I had to call customer service 3 times about a bowl that I received broken, had to return said broken bowl (complete waste of my time) and I still have yet to receive replacement and it’s been almost a month. Second phone call was told it would be in on the 23rd. Third phone call I was told the return was never confirmed so a new one wasn’t even coming. Even though the return was delivered 2 weeks priors!! Worst service ever!

I ordered three blankets to be personalized in three different colors as Christmas gifts. When I received them they were all the wrong colors. Also two of the personalizations were not even visible on the fabric. When I called customer service I was told there was nothing they can do. They would only reprint on the original colors I picked but can’t change font even though they are not visible. I am furious, this is terrible customer service and a mis-representation of what an item you order will look like.

Going out of business sale. I bought a few nice scented candles for 30% off.

Purchased a sheet set for my daughters bed. The website has three options for sizes and we selected to correct size. The wrong size arrived. I called to have the correct size sent and they stated it only comes in one size and that I can return it, for a fee. It cost me $6 to return the item on top of the original shipping of the item. I will never shop here again.

The Walden Galleria Pottery BarnIt’s a beautiful store with beautiful things. The Christmas decorations and displays are fabulous. There were no staff members available for assistance on the floor and waiting in line was painfully slow. There were 4 people at the check out but only 2 computers. I kept being told, “Thank you for being patient.” After being told that numerous times, “I said I’m not being patient anymore and need to be served.” The man that was told to serve me gave me a 20% discount for having to wait for so long. I said I appreciated the discount but told the fellow, they need to add staff to serve customers who aren’t ordering furniture or numerous items.

I love this store. Everything is so beautiful and they have good deals, you just have to wait for the sales.

Pottery Barn has awesome merchandise that I would love to purchase but is way out of my price range.....so if you can spend plenty of $$$ then you may like Pottery Barn

This is a typical pottery barn and so I like to come in here and poke around. The other day a customer at the register was being extremely difficult about a return to the employee behind the customer. In spite of the pressure being put on, the employee acted very professionally and responsibly. I will certainly remember that when I return.

I was just about to spend over $700 on bedding which only included a quilt, two shams, and a sheet set because I seen they had a promo going on. The more you spend the more you could save. Well...Come to find out my potential purchases were excluded along with a HUGE list of other products/brands. This seems to happen every time I try to purchase from here. Its unfortunate they are overpriced! I bought a lot from here to do my daughters nursery, which i LOVE, but it was VERY expensive!!

Awful customer service and delivery. Paid so much for a couch. It was 3 weeks late. Custmer service couldnt give me answers. I went to the Galleria store to also complain since that is where I ordered it. Store manager never called me. Credit card will be closed and will be a pier 1 and wayfair customer going forward. What makes a company stand out is customer service. The white glove treatment you pay for is more like absent and unorganized treatment. Such a rip off. Appalled at such a high end brand. Walmart and Amazon treat its customers better.

Love the store, prices sometimes high but can find sales. This specific location I have been to at least 20 times, never once have I been greeted or asked for help, cashiers never friendly, not a pleasant experience for the pricing they tote.

Consistent in quality and service.

I will say that the furniture is very nice. However I am not convinced that the quality balances out the price.

Pricey homegoods store. I like the automatic fake candles they sell.

Unfortunately they will be closing sometime in September. Everything is 30% off right now. No bookbags left fyi.
