I contacted the owner charlie to give an estimate on running a new sump pump line from the house to the street and he came out the next day was very professional and knowledgeable and gave a great price. Came out about a week and a half later to do the job and was in and out same day and you can barley tell they were here! These guys were great!

Was supposed to have concrete work done in 2020 that needed to get pushed back to 2021. They promised me I’d be first out in spring, then they pushed me to June now I can’t get a call back to save my life.

Being new to the area, we had an issue with our sump pump and really didnt know who to call. I pulled up sump pump issues and Nickel City Home Service came up. Left a message with Charlie and the call was returned by Jeremy. Very polite and informative over the phone, it was approximately 6:30 Monday night, of course when things go wrong!!! Jeremy asked if it was okay to come Tuesday morning which was fine. He knew what our problem was right away gave us the details of what we needed to do to fix it. Needless to say, my husband and I are very happy with the way we were treated with courtesy and honesty, Nickel City will be getting more work in the future from us for sure. Also the job was done very safely using Covid protocols and clean up, excellent. Thank you!

I had a leak in my basement and had many people come in and provide estimates. Nickel City was the only one that properly assessed my situation and gave me an honest and fair estimate of the job. They were able to complete the work two days after I accepted the quote a did an excellent job in about 6 hours time. Very honest folks and I highly recommend.

Charlie and Jeremy came out to put in a drainage ditch for me. They rolled up right on time. During the work they were fast and neat. When done I couldnt even tell they were here. If I need anything else done I will not hesitate to call them again ! Very hard and fast workers !Very pleased with the work they did !

All I have to say is OUTSTANDING.

I dont normally leave a review for someone that hasnt done the work, but despite two messages via their website and a couple of phone calls (from the UK) asking specifically to let me know if they were not interested, they couldnt even be professional enough to call/email me back. Dont advertise if you dont want business.
