Let me start by saying I live in Texas, so when I say Pandora’s was easy to deal with I mean over the phone. Everyone I dealt with from sales person, off-road manager, to finance we all fantastic. I put down payment over the phone with CC, wired the cash from the bank, they overnighted the paperwork for me to sign with a prepaid envelop to mail back, they suggested uship for shipping which was also great. They helped the shipper load the bike and make sure that it was secure. I received the bike at my door within a week. Thanks for a great buying experience. My son loves his new bike!!

They were great!!!! They gave me the absolute best price I could find on my 2020 Triumph Rocket 3R in the United States. I drove up from Tallahassee Florida. We were three hours late and Matt stayed way past business hours and waited for us to arrive after hours. He loaded the motorcycle in my truck, explained all the information about the bike with me so I would be prepared to ride it. He even gave us a couple of tee shirts. Every time I have called with questions about my bike or an order from the parts or service department I have always had professional, knowledgeable people to help me. Juston and the entire team at Pandora’s European Motorsports was nothing short of awesome. They took excellent care of me and my bike. I was traveling when my fuel pump went out. They squeezed me in that day and sent an employee on 170 mile trip to pick up the only replacement pump in the area. They even sent me up with a comparable loaner bike for the night and had me back on the road in the morning. These guys save my entire trip.

I tried to buy a Ducati Diavel from this dealership, but left frustrated and without a bike. I had my heart set but its a big purchase and had questions before committing to the purchase. After 11 attempts to reach the GM over a 2 day period I decided if it was this much trouble to ask a question before the sale, I would find it impossible to ask questions once they had my money. Guys, customer service counts!

Since they moved to the new location their lack of customers service is astonishing. past few times Ive gone in there the employees feel like I the customer am a inconvenience avoiding eye contact to stay in conversation with other employees nobody greeting anyone unlike the old location as soon as you walk in the door 3 employees greeted me on several occasions.Doubtful Ill return even to pick up parts that I have already paid for due to poor customer service and lack of communication!

I had what was an urgent situation with my KTM 450 sxf during a regional qualifier this weekend. I drove my bike to Pandora European Motorsports and the service team worked my bike in and repaired it immediately to get me back to the race. The entire staff was professional and friendly and did everything they could to help me and my situation. Great work, guys! Ill be back.

My overall experience with the shop was not great. I needed service on an older motorcycle. I was asked to make an appointment nearly 2 months ahead of time, which was fine. A couple of weeks before I dropped it off, I called to let them know that there was a part that I was going to need. They didnt get it ordered and they had no record of me calling about it. An entire month after I dropped off my bike I found out that work had not even started on it yet. I only found this out because I called several times and continued to ask. Communication was not good at all.The work done seems to be good overall. This is the only place in the area that will work on bikes like mine. However Im not sure that I would take it back here. If youre big on good customer service and good communication this aint the place.

I rode 100 miles from Roswell, GA to Chattanooga, TN for the first service on my new-to-me 2019 Speed Triple. It was well worth the drive.They did a very thorough check on all systems and took care of oil, filter and other basics.Two actions showed above and beyond service.First:They worked to complete my service quickly to help me get on the road home before rain got heavy. Much appreciated!Second:They saw that an engine mounting bolt was missing and when they realized they didnt have a spare, they pulled a bolt from one of their bikes in order to get my bike back to like new condition!Im blown away by their desire to serve the customers and will be repeating the run to Chattanooga in 6000 miles for the next service.

I cannot express enough my appreciation to the team at Pandora motorsports for going above and beyond to get me back out on the road. I have to agree with some of the other reviews in that I was treated like a family member. I was only in the first week of a month long adventure when I broke a U joint on my GS 1200. With the help of the team at Pandora, the U joint was only a small hiccup in my plans.

I have to say, after riding motorcycles for over 40 years, that this has to be one of the best (if the not the BEST) dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. I have not purchased a motorcycle from Pandoras yet; but my experience with the service department was exceptional. I picked up a new Ducati Scrambler over the winter while traveling for work. After riding for about 3 weeks, I noticed a small oil leak on the pad where I park. I contacted the Ducati dealership located nearby (Birmingham) but, before I could even explain the problem, I was interrupted with the question of where I had purchased? I told the service technician that it was a brand new motorcycle under full warranty & he explained that, I would have to wait 4-6 weeks. I then called Pandoras, spoke to Holden who allowed me to explain my problem & he said, sure bring on by & would be glad to look at. I did, drove the extra 100 miles, when I arrived I met Terry who was exceptionally professional & courteous. He had my bike unloaded before I knew it & quickly solved a very simple problem. Also, while I was waiting Stephen put me on a new Tiger which I enjoyed riding thoroughly. Botton line, if have to drive a few extra miles, drive to Pandoras. You will be completely satisfied.

I have a 98 BMW R1200c and I needed my fuel tank repaired. I called them and they said they could fix it. I drove 1.5 hours to drop off the tank and they made it seem like it would be fixed relatively soon. Two weeks after I dropped it off I called to check the status of the tank and they said they were still seeing what needed to be done on the tank. I called back three weeks later and no work had still been done but they guaranteed that something would be done soon. I called back three weeks later (seven weeks after I had dropped it off) and they still hadn’t done anything on the tank. They called back the next day and said they had my quote ready... 7 weeks after I dropped it off and they quoted thousands of dollars. I cannot express how ridiculous and unacceptable this is. I do not recommend Pandora’s - they handled my service request very horribly. Stay away!!

They performed the 12k mile service on my RT and did a great job. The service folks were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop.

Broke down in Cleveland, TN last week with a snapped clutch cable. Called pandora and had them overnight the new cable while I worked on getting my bike towed to their shop. Got there the next morning and although the cable did not arrive (not their fault) they drove into town and grabbed a universal clutch cable repair kit from a vintage bike shop (20 minute drive) and had me on the road in a few hours. They even topped up my oil, and are forwarding the cable that didnt arrive on time to my address in Chicago. These guys saved my butt. I highly recommend them. They were very conscientious of the fact that I was a traveler and needed to get home and put me at the top of their priorities. Thanks Pandora, made it home right on schedule.

This place rocks! I live out of state and had troubles with my BMW K bike. The bike wouldn’t hold to memory the anti-theft code. I checked for solutions online, asked around in my area and found no answer. I hauled it off to Chattanoga and it took sometime to get it back. But they figured it out and didn’t even charge me. I was just blown away! I was expecting a large bill, but no. As complicated as BMW’s are, I just didn’t put the anti theft code in the correct sequence. I drove it home and I’m just happy as can be. I have purchased 2 BMW’s from them over the years. The sales staff and service department are friendly. They remembered me from my bike purchase years ago. It’s a good place to stop by and start a conversation with other bike riders. Really, this place is top notch. It’s worth the trip. Thanks guys.

I had a front tire on my KTM start showing threads while on a trip from North Carolina to Alabama. Terry at Pandora confirmed that he had a replacement tire and was able to get me in with 30 minutes notice. I was back on the road within 45 minutes.I was so impressed with their overall operation that I made an appointment to bring my bike back in for some more serious engine work that I have planned.

They offer plenty of bikes for sale, and do quality service. Prices can be a bit high, but theyre the only show in town - and service on BMWs aint cheap.

Having been a BMW rider for most of my life now, there is a definitive line between sales and service shops. There are those that shmooze for a quick buck, and those that are truly passionate about the sport and just want to share that with others. I have found Pandoras to be the latter.Travelling through on my GS, Brian was able to help me out. Not only was he extremely friendly and welcoming, but he took his own personal time to share some great routes with me and help teach me some tools to find the best motorcycle routes in the Appalachians.While I didnt receive any service on my bike from these guys, Im sure if it is met with the same amount of passion, that it must be excellent.

I left my Ducati 999 there for some clutch and gearbox work. They forgot about it and the bike just sat there for a month, unworked on, until I asked what the status was. I live in Chattanooga but Ill be going to Atlanta or Nashville for anything Ducati in future.

Just purchased a BMW R Nine T from Pandora’s. Exceeded my expectations. Staff was warm and friendly and highly knowledgeable. Clearly a well managed establishment, which is hard to come by nowadays. Took a 2010 F800gs in for oil change and regular maintenance. Communication and service was excellent. They were even willing to wait around for me to pick up the bike so I could enjoy it for the Thanksgiving break, which wasnt necessary but definitely shows this shop understands their customer base. Turn around was about 24 hours and I felt like they were on top of everything through the whole process.

I visited Pandora for the first time by chance looking for some new riding boots, and was hooked from then on. Everybody on staff (shout out to Keel, Terry, Daniel, Luis, Justin and crew!) is awesome, easy to work with, and knowledgeable on their products. They are friendly and super laid back (no high pressure sales here). We bought my wifes first bike from them, and even though we live 2 hours away, I rode up to get some new rubber because they are the people I trust to give me a great deal and quality service every time. If you ride and are in need of a new bike, gear, etc, do yourself a favor and swing by Pandora!

I have been riding motorcycles for 45 years and have been in countless motorcycle dealerships and none are better then Pandora! There is no waiting and there is plenty of staff to take care of you. Everybody is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.There is a large selection of motorcycles and gear to take care of your every need and want.

Awful out-of-state purchase experience with this company. At first when buying they where very friendly and helpful answering questions. Well turns out they will tell you whatever you want to hear so they can move inventory. I specifically asked the salesman about cosmetic damage and service history. I was told bike was mint and had just been serviced and that it was ready to ride. The usual it just needs a rider sales line. Well once I received the used motorcycle I found that it had been completely repainted, low sided/crashed, and had not been properly serviced. No big deal about the paint I saw that from the pics and I liked the color and paint. However, when the bike finally arrived and I could see things from closer than 20 feet away. Turns out it was repainted because the motorcycle had been crashed and low sided. Fairings where spider cracking and all engine protective covers where damaged/broken. Also the bike had not been serviced; air filter was K&N that looked to never have been cleaned or serviced and the oil was black as the night and super thin. Tried to contact the company to try and work something out by either returning the bike or getting some kind of financial relief or even parts paid for. Guess what they never answered imagine that. Basically took my money and ran with it. If your an out-of-state buyer do not trust the words coming out of any salesmans mouth at this dealership. Make sure you inspect it in person or better yet go to a dealership that is trustworthy and has actual morals and good business ethics. I will never recommend or buy from again.

Fast service! Fair price! Only negativeIs the tank guard did not completely mold to the tank. The accompanied double stick tape would not hold tha protector to the tank w/o lifting. The protector did not have enough bend to it for flawless conformity. I had to use adhesive silicone & duct tape to hold the tank guard in place until it was set .But it looks good & protects the tankThanks

I have been in this purchase parts of the BMW, and Ducati.The service here is good, very hard for me to solve the problem.Will say that because my location is China.My English is very poor, I usually use Google Translate to communicate with them.Must thank them patiently read and help me solve the problem.Integrity is very important for doing business, which they do very well.Also on the shopping pages, I want to give some advice.Sometimes when we then send the orders must be an additional one or two parts again.However, the orders have already been sent can not be modified.Seem to have to re-establish a new order.After the establishment of the new order, the system will inform the user must reach a certain amount can be established.I feel the web shopping functionality, plus modify orders or additional functional elements of the Order may be better.

Got the right part shipped promptly. It was carefully packed and arrived in good shape. Would definitely shop with them again.

These guys are super nice when selling you a bike. However customer service after the sale is the worst we have ever experienced. They needed to order a part which we were told the bike would be ready in 2-3 weeks. At week 3 I called on behalf of Greg Phillips and was told the part was “being shipped”. At week 5 called back and was put on hold for a long time then told the part was on back order. Not one phone call from these guys to let us know the bike would be delayed. The bike was finally fixed after 6 weeks and it was cold and overcast so I called to request to pay for the repairs over the phone and request plus schedule it to be delivered to the house. The service guy had the nerve to say the bike has been ready for weeks and no one has come to pick it up and said delivering the bike was not an issue. Then the manager of the store called back and refused to deliver the bike to the house even though we offered to pay to have it delivered.

Great help at selecting the bike for me. Wanted Triumph, and they let me ride both the Trophy and Explorer up the mountain and back. About 45 minute round trip. Work hard for my business great people to deal with.

Great place to go for your motorsport needs. Its rare that you find a good, dependable dealer and service shop. I travel two hours from Murfreesboro because I trust Pandora and they have a great staff thats knowledgeable. If they dont know something theyll find out and follow up with you.
