Horrible customer service. I walked in told the clerk what I wanted. She showed me a suitecase I said it was too small. Then she totally disregard what I told her I wanted. What I wanted was a small lightweight four wheeled carry-on suitcase. When I said it was too small she showed me bags that were not carry on she showed me back with only two wheels she showed me bags that were extremely heavy. 1 of inch and I asked her if she was interested in selling me a suitcase or being more angry about the fact that I didnt like the one that she showed me first she said what do you mean it said well maybe youll like this one. I did I purchased it but customer service was horrendous if this werent the norm of society I would not have bought from them. In fact if there were suitcase stores other than Mori luggage I would never go back to this brand.

This place doesnt even deserve one star! I dont think i have ever seen such poor customer service! I would not spend a dime in this store.
