Dont know why so many of these reviews are so terrible. i had a wonderful first time experience shopping here the staff was sweet, patient and considerate, helped me with the dressing room and helped when something didnt work. will definitely be coming back her alone next time.

Wasn’t aware of their horrible return policy and now I’m stuck with a dress that I can’t get my money back for even though it doesn’t fit.

I’ve gone in here several times because the clothes are cute but the staff makes the experience really uncomfortable each time so much so that my mom and friends noticed it. We weren’t greeted when we entered and were watched the entire time we looked around.

The clothes here are on-trend, the prices are right, the location is in the heart of hipster North Chatt, and the store itself is clean and bright. Love this place!

The customer service is really really poor and needs attention.

I went to this boutique yesterday. I loved all the clothes, but the customer service was terrible. The staff never greeted me and my sisters. When we looked around the store they stared us down as if we were going to steal. Will never go there ever again. You need to teach your staff how to have more hospitality skills and be more welcoming.

I love their stuff!!! I went in for the first time to pass time but immediately fell in love. I enjoyed the shoes, tops and jewelry. The bottoms were in the larger side but I still found some things. Definitely will be going back!!!

I shop at this store when I come to Chattanooga because the clothes are adorable. I was in there twice over over my three day stay and both experiences were terrible. The two young ladies there today never greeted the three individuals in the store or looked up from their phones. One lady was trying on clothes but the girls completely ignored her and a sale. Three lost sales, time for new staff.

Very poor customer service!! The cashier was not pleasant. She did not greet us when we entered the store, but greeted others that entered after us. After purchasing an item, she did not say thank you. She said absolutely nothing. We did not feel welcomed and that our business was not appreciated there. I regret spending my money at that establishment!
