Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a golf glove that was described as “100% Leather” when I received the glove it is plastic, the label on it even says “100% Polyurethane”. When I went to return it the company wants to charge me for shipping. When I brought my concerns to customer service I was met with rudeness and attitude. Terrible company that will not succeed when they lie about their products and treat customers poorly. Avoid at all costs.

I love that something like this exists in Chattanooga! The Handle & Bar has an amazing selection of canned craft beer, plus all your favorite Dilly Dilly domestics (or La Croix if you’re watching the cals). It’s like the Cheers of East Main, a welcoming neighborhood spot to hang out after a ride, a run, or just a day at the office. There’s ample free parking and several bike racks.

I found this company by watching YouTubers who mountain bike. I ordered a pair of gloves and decided to return them once I received them, so that I could get another pair with a different pattern. I went ahead and ordered the second pair before finding out that the shop was located in my city right down the street from where I work. I went in to the store the next day. They processed my return then went into the back and found the gloves they were about to ship me and gave them to me right there. They also refunded the shipping fee for the second pair of gloves. The associate I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I will be coming here for all my gloves in the future. I highly recommend Handup Gloves.

East Main Streets newest beer bar/mountain bike gear joint. Easy going with food trucks out front some nights.

Glad this place is in my neighborhood. Cool little place with some great canned beer selections. Sometimes has a food truck out front to grab some grub and has some cool events like movie nights and game nights

Its a cool little spot with a good beer selection. The gear from HandUp is high quality for cycling and/or mountain biking, and I think the place will become a cool hub for outdoor enthusiasts. Having a food truck there tonight was a good choice, too.
