a a 20 something black girl her phone listening to ear buds and singing some lame rap around 12:20 at the food court intrece if anyone at Hamilton place would like to look into it (there are cameras every where).

This review should actually be for Cajun express. Awesome food! Helpful people. Definitely recommend

There was a wide variety of stores and places to eat. It is sort of like a maze but they have a direction sign. I rarely go there so it not anything against them.

Love the place. Its clean and has a good size indoor play ground for the kids.

I came here with my boyfriend while we were in Chattanooga for the weekend. We spent about 90 minutes here walking around, shopping, and looking around, and we had a good time. Why only four stars, you ask? The traffic pattern here is HORRIBLE! We had a hard time getting out of the parking lot, and ended up making a wrong turn because we couldnt get to the lane we needed. We had fun overall. If we ever find ourselves back in Chattanooga, Im sure well come back.

Nicely laid out shopping mall with a lot of places for massages relaxation. Plenty of restaurants surrounding the mall as well as entertaining options like escape rooms. Great way 2 spend some time before checking in to your hotel or to just do a little shopping.

Just about any store you could think of needing to visit. It is fairly well marked when it comes to maps and bathrooms. Plenty of choices in the food court. A good way to waste sometime on a slow day.

I really love This mall it makes me and my family’s day and really brings us together... this is a great family bonding experience and I recommend spending the day at this mall!

Went to a table knitting class @ Michaels. Iwas the only 1 to show up so I got 1 on 1 instructions. It was so easy. So easy if i could do it any1 could do it. The lady [i forgot her name] was so nice. She was patient and showed me the same thing probably 3 or 4 times till i got it. She even got to do the project with me. I got to see the diffrence in beginner (me)🤣 and more advanced (her). What my blankets will look like as I get better. Thank you Michaels for offering projects like these for people like me. I cant wait to take more classes. My girls and I attend Michaels Make Break classes on Sat 1-3 often.

We absolutely LOVE going to this mall. There’s a great selection of stores and all the food in the food court is reasonably priced for what it is you’re getting. However, I have to give it four stars because my husband got shot there once. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic, family friendly place to go!

Hang 2 win will steal 2 dollars from you.... This game apparently costs $12. Oh well hopefully my 2 dollars makes them super rich!!! Just wanted to share my experience. No management available to discuss or even call shady...

Loved the mall and some of the stores! We were visiting from out of town and usually visit this mall when we come to the area. The most recent time, we went into the college store. It was only us and the one person working. There was no greeting and we were watched the whole time we were in the store. With everything going on in the world, we should not have to worry about being profiled, but unfortunately there are some ill minded people. As an alum of the University of Georgia, I love supporting stores like this, but not with the attitude and treatment we received at this store. Never again will I visit that specific store and will be sure to tell my fellow classmates.

I absolutely LOVE this mall! Amazing! So many stores and very good prices! The food court was a little small, but there were so many restaurants outside the mall it was ok! This is the very best mall I’ve ever been too! There were so many stores here! Also it was very clean and nice and all the employees were very nice! I read a couple scary reviews about security issues but when I went today I didn’t notice anything bad! I definitely recommend this place! 😊

When men go to the store to get something we get it and get out my wife asked me to go to JC Penneys and get her something, I couldnt find what I was looking for, I asked three different employees there, and they would just point, finally a young girl came and asked if she could help, I told her what I was looking for and she took me to where they were, none to be found, she checked in the back, none, checked the computer, it showed 4, could be anywhere in the store, she ordered me a couple from there web site, she went out of her way to help, I tried 2. Times to call the manager and he would not come to the phone, I just wanted to let him know what a good employee he has working for him

It was very nice today. The traffic was not heavy. The morning was cooler out so it made it nice to go shopping.

Several good places to shop here. TJ Max is my favorite for clothes. The prices are good for the clothes brands and types. Usually I can find very nice pieces for less than the usual price. The other shop that is a great stop here is Rock Creek. They have a great selection of outdoor gear with local guide books and knowledge making them a worthwhile outfitter to shop.

I loved it. I am a former resident of Chattanooga and I was so happy to walk and shop and eat at Hamilton Place. Happy to be home!

The mall on a Saturday... should say it all. However employees were outside tending to trash, on top of keeping tables clean and ready to fill for customers. Bathroom, the ladies for sure, was clean, stocked, and In proper order even with the huge volume of people at the mall and being in the area of the Oasis ( I am old, it will always be the oasis to me) part of the mall. Where we locals know it is extremely crowded in the dining area ALWAYS. Bringing me to Oasis over all. All the places we picked were fast and most prices are fair. Restaurants ranging from having a dollar menu to those places you love so much you just give them your card as long as you get that amazing chicken, sandwich, pizza, ect...They can have it kinda goodness!!! The benches are spaced well throughout the mall for the men like my husband... A wife and two daughters, you better find a seat and get comfortable. Plenty of security on staff and officers stationed outside. As for parking, parking is parking at a mall. You win some you lose some.

My father and I went to get lunch and get new shoes. We had a variety of cultures of foods to choose from, and the one we chose was still delicious. When we finished eating we went to Finish Line and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we wanted a shoe to try on they brought it to us immediately. We had a great experience, and went home extremely satisfied. Great job!!

This mall was great had all the stores you need. I ended up coming here twice in a row. Got shoes my fiance got her eyebrows done and we hot some good food and then watched a movie!

We love this mall! The location is so convenient! The selection of stores is awesome! Every time we visit our family in Chattanooga we end up going there. Even on Christmas Eve we have been able to find last minute gifts with no real difficulty. I would definitely recommend this mall if youre in the Chattanooga area.

Big Mall for east TN. A lot of stores like most other Malls. Has two levels of shopping & doesnt have indoor parking. But good place. If you like all those vindors in the Mall this one will be for you a lot of them selling all kinds of stuff. Couple of good places to eat in the food court. Wish they had more outdoor stores in Hamilton Place.

If you even remotely want this mall to ever thrive again, you will stop closing the doors at 7pm. Many people are just getting off work at this time. This is poor management to say the least. You can not continue to blame this on Covid!! It’s poor management.

Some people dont wear their mask even the employees. Come on we dont want to catch Covid. To many people being crowded up.

Pretty decent mall. Seems to be well kept. They have a little play center for kids, so we always make an effort to stop by. Downside is that it is always packed, and some parents dont do a good job of monitoring their children or checking to see if their even too big to be allowed in.

Hamilton Place is a great mall in a nice location. Theyre continuously adding new stores, like H&M! The food court is alright, but the true gem of the mall is the Barnes & Noble. Its neat that its connected to the mall so you can enter in through B&N and smell Starbucks coffee. Its really festive during the holidays as well! Its also surrounded by many restaurants.

It was black Friday and packed, the mall had great buys if you looked. But to get out of the mall was horrible, they should of had more police at the lights. The lights on the way out were timed poorly . Most of the shops had there prices and discounts clearly marked. I would definitely recommend going.

Hello world, Im a middle aged male. Not your average mall fly. However, Ive done the father of a family of young ladies who are. As a the male responsible for taking my crew to Hamilton Place Mall. I find that theres things in or around the mall the keeps my attention while I wait. The staff is very attentive to my needs, questions about what and where are answered quickly and helpfully. I recommend this area to anyone visiting Chattanooga for vacation or shopping.

H R Block at Hamilton Place Finally Ive achieved something with my taxes.. Ive been dealing with one in Cleveland and couldnt even get a return phone call until a week later... I hope its finally resolved. Will be following Ms Betty G from now on she is very knowledgeable and spotted 2 things of clerical error that held my refund back weeks now. Thank you Ms. Betty G.. Always enjoyable inside. There are some crazy drivers on the inside ring. Watch out for those. Parking spaces are always available. Its growing still and a Cheesecake Factory is underway. Good shopping!

Plenty of parking but you could be a ways out since the building is in an L shape so the corner shops parking gets a bit crowded. Since Toys R Us closed it is a little lighter on that side. The light at the exit by El Mason is kind of quick so traffic can get backed up trying to get out of the area.

Has it all .. very popular for Black Friday people tore up this shoe store for half price shoes

Extremely large two story shopping center Mall, all kinds of things to do and see many types of food options inside the Mall or surrounding it, plenty of parking, well lighted for the nighttime shopper and handicap accessible.Like movies well they got you covered with a huge selection of current movies to select from.

Jason deli was super good. Employee were wonderful and the food was too. Very fresh salads and many choices of toppings.

Wonderful place !! I think Hamilton Place Mall has just about anything anyone could want. It is especially busy this time of year and traffic can be a BEAST. If anyone is going to Hamilton Place this time of year be sure you bring an extra bag of patients because the traffic can make you lose the little bit of patients you already have. Everyone please slow down and lets look out for our neighbors we all want to have a great holiday. Be careful ! 😊

Wish I lived closer. Similar to Mall of GA in Atlanta. Wide variety of stores to explore. Good size food court complimented with restaurants in the mall, on the property, and just off property. The strip malls surrounding ensure that whatever you may be looking for, you will probably be able to find it at the mall, or its outskirt stores.

Sears Building Reconstruction

Busy place, hard to find parking. Lots of great sales going on!!! Build-a-bear has an awesome promotion of pay your birthday age for a bear! I took my granddaughter and daughter for their birthdays and only paid $7 for my daughter and $3 for my granddaughter, granted they added sound and music to their bears that cost $5more, but was well worth it!! They even got to make their birthcerticates to go with them for an added touch!!! I love Build-a-bear, I think all kids should get to go here, adds special memories and a bear to go with it!!!!

This Mall is Very Nice & Clean! We stop here when we are in Chattanooga! Most people working in the stores are nice & helpful, but like everywhere else, you have those that are there for a paycheck & could care less about the customers! It is a Huge place compared to our local Mall where we live! Worth the ride & you get a good workout if you go through the whole thing, both floors!

Love to shop here for special things I cant find anywhere else. The selection of goods is great and I always find what I need.

This is a great mall, our favorite in the Chattanooga area. Our son really likes the free indoor playground. There is a very nice Barnes and Noble bookstore here. The Victorias Secret storefront is a bit over the top, but what can I say, they are all like that.

This place has nice various shops. Food court is really good & friendly staff to boot lol. I recommend this place for shopping lovers all around.

Good mall with plenty of variety for shopping. Has all of the typical brand name stores. Very good food court and good department stores to choose from. Parking is always easy, I try to stay away during the holidays because it can get pretty crazy.

Relatively massive Mall. Good large stores. Has H&M. There is a cheesecake factory right outside. Less is not more and the more choice of products in stores and the more stores, the more potential for purchases. Hamilton Place has plenty stores and good selection.

The best mall I know in the area lol. I mean I love the Atlanta Mall but for a city like Chattanooga its more than I was expecting!My only surprise was the fact that the area hasnt grown more in my 15 year absence. Its like you hit the pause button.

A mall with many varieties of products for many types of people. Simply put it is a decent place to shop. Just expect to make a nice long trek and to spend a bit of dough. Cleanliness is so so and so is the atmosphere. But it gets the job done if you are looking for a place to walk around aimlessly.

Check out Cajun Oasis in the food court. Reasonably priced. Very fresh food.

I love Hamilton place! They have a good variety of stores! Customer service desk worker was very friendly and helpful. Had a good security and police presence. Made us feel safe.

With over 400 retail outlets, one should find anything they are looking for, from sporting goods to formal wear, it is there. Eateries to provide satisfaction to any cravings. Easy entry and exit, adjacent to I75. The caveat to this is holiday shopping, can be rather crowded. I guess everyone knows a good place.

My favorite mall is the best way to say it. Big nice and tons of stores. Remember where you park because its easy to lose your car

My wife and I have been here twice now. On a cold Winter day, the food court (which is not too far away from the doors) was warm. This is a clean place, with a good variety of stores. Sure, traffic makes it rough to get in here, but it is Chattanooga! We will be back!

How could I not ABSOLUTELY LOVE HAMILTON PLACE MALL!! They have everything and if you take the time you can find awesome deals on clothes and other things!! I find surprisingly good deals on a lot of things. Even Jewelry! Pandora is a must check into. Durable jewelry and rings. Really pretty!! Love it!!

A very nice shopping mall, Hamilton Place has just about any store one would need on a typical shopping outing. Even if you dont find a store that satisfies your needs, theres a huge variety around the immediate area. As for the mall, its kept relatively clean, the food court is really spectacular, and parking is plentiful. Overall a fantastic mall.

Visited here while in town. Ruined my day. Me and group of other people, all of which were either 18 or 19, the exception being one 16 year old. When we arrived it was around 3:30. We had a fairly normal experience, up until we were stopped by a rent a cop with a big ego. He told us that no minors were allowed in the mall after 4pm. We were respectful about it and went on our way. Right around 4, we were in Sears and the same rent a cop came up to us and told us we shouldnt be here. Keep in mind, there was only one minor in the whole group and he never even checked IDs to verify his suspicions. We explained that we were all of age, but he claimed that we looked too young to be here. He then escorted us out of the building (basically following us around without saying a word) and then told us not to come back after we made it out of the doors. I can understand keeping rules in place, but at least verify your suspicions before raising your ego.

Actually went to office depot. Shopping center is easy to drive past if you do not know what you are looking for. Parking lot was well maintained.

Its usually clean, and has shops. Considering modern malls tend to be closing or struggling its already doing good. The bad: their urinals dont flush, but they definitely smell. Surely there is better tech for saving water and avoiding the stench.

Great place really clean

Mall is generally clean and well kept. There is construction which is an eye sore, but it says it should be finished by early 2020. I was going to buy a shirt from a kiosk where you can customize your shirts.

Ive been visiting this mall since I was about twelve years old. And its only gotten better over time. As Northgate wanted and loses all its shops, Hamilton Place is thriving and bustling! Also a great place to walk if youre into that!!

A new Starbucks at this location. Love going here because its close to my home. Only complaint is the music is really loud. Hard to have conversations with friends

The mall and its facilities are kept very clean! The only downside is that even on the weekends that mall closes early. They offer a wide variety of stores and restaurants. They have a couple of inside play places for children to run and play. They offer plenty of options for handicapped/disabled people to get around. The mall staff in general are very friendly and approachable when needing information about where something is located.

Last of the great indoor malls. The shops are plentiful and large enough it takes a bit to see everything. Good to see retail is still alive and well and the world on online retailers taking over.

Great mall for the city of Chattanooga and it has all leading brands. Mall also have Children play area and definitely kids will have great time.

This is a great and beautiful shopping mall that you should totally go to (but only if you want to). It has a pretty food court and lots of stores. I spent a day with my mom here, and we be had a great time. Definitely the place to go on a shopping spree.
