Went in to Troidl’s today, first time being there and the customer service was great. You can tell that they care about helping you out. I was in an out quickly and I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything additional. Truly nice people and I will surely go back for contact/glasses needs

Troidl Optical has been our optometrist for several years. The team there is extremely thorough and professional, while also friendly. In addition to their wonderful customer service, they are also very knowledgeable and care about your eyes, and what is the best possible solution for you while also being conscious of cost. You are treated extremely well, the atmosphere is inviting and friendly, and they are very up to date on fashion eyewear trends with a really great selection. Highly recommend.

I have to recommend Eric and his staff. I was working in WNY and as glasses do my mine broke. Without an appointment Eric not only saw me but put my lenses into a frame for me so I could make my remaining appointments. I have since become a patient and have experienced the same high level of service since. I would STRONGLY Recommend! Keep up the great work.

I always went to the buy 2 pairs for $69.00 places until I discovered a REAL EYE DOCTOR. The family friendly Troidl Optical is a must for someone who wants kind, knowledgeable staff who is concerned with the best options for you, not just the quick sale.I have been going to them since 2002 when I moved into the neighborhood. While it may be more than the other eye places, it is the quality, friendly attitudes and the service you get from them that sets Troidl apart.

Went in with my moms glasses. Her dog chewed them. They took the glasses right away and put her lenses in a new frame. Price was very good. Will be going there from now on.

Came here after seeing reviews. Most friendly staff lve ever encountered at any establishment who also are down to earth. With recommendations for brands as well as feedback on fitting, l was able to decide on a frame. They are also very honest and willing to work with you, be it payments or helping you pick what suits you best. After 15ish years of wearing glasses, my new glasses are the only ones lve ever been extremely content with. Theyre comfortable, fit my head, and, obviously, help me see much better!
