I have nothing but compliments for this company. They were so patient with our order, as they waited for an entire year for us to be ready to install after we ordered the countertop. Any time I called to check in, Jillian was very understanding and supportive. Craig and Branden, as well as the person who came to measure, were all polite, respectful and did beautiful, professional work.I am so excited about our new countertop and cabinets.

I can honestly say that I have never worked with a company that cared so much or worked so hard to make sure all was to my satisfaction! Every concern was addressed. They exceeded my expectations. We used premier surfaces for our kitchen countertops and would highly recommend this company. If there was a question or concern, they were easy to get a hold of and very professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner with stunning results. 5 stars and will use premier surfaces again in the future!

My wife and I are nearing the end of a major kitchen remodeling. Based upon recommendation from the kitchen designer we went to Solid Surfaces / Premier Surfaces of Buffalo for the Cambria quartz counter top and back splash. There were three visits: first from the person who took all the measurements followed by two installations for the counter and back splash. The installers (Bryan and Gary) were top-notch who were very professional in their work providing us with a beautiful quartz counter top and back splash worthy of admiration for years to come. Our point person rep at Premier was Jillian who introduced us to our chosen slab at the warehouse and addressed all our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of material.

I have used them twice (unfortunately), problems both times. First time, they failed to bring the right size backsplash and had to come back a week later. Second time, they showed up with no sinks even though their rep took the sinks with him when he measured. It takes them two weeks after measurement to install, so I am without any bathroom vanity tops/sinks for two weeks. When they did show up, not only did they have no sinks, but they cut one vanity top completely wrong/backwards, and the second one they for some reason cut/curved away from the wall by 1/4 in the last 3 against the wall so that there is a large gap on the end. They agreed to replace the first vanity top, but for some reason seem to be claiming that having a large gap away from the wall is their standard practice on the second one. Worse yet, rather than correcting their mistake promptly they now want another 2 weeks to fix their problem - so I am without bathroom vanity tops or sinks for five weeks. They dont seem to accept responsibility for anything, horrible customer service, and they all want to blame some other employee at their company rather than take corporate responsibility as a team. Would never recommend them to anyone. They are extremely expensive for granite, they dont do good work, and their processes are so broken that they cannot do anything in one trip (which is why they are so expensive. Avoid them if you can.PS. - update, after waiting 2 weeks for them to replace the master bathroom vanity top, which they cut incorrectly, they brought me the most drab, boring, lackluster portion of the slab they could find. They couldnt care less about their mistake. And to make matters worse they installed it extremely badly; they use a strapping and gluing system that they strapped from front to back so when they tighten it up there is a 1/8 overhang in the front and 5/8 overhang in the back, obviously not centered. Again they couldnt care less. And finally please note, that when this company gets a very bad review they provide a stock auto-reply to every single customer, but when they get a good review they provide a personal note to those customers. Clearly they dont care about their mistakes. Again, a very, very poor company to work with.PPS - I just figured out that the problem with the sink being un-centered is not due to the straps, but is actually because they cut the sink opening in the wrong place and they cannot center it because the front of the sink hits the front of the cabinet. They could have solved that by cutting the sink hole 1/4-3/8 deeper in the back, or by pushing the entire sink hole back by 1/4, so they had two chances to get this right and blew them both. Imagine that, a granite company that cannot accurately cut granite.

The sales and installation service was fantastic. We are very happy with our Cambeia quartz countertop. Would highly recommend Premier Surfaces.

Solid Surfaces is an outstanding company. They continually provide top notch customer service and are always willing to answer any questions you might have. The guys that came out to our house were also very clean and professional which I appreciated.

We were given a tour of the counter top showroom, the salesperson was able to guide us toward specific material patterns we chose based on our likes. She was very patient with us throughout the entire experience. Her knowledge of the products made her easy to work with.

The staff at Solid Surfaces was very professional and couteous to us when we visited the store to get some ideas for our kitchen. Marylou showed us around the showroom and explained to us in full the different options we were able to choose from. This place is awesome.

My husband and I were referred to this company (then known as Solid Surfaces inc.) by a third party supply store.The woman I worked with on choosing my slab was okay initially, but grew to be very rude. Every conversation we had she seemed to be irritated. When it came time to choose our final layout and sign off on it, I had my husband drop by the warehouse because I had become so uncomfortable with dealing with them.Upon installation, the two men were very friendly and seemed very competent! After they left I noticed some adhesive had leaked onto my newly refinished cabinets.. its orange and so there was no easy way to hide it. Within 2 months of install, the smaller cut slab of quartz has lifted from the cabinet base, and the seam is very slightly chipping.This is not the best experience for a countertop that cost a pretty penny! I would definitely do things differently next time and go with a different company!

From the very beginning until the end, the guys from Solid Surfaces were very professional and friendly. They also provided us with sound recommendations which was great and really appreciated.

We had our kitchen countertops and an outdoor kitchen island refitted with Quartz and Granite countertops. The Solid Surfaces installers and sales staff (Samantha)were extremely knowledgable and helpful. The installers took the time to assure the installation was completely first rate. They explained everything we needed to know to perform the minimal care necessary for our new countertops. They all were very friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them and not only are the end results absolutely gorgeous but Solid Surfaces made the process so much easier. We recommend them highly.

The service that I was provided from Solid Surfaces Inc was excellent. They offered me a wide variety of options, and paid attention to every single detail when installing my selection from start to finish.

I had high expectations based on the reviews but I found the sales person to be very unwelcoming and the prices were way to high.
