Stopped by on a Friday night looking for a long sleeve white button up shirt for my sons home coming dance. Ive went all over looking for one at a reasonable price and a size that fits. I looked online and seen that they had some in stock. It took me awhile to find the right size, but I was so excited that I finally found the shirt I was looking for $34.99. Other stores wanted $60 to $120+ which is just ridiculous!

Huge store compared to our hometown store. I took my mother in law to return some items and browsed the clearance racks. Clean store, well stocked and had a huge shoe department. Great value and shopping experience.

JC PENNY has really slipped in their shopping experience. Their signage is missing leading, and they dont care. The only positive is they do have good quality mens shirts, but not for the price they charge. Watch their sale signs and read ever little word.

One cashier on lower level that always have a line, no other cashiers anywhere to be seen. Otherwise, was pretty dead

JC Penney is my go to store for quick, quality, dresses and intimate apparel. I wasnt disappointed this time either.

They had the size I needed. One checkout person was odd, but I went to another who was real nice.

I shop at JCPENNEY for my favorite clothing brand and its the ST. JOHNS fashion style. Love the store. Staff are helpful and friendly.

I will highly recommend this store than other jcpenney wonderful staffs and service thank you so much rahaman you are a great human being last night I was stuck finding a taxi and my phone was switched off so rahaman is the guy book a cab for me and my lil kids really appreciate. I will never forget that help we are first time visiting Buffalo and this is one of our memory for Buffalo.

JCPenny was so hot! Theyre AC must be broken or something because I was in there sweating like crazy. I could barely concentrate on shopping. And some of the workers add attitudes my goodness! Get those prople some AIR!!!! Other than that they had awesome sales lol.

Everything was nice and neat went in and found exactly what I was looking for.

Bought a dress for a party this weekend. The price was incorrect. The girl at the register had to call a manager. A lady name Dee showed up. She apologized for the problem and fixed it quickly and was very kind about it. Definitely will be coming back soon. Thank you Dee for all your help today.

Found the last of an item they no longer carry, & on sale to boot. Bonus! Associates were extremely helpful.

It did what it needed to do, racks were stocked and staff were around.

Called the beauty salon galleria mall. They never answer the phone. Called back and a answering machine came on. Left a message. I never got a return call. I called back they put me on hold and never got back with me. I went eles where to get my hair done.

First time using Curb side. I waited outside for a good 15 min. I kept checking the front doors to make sure there wasnt an associate coming to my vehicle. As soon I grabbed my phone, the associate was outside and started yelling very rudely Helooooooooo. I honestly did not see her. I apologized to her for not seeing her and she just walked away! She had go be outside my car for 1 minute! The product was not what I expected. There were no tags on it,, it wasnt in a separate bag,, from the shipping bag. The product looked worn, so I returned it all within the same 15 min. Horrible service 😑

Ordered online for pick up was able to get in and out quickly. In store pick up could be a bit easier to find.

The atmosphere was really nice.

Had a hard time at this location with signs being posted for sales and items not ringing up correctly. Had to go back the following day to return. Full price items are way to expensive but If you can catch the sales they are very reasonable.

Clean and well organized isles . The staff is knowledgeable knowing specific location of goods . I plan on returning to the Market Place Mall location again.

Today I went to JCPenney to return a pair of jeans I bought last week. This is the 5th time Ive had to return pants in the last year because the fitting rooms are not open due to the Covid pandemic. It takes a lot of time to have to return to the store to return an item when it could of been tried on during the the original shopping trip. Frustrating!

Store employees were courteous and quick to retrieve my order.

Pretty much the whole damn store is on discount. Large selection but only 4 stars because of all of the pants selections available for ladies, I always struggle to find my size in a short length. Sales associate could not find either.

I went to the salon to pick up an item I ordered online. I am African American. The tall blond white lady at the register need help! She was rude, dismissive, did not greet me, said Good Bye to the customer and her family that she assisted, but ignored me when I stepped up to the counter. I moved over to the very busy lady that was on the phone, she was nice and answered my question. All I wanted to know was where I need to go to pick up a hair product I ordered online. The only reason you get 2 stars is because of the lady that did help me.PATHETIC AND RACIST!!!

Today was a terrible shopping experience at JCPenney. This place was truly a ghost town. Employees were scarce, dressing rooms are practically non-existent & there are no price checkers on a wall. How do you check a price? Its absolutely a no brainer as to why these department stores are shuttering. Customer care is a thing of the past.

Went to photo studio at Galleria Mall. Amara was very friendly & helpful. She was running the studio solo & maintained professional composure although camera problems were testing our patience at some points. Suggest they update & maintain equipment to better help great employees like Amara. Props could also use updating & cleaning, as some were kind of gross.

Store was. Clean except Bathroom my visit wasnt pleasant. I purchased some work clothes the prices Was Reasonable. Not 1 employee assisted as I shopped around/I was in store For Over 45 minutes. Service at Register was slow n it wasnt a Busy rush hour. Might only return for a Specified Item.

While shopping at the Walden Galleria store for shoes. Customer service representative Miles was very helpful assisting me with sizes and styles too chose from. Called ahead for a haircut showed up at 7, waited 15 minutes for someone just to walk up to the desk just to be told they couldn’t cut my son’s hair before they closed at 8!!! It’s a 5 minute haircut. I’ll never waste my time again

Very few nice clothes, most looked like they were from goodwill & when I chose to use my card after paying on it last time there. They didnt reward me cashier said I only get rewarded or discounts if I pay full bill. So I had to put most of my stuff back.

Purchased a pair of Nike air max sneakers, 1 Nike shirt, 1 Nike sweater and 1 Nike pair of sweatpants. I was charged for 2pairs of sneakers at $74.99 @ the Walden Galleria Mall location. My purchase was made on 2/29/2020 and I have my receipt, guess I was rushing and didn’t catch the mistake.......called and the manager pulled up the receipt on her end, refund issued immediately! Didn’t have to come in person, excellent customer service

Its a nice store with friendly employees. Had a good selection of infant and toddler clothes there. Prices were fairly reasonable for the mall. We found everything we needed for our sons fall clothing and some clearance summer and spring clothing for him also.

JCP is an amazing store. They always have a great selection of clothing and fantastic deals. I dont know how people would want to shop online for clothing when you can come here, get deals just as good, if not better and actually try on your clothes and feel the fabric. Its like physically being in an online clothing store.

Had a great experience doing a family portrait at the studio. Amara was a wonderful photographer. She made the experience very pleasant.

Went to buy a shirt and tie for my son....$40 for a bow tie is a bit much don’t ya think? Went to Walmart and bout one for under $10! Boom! That’s why a once popular place to shop is always closing yet another location! Don’t be greedy
