Good and consistent which is something I have not been able to say about some local restaurants lately. Getting pricey.

They are over rated. I paid 7.49 for two small custards with chocolate covered. It was really small and not as good as Burger King custards for 1.00 what a rip-off never again.

The drive thrus always busy, but they keep the line moving along. No issues with the product or staff at all, but that drive thru line could be dangerous for pedestrians and bicycles if cars block the sidewalk & side street (which they sometimes do).

Staff are friendly and service is fast once you get up to order. Very busy on weekend evening.

Only gave 4 stars because I couldnt go inside and the app was a bit troublesome. Im sure that will change once covid restrictions loosen. Love there Strawberry Cheese Cake blizzard!!!!!!

A nice treat to cool off in the heat.

They quick and friendly. At night there is a line so try to go at different times.

They usually have a pretty decent sized line that ends up on the side of French, BUT even with that being said they are AWESOME. They are beyond fast and whip up everything so fast we are amazed and let them know every time. Especially with a car of 4, it is insane the quality and speed at which they get everything out and CONSISTENTLY, we are never disappointed here. Keep it up, you all rock!

Fast service. Theres no indoor dining right now because of covid, but they clearly keep a full staff to move the drive thru along. I ordered for 3 people, and we were in and out in Tim Hortons level time

Why am i not allowed to pick up a cake from inside. Few days ago you could walk inside. Make up your mind.

This location is drive thru only. My son and I rode our bikes over 3 miles to get there. We drove up to the speaker, as we could not go into the store. The one voice said, How may I help you? Followed immediately by another voice saying, We cannot serve you unless you are in your car. You can download the app, order online, and get curbside to go. Are you actually joking? During a pandemic, you are going to deny service to the only customer in the lot? Evidently the business is doing so well they didnt need my business. No problem. Ill go to DD or Tim Hortons or ride my bike to the Abbott Road location where they appreciate the business, be it on a bike or in a car. Ill gladly give them my money over this DQ.

Didnt shop here. Slept in my car while waiting for an appt elsewhwere. They werent open yet, but manager was there setting up. Didnt bug me so made me happy.

Friendly workers and amazing quality menu items. Wish they were a bit more reasonable though, but their coupons are great on their app.

Employees who answer the phone are always rude and have a disgruntled tone of voice. Think I will be getting my ice cream elsewhere. 😔

I come here very rarely now that I live out of town. But this particular location is special since its the location I would get ice cream with family when I was a kid growing up a few blocks away. Stopped here during a recent trip in town on a spur of the moment decision to get a blizzard, and to no ones surprise, it was a good decision. This location is just desserts, so keep that in mind. Would definitely stop in again next time Im in the area. Or maybe Ill just find a Dairy Queen in Rhode Island.

Located on French Road, open year round. In the summer, theres setting outside. During the winter, seating inside. Wide variety of frozen dairy products available. Ice cream cakes are made for any occasion. Novelty items are also available. Open daily.

We had 2 small blizzards....great service, dinning room and tasty treats. Only negative was the price....$10 for 2 small blizzards. Bit steep but very good.

Great place, clean and bright, drive thru is a bonus. Wish the prices at their restaurants werent so high though- almost $5 for a blizzard, $3+ for a sundae without nuts or whipped cream, definitely not great for a family on a tight budget.

Only one complaint! Says closes at 11pm, get there before 11 and they’re closed! I don’t live close, so it’s disappointing when you get there craving some goodies and they closed early. Other than that, great staff and good treats!

Charged $9.98 for 2 small blizzards when the site says $3.69 each. The kid at the window was very rude. Banana split blizzard had 3 small pieces of banana and nothing else!! Worst dq visit ever!

There was nothing different about this than any other dairy queen. Thats a good thing because consistency is important when talking about chain restaurants.

We saw on their sign that small sundaes were $3.19, so my husband and I ordered a small strawberry and a small hot fudge. We were asked if we wanted whipped cream; we said sure.We get to the window and they ask for $8.22 (!). In a state of semi-shock, I hand over my card, knowing Id feel bad if I pulled away and left them to waste the sundaes. While waiting, I noticed the huge sign on the drive-thru window that offered, FREE Dilly Bar if you fill out the survey on your receipt within 3 days!With relief, I told my husband, At least we can get the Dilly bar to help make up some of the cost! But then the cashier handed us our sundaes and closed the window - giving us no receipt.I dont know if they denied us our receipt to hide the fact that they deliberately overcharged us, or if this location charges $1 per sundae for the tiny dollop of whipped cream we received (our location a few blocks over, on Broadway, has never charged us), but either way, we were very disappointed and we will not be returning here. We receive the same sundaes with more whipped cream for $6-odd just a mile northeast.

BE AWARE of Dairy Queen on French Rd. In buffalo, staff is incredibly rude! Tried to tell me my orange julius was suppose to taste like water bc it was slushie based......RIDICULOUS!! Inferior quality product and terrible customer relations! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
