Devon the store manager was the BEST I was there about 2 weeks ago and I ordered some tires offline and set my appointment. When I got there the tires wasnt there and he ask me to call later and I did and they still havent arrived yet. Devon said he have some tires that are way better than I ordered already there so I made my appointment for today. When I arrived today Devon remember me and he was very pleasant. While waiting for my car I observed Devon working on cars answering the phone and still taking care of customers since it was only him and another guy. I highly recommend anyone to go see Devon if you need any tires.

An absolute nightmare. Ordered (4) Firestone LE2 from Mavis on 10/7/21 to be installed 10/16/21 at this location. I called Wednesday 10/13/21 to make sure the tires would be there for the appointment. They advised YES, they would be there. I show up this morning, and what do you know, theyre not there. The manager, Devon, insisted you mustve called the 1-800 number and I let him know, no I didnt and showed him my call log.He then replied well who did you talk to?. And I said I dont know I didnt know I needed to write down his name. Instead of taking accountability (mind you this is the manager), he kept the blame on whoever answered the phone that day. I was never offered some kind of resolution for this. They had another (slightly better) tire in-stock and I wasnt offered a price match. I wasnt told we can order the ones you ordered to come in and make this right. The only excuse I got was the guy you talked to Wednesday didnt give you the right answer.So I left. And sat in my car. I was then FOLLOWED, yes FOLLOWED, by the manager out to my car. He pounded on my window and continued to explain to me why this wasnt his fault and that it was somehow MY fault for not getting the guys name on Wednesday when I called to confirm. He was aggressive and unprofessional at best.I called another location and got the phone number for Corey, a regional manager. I called and left a message and he called me back and let me know this would be addressed with Devon. He also let me know I could go to their Depew location where I could get something of equal or greater value for the same price and free installation. So I was happy. Until I called that location and theyre not honoring the deal Corey said.To be clear, Corey was professional and helpful. Im still waiting on a call back from him to see if we can get the deal honored at the other location and I have faith in him.Nonetheless, take your business elsewhere. Rude, arrogant, aggressive employees, specifically Devon. The other store, who was supposed to make the deal right hasnt been particularly helpful either, but nowhere near the level that this location was.

This is the place to go! These guys are WONDERFUL and so THOUGHTFUL and KIND! The Manager is a whole vibe. He puts a smile on your face and makes sure you understand what is going on with your car and really cares about getting you the best deals to make your life easier and give your wallet a break.

Came in about twenty minutes before close with a flat tire and was immediately helped by Adam. He was very helpful and professional, and had the tire patched up in five minutes, good to go. Could not be happier with the service, great job!

The guys at this Mavis are incredible. They know me by name and are willing to work with your schedule and pocket book to make things happen. They treat you as a person, not just a number. When you call, get with Devon. He will set you up with the best service and have you leaving in a safe vehicle.

Tried this Mavis since the Amherst one failed to twice put new tires in my car. The problem is consistent for both stores. They don’t have staff. This one expected 7 employees to show up on Saturday morning and 2 showed up. This is a systematic corporate problem. Mavis Operations has no clue what they are doing.

The manager was very professional and straight forward on the pricing. All the mechanics are hard workers and work as a team to complete the jobs. They worked on my Acura gave me a fair pricing and attempted to save me money where they could. I highly recommend this shop for auto work.

First let me start by saying Ive been to several locations but for some reason when I go to the cheektowaga location this gentleman Devon never had any help but always gets the job done. Ive sat and watched him go work on the cars and run the counter by himself and still treat each individual with the most upmost respect Ive ever witnessed!. The phones were ringing off the hook and he still kept his composure through it all. This is not right. I only come to this location and tell all my family and friends to go here because of Devon. You guys need to treat your employees better it should not only be about the money.

I had trouble with my truck brakes and because I had such an Extraordinary experience I went back. This time was even Greater than the last. After a very frustrating experience with another mechanic, the manager Devone and his team completely changed things around for me. They listened to my concerns and went the extra mile to actually pull me under my car and showed me what was going on. It was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Just finished receiving the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced period!!! The assistant manager Luis was courteous knowledgeable and a gentleman. Then I met the manager Devon and understood that under his leadership the entire shop was full of courteous and knowledgeable employees. They took special care to make sure I had exactly what I wanted for the price I needed after experiencing the exact opposite at a different location. I couldnt recommend them highly enough and would suggest they both get raises. If you need tires this is the location to visit.

I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation, unfortunately it turned out I needed more work done than anticipated. The gentlemen who worked on my vehicle showed me what I needed and went through everything. They gave me their best prices and even some discounts. They set me up with a finance company to cover the cost of which I will have time to pay it off interest free. I highly recommend this Mavis shop because they treated me with honesty and respected my auto repair needs as well as my financial situation.

I would never go again.they change the price when I got there.they didnt know who I was and it was by appointments.at first I was told one price got their on bald tires, couldnt make it back home.they went from 349.00 to 416.00.ps 1999 monte Carlo doesnt have TPMS.thanks for charging me.stem blug check,s are included in the deal they charged me anyway.they said we really dont want to take you doing it this cheap.they round the money off a bit higher.i checked out the history they are known for this. I had no choice.im thinking about reporting them to the better business bureau.fraud pricing,s.workers were wonderful.

Kind of upset, between the call center, and the tires I recieved. I had a good experience with these guys but I realized they damaged my custom wheels, and basically nothing I can do about it. Other mavis helped me out again afterwards, and will be finding a new tire and aswell didnt balance the tire, so Ill have to have the other mavis do that aswell.

I went in early on a Monday morning with a tire check light on. The PSI of the tire was really low, Mavis diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I would 10/10 recommended this shop and service to anyone. The communication between the store and myself perfect.

After another shop constantly misdiagnosed our SUVs problem..supposedly fixed it and still had pulsating we took it to Mavis on Walden in Cheektowaga and Devon & Kenny were awesome! They spent a few minutes looking at it and knew what the problem was...they fixed it at a great price and no more pulsating! That is how you run a business...customer comes first! I stopped into the store as I had a tire that was dangerously low. One of the associates spotted the tire was getting very low and without question he took it in before it was completely flat. He found a nail in the tire, put in a plug and I was on my way within 20 minutes! Thank you so much for your kindness and quick service!

They doing a Excellent job in here. I was coming for tire sensors and they was on the job getting the job fixed. I had to come in because I was hearing a bad brake caliber and needed to get that fixed with a new one but they usually do them in pairs. But they fixed mines anyway and I was pleased with the results. Always get both sides of your vehicle done because you will find your vehicle unbalanced down the line like I did. Months ago I got one caliber done while my other side was going bad and sticking off and on. Im glad I found this place to help me. Had a brake job problem on 6/4 and they helped me correct my issues.

I went in for a flat repair and found out I had a loose control arm. Which I would have never Known. The manager there took his time with showing me what was wrong and quickly doing the job. I didnt have to wait long at all. Thank you Mavis.

Awesome experience at Mavis today. Had an emergency issue with a tire and they instantly got me into the shop and taken care of. They also were able to point out 2 other issues that I didnt know about with the vehicle which saved me a ton of hassle. Jason and Lewis helped me out a ton and did more than enough to work with me and help me out. I cant thank them enough and really appreciate everything they did.

The training manager was great and helpful! He explained the AWD and how different treads in tires can effect the transfer box! The manager training him was also very friendly! Very satisfied with how quickly they got me in for an oil change and tire rotation!

Best car shop in WNY ! Open 7 days a week ! Has the Bills game playing for the customers in waiting area! Very quick staff and does their best to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable while waiting. Davon being the store manager does a very good job running the staff and doing what he can to help every customer out, Luis is a new and upcoming assistant with a great attitude and awesome customer service! Everytime I come there Im greeted with nothing but PROFESSIONALISM, RESPECT, and TRUTH. The diagnosis of any of my cars problems are always what they say they are and it always comes out fixed and taken Care of. The head manager in charge Devon and his fellow mechanics are easy to talk to and wont hesitate to show you what the problem is and the steps theyll take to fix the problem. My main go to place for brake problems

Mavis Discount Tire was very helpful and prompt with replacing my tire, so I could get in and out quickly.

Dont trust Cheektowaga mavis crew they theives and liars I will never refer people to them these people or ever return for work. They are fraudsters. I paid for a brake job while getting other work done but they never even change my rear brakes but I paid for the service to be done. STOLE MY MONEY watch and ask were your old parts but they can come up with old parts just be aware what goes on with your vehicle here.

The staff were incredibly nice. They got me in and out for an inspection on short notice within an hour. Other places I called were quoting me 3-4 hours to wait. I had another positive experience last year getting some new tires. I would definitely go here again!
