A wonderful woman helped me out immediately. She got the colors matched and the letters the right size and font, so everything would come together perfectly. Everything is on the computer so you get a preview of it all. For those of you who want to save time and not go through the app on your own, this is the best way to do it. Shes really good. Now, I just have to wait. I also bought a couple of shirts for $3 a piece! Great deals, great people. Sorry, shirts were in a bag for 24 hrs and I didnt iron them for photos but theyre great shirts, high quality.

Here is an honest review. The Shirt Guy should be called the Excuse Guy. I recently have reason to be in the vicinity of this store (several days a week) so I decided to write a review. It has been a few years since I purchased their products. I originally did not have a due date for my order. So I believe that may have attributed to the unprofessional business model. After reading a few other reviews, I definitely notice an excuse pattern. My order was about 20 shirts, two designs and three different colors. From the time I placed my order to their completion was two months. I got excuses of shirts not being in stock, then machine broke, lastly the death in the family scenario. I’m sure these excuses didn’t have anything to do with a mid summer vacation in which the shop was closed. When the order was finally completed and it was incorrect. I bought the misprinted items at a discount because they were a leisure item. My feeling is the the shirt guy takes on too much work that he knowingly cannot prepare. I’m sure that he realizes that he may have a turn over of customers and/or one time buyers. This point is evident in several negative reviews where he refunds customer’s money and states that they could not be satisfied. I would imagine large orders with more profit margin are a priority rather than customer satisfaction. I feel that this business took advantage of my patience and good faith. I have taken my yearly business elsewhere since my experience with The Shirt Guy. Since my review is a One Star and the rating is 4/5 stars, this means to me that 20% of his customers are experiencing the same problems. I own my own business where satisfying only 80% of my clients just wouldn’t work. Sorry Shirt Guy, quite frankly I’m surprised your still around.

I needed a last minute order for a memorial dinner planned for my daughter. The person who was going to do them didnt pull through. I can not say enough about how compassionate the owner was to my daughter and myself. Not only did he design the perfect shirt he had them done quickly. This was a very emotional for me to do but he walked me through it. Again he designed the perfect shirt to honor my beautiful daughter. I highly recommend this business. My family and I thank you for the amazing job you did!

Guy made me a panzerfäust shirt and got the dimensions all wrong, completely historically in-accurate. Really ruined my convention, the community was outraged, I tried to rectify the situation to no-avail!I even offered my mothers homemade peanut butter wafers. This shirt brought me so much pain and suffering it is unbearable. He wouldnt even accept my return, quote No Returns no matter what! now please leave my store.

Well one thing is for sure he doesnt get a shirt done in one day? And his communication far as phone conversation is dry. If u give a date it wont be done before that date SMH. Glad Ive found a few other print shops around thats really good with all sorts of people, customers. Check out Full Circle they wont be dry with you or have u wait.

When I order my shirts the owner daughter was super nice friendly and helpful. It took a long time to get my order and it was over 250$ so I was told they were ready and a new lady was in and she didn’t have much customer service she didn’t look for my order then when the store was closing we got a call and she asked if I called when she told my husband she’d call once she found them just super unprofessional got a ton of shirts in a plastic bag not a box a bag.

The absolute worst! Wouldnt do business with this person again on a bet! Everything I bought is peeling apart, even though I always turned everything inside out and I washed everything ONLY in cold water! $150 down the toilet! Had to wait forever and demand my items WEEKS after they were due! Is that why the quality was so horrendous, because I kept insisting on obtaining my items when they were two three six weeks behind schedule? Nothing but excuses from the staff! The owner will do shoddy work and complain about you to other people when you complain to or about him! I respectfully suggest you find other places to get your shirt work done. Theres plenty of other places out there who will do what you want without the brain and financial damage this loser will cause you.👎

My experience at the shirt guy was fabulous, I am not really great with the design process yet, so Debbie helped me through the process graciously. I ordered 4 shirts with different artwork, it took me about two hours due to changes of my own, and she was so pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I briefly spoke with the owner who also seemed pleasant. This is my first order with them. Looking forward to the next visit with them. Great job guys!!!

This is the response from the owner: Despite our efforts, we were never going to satisfy this customer. Eating the ten printed shirts and refunding her deposit was our only option. We will accept our losses on this order and not bother to challenge this review.This is a blantant lie from the owner. We were more than happy to come get our shirts, however Debbie said you could not print them and YOU were refunding our deposit. We never cancelled the order and waited patiently for 15 weeks for the shirts we ordered in good faith back in March. We are also the customers who helped you take your new printing machine into your back room. It was your decision to refund our money, we never even saw the printed shirts. I was told by Debbie you could not print them and again YOU were cancelling the order.

One of the employees remembered my last name and got paperwork right out. This place is amazing, I had ordered a couple shirts with a custom logo I sent to them. Within a day I recieved a call explaining my logo was going to cause issue with the color of shirts I selected and is was a little fuzzy. They proceeded to adjust my logo for me, verify if I liked the changes and kept there timeline for completing the order. Customer service in on point with The Shirt Guy and I would reccomend if need shirts printed to check this place out, I will be going back when more shirts are needed. LOVE this store! Its very clean & bright and made me feel like I was at a store on the Florida boardwalk. The best thing is I ordered a custom made shirt for my grand daughter with her photo and her name and it came out beautiful! Ordered 10 shirts with the help of Debbie doing the design on March 13 for an Alaskan trip scheduled mid August.I called March 29 to check on order.I called on April 11 to check on order.I called on May 15 to check on order.I called on June 7 to check on order.These prior calls was told 2 shirts were on back order but on June 7 was told back ordered shirts would not ship nowuntil August. Went in an ordered different color. Was told order would be called in and shirts would be done by next weekend.I called June 18 was told 3rd on the list to get printed, not sure why we were not first on list since we placed this order and paid half down in March but ok.I called June 22 was told would be printed Monday.I called June 24 to see when we could pickup shirts, was told by Debbie that printer was printing them now and should be done in a few hours and she would call me when done. Waited the rest of the day with no call back.I called June 25 and left message on machine because they were either helping another customer or are on the phone, per their message.Note this is the first call I received from Debbie this whole time, communication was always initiated by myself. This time she told me they were refunding my deposit and that they could not print our shirts. These shirts were ordered 15 weeks ago and need them in 6 weeks for our trip.Poor communication from this store. I understood the shirts on back order was not their fault but like I said prior, only communication was when I called them. Debbie made it out to be it was our design, yet she helped with the design. Then said she really is not supposed to help with that however, when I called the store prior to going into order was told on the phone someone would be there to help us.Not sure of the quality of this store since order was cancelled by them, refund was quickly given. Ordered company shirts for a big event we had coming up 3 weeks prior to the event.Was told 7-10 days. Called after 2 weeks, was told they call when the order was ready, she said she would check on it and call me back, no call back. Later I get a call (this is after 2 weeks) saying our shirts were out of stock and they had to order different ones. I called back the morning of our event and she says she will check on it and call me back, after i insisted she check now because she never called me back last time, she rudely agrees. Comes back and says they will print them that day and call me. Well, 7:00 the night of our event, they call and say they are ready. The event was over. I picked them up the next day and they look like iron on decals. I can tell after 2 washes, the store logo will be gone. They look nothing like the samples in the store. Total waste of money.

I recently ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt. I had a minor issue where the letters on the sweatshirt looked faded. When I brought this issue up, the owner reprinted a new sweatshirt at no cost. Now they both look great. Thank you!Not only is The Shirt Guy less expensive than online alternatives, the quality is very good and they have a convenient web based design tool so ordering from them is super easy.I definitely recommend The Shirt Guy!

No it isn’t at Visionworks we actually investigate what the problem is instead of attacking the customers. you know exactly why I did one star but you made me delete my first post before you gave us our order we already paid for. And yes two hours after our second order because we know how your products. which I never said any bad things about your products, the staff is so rude. but his father passed away and we needed two more shirts in honor of him we had no other choice.Congratulations on investigating where I work which is truly creepy that you’re stalking your customers maybe put a little effort into what the issue is and deal with your rude employees.

I cant tell ya how often Ive dealt with Debbie over the last few years..last minute orders and scheduled orders. Custom gifts for my friends and family. I have never had a problem with the variety of custom orders. The price for such a service is awesome. I cant recommend the store and personel enough.

We used this place because it was a local company instead of ordering online. I was told that it would be 7-10 business days for our order to be ready. After many phone calls, we received our order 23 days later!for some odd reason we decided to give this company a chance to redeem themselves and placed another order. Again we were told that our order would be done in 10 days. On day 9 (Thursday) I called and asked at what time could we pick up the order on Friday. I was told that it wasnt done and would be ready on Monday. given their severe lack of reliability of having the order done on time, I called a few days after the Monday to pick up the order. It still wasnt done! I was told that they would call me when it was ready. They cancelled our order after requesting to speak with the owner.Their business practices are deplorable. I realize that they pick and choose which customers they will serve in a timely manner.

I believe this is my 4th time purchasing from them. Every single time the quality has delivered. If I could make one criticism about it would be the time of delivery of material. They usually are a little slower than the quoted time but the quality makes up for it. However this time they were a day early. I was blown away when I received a call saying they were done. 7 business days verse the 8-10 they usually say. Ordered on the 17th and received today on 26th. Great job. I’ll be sure to have more hoodies made for the colder seasons. Cheers!

If you’re looking for quality, then you came to the right place. However if you’re looking for honest dependability with estimated times being correct, then you are certainly mistaken coming here. This is now my third time I’ve ordered from here. First time my order was 8 business days after the estimted delivery. The next was 7 business days after when I picked it up. This time around, already at 5 business days after. They should really change their estimted timing because it is so far off, it’s ridiculous. That’s my only pet peeve. Honestly if it wasn’t for the good quality, they would be a half star all day. Just update your estimated queue times and people would be much happier. Just look at all the negative remarks; they all point to the estimated delivery time. And yet somehow it always is the customers fault... c’mon now.Edit: Since I’m unable to reply to replies. The review is whole heartedly honest and true. I don’t use my real information on the internet hence a completely generic name. I was given constructive criticism and that’s it. I love the products but the delays are what’s driving your business reviews down. I’m sure I’ll use you again and be unhappy about the delivery times. Once you learn to correct the estimted times, the experience would be A+. But you can’t feasibly give a business 3+ stars if they fail to deliver on their estimated times 3 times already. Just fix that in your system, and we’ll be good. If in fact you ever deliver my clothing in a timely manner; I’d be delighted to change this review. I love this place! Debbie is usually the one that helps me and she helps me use the computer and I pick what I want and I would verify by signing the printed final shirt of how I designed it and when a customer signs a final print, that signature is saying you are ok with it---so once you do that you must stick to it and they will print the shirt the way you designed it and VERIFIED WITH YOUR SIGNATURE. A Business cannot stay in business too long if people verify in writing and then change their mind AFTER it has been printed out. We, the customer need to really make sure we like what we authorize and once it is printed, it is done and we accept what we get unless there is a defect in the letters or picture that was put on the shirt.We all have different preferences----THEREFORE, it is best to go directly to the store and use the computer, picture, or whatever and be specific what you want and get details in writing. If you are satisfied with what you want, document it on the final copy receipt and sign and have the employee intitial it also so that both parties have a clear understanding. This way there will be less problems. GO DIRECTLY TO THE STORE, IF POSSIBLE OR BE VERY CLEAR ON THE ON-LINE ORDERING WHAT YOU WANT. (YOU CANNOT FEEL A SHIRT ON LINE SO GO TO STORE AND YOU CANNOT DETERMINE IF IT IS HEAVY OR LIGHT, SO GO TO STORE)DEBBIE WAS WONDERFUL TO ME AND GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME....THE ONLY THING THAT SOMETIMES IS A PROBLEM IS WHEN A T SHIRT WILL BE READY. On August 6th I visited The Shirt Guy to inquire about having a photo image put on a t- shirt. The sales associate, Debbie, helped me by uploading the image and explaining the process. She was very nice. She told me the normal delivery was 8 to 10 business days. I needed it by Saturday the 11th. She suggested I could place a rush on the order for an additional 25% fee. As I needed it, I agreed to these terms and paid in advance. Saturday came and went with no call or contact at all. I called this morning, Monday, to inquire about the status of the order. Debbie was busy and said she would call me back. I had to call her back over an hour later as I had an appointment and had to leave. I was told the shirt was not done but would be done by the end of the day. She also said he had problems with the machine on Saturday. I considered cancelling the order but now had no time to search for a new gift so I agreed to go ahead with it. I mentioned that as the service I paid for was not provided, it was reasonable to request a refund for paid service. She countered that it was still before the 10 business days but would mention it to him even though this was not the terms I agreed to. I received a call from another associate about 3:30. Saying it was ready. I arrived about 5 to pick it up. When I questioned about my refund, I was told it was still before the 10 business days. I explained again that the agreed upon date was Saturday the 11th and that service was not provided. At this point I was told that if I wanted a refund for the rush service I would have to leave the t-shirt and come back on the 20th (10th business day). I was totally shocked! I had no choice but to take the shirt. Having worked in retail for many years, I understand the importance of providing a good product coupled with excellent customer service. A successful business requires both. If the machinery was not functioning on Saturday, I should have received a call to offer me other options. Although the product was adequate, it was evident to me that honoring delivery dates and providing professional customer service is not important to this business. I will never patronize this business again and would NEVER recommend it.

Second time trying these guys. First was a shirt that was to be a birthday present. Will be a week to ten days. Week to ten days went by. Finally walked in the store. Oh, the printers are broken. Could you have called. We didnt know when they would be fixed. Could you have called and said, the printers are down and we dont know when they will be fixed. Oh, theyll be ready as soon as we can fix the printers. No hurry, no sense of urgency, no sense of anything. Finally get product, two weeks after I needed it. Its not the best quality. Try them ONE more time, ordered a zippered hoodie with a logo on the front left. I need the hoodie to wear to a dog event. I tell the girl. Thats good, it will be ready. Call the day before. Oh, it wont be ready. The printer is ill. Probably, maybe, you know, maybe next week. No sense of urgency, no sense of anything, again. This does me no good, I tell her. I need it tomorrow and for where Im going out of town next. She says Well, we wouldnt have had it ready until tomorrow anyway. I say Is it going to be ready tomorrow? No, its not. And then I get more of the maybe next week, maybe. I tell her that this was your second chance to prove that you can do this and youve blown it again. We have bulk shirt orders to do for our chapter and now, nothing. Never with you. Oh, well (snippy tone now), Ill just have him cancel the order and send you an email when its done. Thank you. Yes, cancel the order that you said isnt ready and wont be ready because you dont know when ever it will be ready and refund me the money Ive already paid for the order that I dont know whenever you plan on doing it. Yes, please. That was 2/8. This is 2/20. I have received no hoodie, no call that the hoodie was done (although it WASNT done on the day the girl said she would CANCEL the order, so why would the hoodie be done if it was cancelled) AND, more importantly, no credit for the cost of the hoodie that was never done. I have a left a message, with no response. I assume the next step is to go through Paypal.

I hate to leave a bad a review for a small business because we understand that it’s hard to run a small business. BUT this was just the worst experience we have ever had with a business. The woman that works there (Debbie) never seems to know what she is doing and is bordering on rude. We were never asked what kind of hoodie we wanted as far as weight . We were told 7-10 days, over 14 days later we pick them up and they are paper thin. If we would have known that there were different weights we would have ordered the heavier ones. I ordered through e-mail thinking that way we would get something that we really wanted and a decent quality. But we werent even given an option of different qualities or weight. I guess you should just know all about sweatshirts and weights before you consider getting one. The also substituted Jerzee for the Gildan we order and when complained about it the guy said well we didnt have enough Gildan it’s the exact same thing as the Jerzee some people just like the name brand. Clearly we do since that’s what we ordered. I don’t care what the reason you always call and ask if a substitution is ok. While we were on the phone with the guy trying to figure out the why we ordered on thing and were given another ( he explained that they are the same quality and they do this often when they run out of the desired brand) we mentioned that we ordered through the e-mail and that maybe his employee needs to learn more about the product so that she could advise on different products, his response was that she does actually know the product quite well but she just doesnt go the “extra mile”. The extra mile?! She didnt even do the bare minimum. Our Problem isnt with the shirt, we got what we ordered and the printing looks good. It was a little late which seems to be a trend. Our problem is with the customer service. If your employees are working with the customers than that employee should know how to interact with them. Based purely on that we wont bother with them again.
