Half my fault – half their fault! Shame on both of us!I ordered four sets of nylon Garboard plugs for $4.95 for each set.Total weight was just a few ounces.Shame on me – I did not check what the shipping cost was but I requested just normal and the cheapest shipping.I was shocked when I got my credit card bill to see they charged me more for shipping the plugs then the plugs themselves! My bill was over $40!Shame on Boatersplus!Since they didn’t lie, I blame myself for not checking, but an ethical business would not do something like this!All I can do now is warn others, CHECK your shipping costs before you order from them.I would highly recommend Overton’s.com, iBoats.com or other sites that do not gouge you on their shipping costs.I feel betrayed and I will never order from Boatetsplus again!

Ordered an old Chrysler engine manual. Expected an old manual, but received a copy that was brand new. WOW! Far exceeded my expectations!! Great product and service. Shipped really fast. Nice to see a company that really cares. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Was looking for some rod holders for my boat but I was very specific about what I wanted and I found it at Boaters plus and I also found another item I wanted at a lower price then the place I was gonna buy it from so I ordered them both. Very easy checkout and I chose the ground shipping since I was not in a hurry yet it showed up at my door about 3 days later. I would order from Boaters Plus again and I cant be happier with the products I purchased.

Boaters Plus web site descriptions are extremely accurate. Picking the equipment I needed was easy. The part I needed was searchable by my chosen search engine. Ordering the product was also easy. The part arrived as expected (actually early).Boaters Plus is my place of choice for boating products.

Awful service. After waiting two weeks for my anchor to arrive because of a messed up zip code the incorrect product arrived. I was told it was listed incorrectly on the website and offered a similar product for twice the price. I declined, then the following day they contacted to get me to send back their incorrect product. When I explained the situation the representative rudely replied that the zip code they used was correct for my address (apparently I dont know my own zip code) and refused to give my any store credit to try to make the situation better.

Ordered my parts and received tracking info. They kept me informed of the status of my order through emails. Package arrived quickly and the parts were of the best quality. I recommend this company. A+

Nearest marine supplies store is 20+ miles away, and they dont always have what I am looking for. Nice to go online to Boaters Plus and have it delivered to your door.The products were exactly as shown and described. Fast delivery. Well pleased.

Fast Service!! Nice bag. Holds my 13 prop and all necessary tools. I like the soft sides as I can stow it in an odd shaped place in the bow.

Product was shipped Fed Ex. I did not receive a shipping notice or expected delivery date. Called Boaters Plus ten days later and told it was delivered three days after ordered...pretty good for all the way to the west coast...and left at the FRONT door. No...it was left at the side bedroom door and with the curtains closed I never saw it. Boaters Plus gets a A+, FedEx gets a D-.

Ordered collapsible paddles from BP. Great price, worked fine and got them WAY fast. Expected shipping to take a week like most places, got the paddles within 1-2 days at normal shopping rates. Something to consider if you dont want to wait around for your stuff or pay high shipping rates. And most boaters want it asap and would rather spend their $$ on something other than postage.

After having terrible experiences at some other boating retailers I was ecstatic with the service I received from Boaters Plus. I purchased boat fenders and fender holders and had previously been trying for 6 months and 3 different companies to get a system that worked for my boat. The items from BP were all as described and the system worked well. I was also amazed at how fast they arrived to my door. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Product came on time. I did not open for almost two months until I was going to use it. When I did, I found one part was defective. Not Boaters Plus fault, it was a plastic piece that had not been fully injected at the factory.I emailed their customer service for a new part, and they sent right away a whole new kit!I will buy from them again the next chance I get!Highly recommended!

I ordered the following from Boaters Plus.MM-SEN0332 - Sen-dure Products 3 In. Heat Exchanger End Cap Gasket 0332MM-SEN5068 - Sen-dure Products 3/16 Gum Rubber Washer 5068I found the online ordered process to be easy and their prices were very competitive. I received the parts very promptly as promised. My only complaint is that I thought the FEDEX charge of $11.38 for 2 gaskets and 2 washers was too much. I didnt choose any special shipping. I think the part came in a USPS flat rate envelope which costs just over $5 to ship. Im not against anyone making money, and no one twisted my arm to make this purchase, but I feel the shipping costs were too much.I will use Boaters Plus again if they are competitive on the parts.

Boaters Plus had the hard to find item I wanted at a very reasonable price. I ordered what I needed, as well as some spares, and the shipping was super fast with great communication including tracking info..

I purchased what i thought was 9# of Collinte 870 fleet wax. The websites feature quoted that I was receiving a product weight: 9 pounds of fleet wax. Much to my chagrin, when the product arrived, I had a small jug containing approximately half of the weight that I thought I purchased.When I contacted the company, they stated that the product weight was shipping weight; however, the shipping weight was a mere 6 pounds. It gets even more comical when they said that i could return the product at my cost (on top of the $10 i paid to get it shipped), so I would be out even more money on a product that was wrongly and falsely advertised.**quick shipping, but horrible customer service.
