As a newcomer to the world of riding, I know very little about whats needed, good, etc. These guys were truly incredible! From the second I walked in, they were helpful and had tons of insight on what I needed. Service was awesome, prices were more than reasonable and their knowledge was exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend to the rookie or veteran rider!

Cycle Gear of Chattanooga is a great place to shop and purchase your riding needs. Austin and the manager (I don’t remember his name) both were very helpful in setting me up for my new ride. They were very helpful. They helped me, guy who knows little to nothing about anything, get what I needed to get started. I really appreciated their help. Minus the part where they left the magnet tags on my gloves and I have to spend 5 minutes prying it off because I dont have a powerful magnet handy

Everything was quick and easy. Awesome customer service as well. I was able to sign up for the RPM club but other than that I’m having issues with not letting me login on revzilla website. I’ll have to speak to someone on the website pretty sure but other than that I would recommend everyone to go here.

Amazing staff, super helpful. New rider and needed a helmet. The helmet I wanted wasn’t in stock and I couldn’t wait, the staff found me a helmet that fit and looks awesome. They even recommended me a headset so I can listen to music. I didn’t have enough money and thought I had to save up for it, but nope they even had a solution for that and was able to get it all financed with only a little down. Very thankful I chose to stop by and check out this store

Super fast and super friendly. My local Cycle Gear was out of stock but Riley was able to take care of me in record time. They took great care of my aluminum wheel, not so much as a smudge when I got the new tire mounted. Tire tracks beautifully and I’m good for the rest of this driving season. Great job as always!

I had excellent help in choosing an intercom system. Turns out it was a better value to get new helmets with the intercoms already installed. He came out and helped get them all set up and working!

I not the review writing type person but my experience at the Chattanooga Cycle gear was such an awesome experience I felt compelled to come on here and say that these guys freaking ROCK! Only con I can think of is they are so knowledgeable and super helpful that you wallet will empty waaaay to fast your banking app can’t keep up!P.S I’m pretty sure if someone happens to you.. these dude will not tell your wife what you paid for all your gear! 😂

Can’t say enough about the guys at this store.My husband & I have been in there multiple times, and have been helped by several different employees.They have mounted tires, installed about five SENA headsets, helped us decide on helmets, and gear, etc. they’re ALWAYS super helpful, and friendly.The staff is very knowledgeable. Great staff. Cool place to look around. The only reason its not 5 stars is because I got tire 2 tires put on and it was $100 thats a lil steep. I know if you buy the tire from them its cheeper but I do spend lots of $$$$$ in that store

Sweet place to get your motorcycle goods. I had to get a front tire today and luckily they had it in stock and had it put on in less than 20 minutes. They got it all, helmets, gloves, tires, riding gear, boots, goggles, visors, you name it and it most likely there. Stop in and grab something you need. The staff are awesome and very knowledgeable.

Josh was quickly able to put the new rear tire while I waited. The Dunlap Trailmax Mission tire is not the easiest to mount but he was able to quickly get me out the door. Of course there were still a few other purchases to be made. The folks walk the walk of a motorcycle store and they were headed to motorcycle training the coming weekend. Good conversations and knowledgeable staff.

I took my 4yo son in to get him a helmet for a birthday present. We were greeted, with smiling faces, as we walked the store. I told an employee what we were looking for, and he assisted us in finding and fitting a helmet for my son. The guy was patient with my son and asked him what color her wanted and how the helmets felt as he tried them on. I should have got the guys name, but was following my kid around so he wouldnt touch anything. Lol. We were in and out of the store in no time. Its was a great experience.

I bought two bottles of Ride-On balancing gel and asked if they could mount my tire even though I did not buy the tire. They said yes, so I left my balancing gel in the tire and left it with them. I came back in a few hours and they gave me my mounted tire, and my two full bottles of Ride-On. The guy looks at me dead serious and says Oh.... You wanted this in the tire?. Youve got some real geniuses working there!

Ive been in this location multiple times, I prefer to buy from them over online due to the excellent staff and all the helpful advice. If theres a negative review left on this place the person was probably having a bad day or is defective.

I am just starting off riding, getting my liscense next month. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a friendly face. I was pointed in the right direction to choose between all the gear they had instock, helping me order a jacket that I was wanting in my size. Went back to Cycle Gear today (9/5) to take advantage of the Labor Day sale and get a Sedici Strada helmet, which is about $75.00 off. With that, you get a bluetooth upgrade worth $100. So, based upon the associates recommendation, I went with the Sena S5, which is regularly $159.00, but with the upgrade offer, I picked it up for $60. The associate (sales associate number 10420, you know who you are!), was fantastic. He found EXACTLY what I needed, and did not try to sell me a bunch of unneeded, expensive stuff. He even went out of his way to install the bluetooth system for me. I got it home, paired it up, and the sound is fantastic!! Cant wait to get more miles in with the new helmet and the excellent sound system. Im really amazed by the customer service I receive EVERY TIME I go to the store. Its really unparalleled.

This is a place where I wss more than surprised. I could not find a decent selection of helmets at two(2) different motorcycle dealerships but was advised to come to Cycle gear. A great selection of not only helmets but riding gear also. This is for all riders including those for off road. Yes money could probably be saved buying off line. But I tried on the helmet right there and left with the helmet. No waiting.The staff was very helpful and knowledgable of what they carried and if s problem arose what to do.For the veteran. They do accept the VETERAN card for discounts. But be advised this may not effect the sale price. As for price. I have bought helmets on line. Yes I paid more in store. But I left with no doubts of the product I have yet to see. I will continue going into Cycle Gear for my needs. This includes tires changed. I may have to take mine off the bike and take them there. But for $25 changing the tire would be well worth it. I paid $800 at the dealership because I did not know about this place. That will stop.
