Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I was waited on immediately. The staff was very knowledgeable.I have only been wearing my insoles for a couple of hours, so I really cant say how they are yet. I have been struggling with debilitating plantar fasciitis for months and had become very sedentary and incredibly depressed. I am so hopeful these work.

Back to doing what I love and more. Thanks to the Good Feet store... oh the Good Feet jingle you just cant get it out of your head! I sincerely hope whoever wrote The Good Feet jingle got paid what they deserve. I still cant stop singing that little ditty. Composition credits aside, lets talk facts about the Good Feet store.Price: $400 for each pair of little pieces of plastic arch supports. They recommend you purchase three sets of arch supports in order to do the job correctly Thats $1,200. Ouch! That hurts more than my feet did!The contract they require you sign states that not only are they not doctors and cannot give medical advice, if you are not satisfied they will not actually refund your money but instead you will receive a store credit.... less the 20% restocking fee. Ouch again! Thats an instant loss of $240.With the store credit remaining after they keep 20% for restocking the returned little pieces of plastic, you can purchase about 6 pairs of their absolutely fabulous sneakers or 120 pairs of their cheap petroleum smelling shapeless insoles, or a combination thereof.Everybody needs to do their own due diligence of course. But heres what I did.Me and my pricy new arch supports went to UBMD Orthopedics who are the official Sports Dr.s to the Buffalo Bills and the Sabres. In direct contrast to the non-doctors at the Good Feet store, the Orthopedic Doctor I saw told me that you dont need an Arch support jammed all the way up to the top of your arch its too aggressive. So thats what was causing my sudden brand new heel pain! They told me that they see people that have purchased supports from the Good Feet store and not many of them are happy with their purchase. Hmm....The Good Feet store sales people told me (repeatedly) they have a 95% customer satisfaction rate. Well maybe the orthopedic doctor only sees the unsatisfied 5%.Bottom line... for my personal situation, my arches were never the problem and because the Good Feet store sales people arent doctors they had no clue. They still sold me $1,200 worth of arch supports I didnt need, and I still left there that day happily believing the Good Feet store was the answer. That darn jingle.And so: The orthopedic doctor visit ended up costing me a mere $35 copay and a $70 pair of excellent Aetrex insoles that are designed for my specific situation. I can jog again! Yay!Replacement cost for these insoles for the rest of my projected lifetime will still cost me only half of what I spent at the Good Feet store.So Im finally really back to doing what I love and more ......a little lighter in the wallet but a little wiser.Still, I cant get that snappy Good Feet tune of my head. Seroiusly, that writer should get a Jingle Grammy!

They help my foot pain

I went to Good Feet after a recommendation from my chiropractor and a few friends. The experience has been highly personalized. I do think the cost is too high for the product, but it is working and has a lifetime replacement built in. Ultimately I chose to make the investment because the supports are thin enough to fit into all types of shoes that I wear, unlike other orthotics Ive tried. My plantar fasciitis and fallen arches had gotten so bad that I was having trouble walking. The pain was intense. After being fitted, I had a plan and 3 types of arch supports to rebuild my arch. I felt relief almost immediately while wearing the arches, and now after just a few weeks on the program, there is almost no pain! Cheryl calls me regularly to check in and ensure that the program is still working. Overall, very good experience!

I have been to 2 different foot doctors with limited pain relief until they suggested injections... After the horrible pain at the injection site on both feet I figured that wasnt the answer anymore.. after 5 sets of injections in both feet and numerous custom fit orthotics. I love The Good Feet Store! Im on my feet as i work in retail and teach Yoga. My feet and legs have bothered me a lot after work for years. Then couple years ago, i had surgery on bottom of my foot between my toes that has been bothering me a lot. I went to The Good Feet Store and my feet were measured, took foot prints, tried on different arch supports. Found out I have high arches. Connie explained everything to me! Very positive experience!!! I went back the next morning and purchased my new arch supports. My feet have felt better since!!! The best part is the area i had surgery on doesnt even hurt anymore!!!! I love the inserts. My legs and feet feel really good. I have been using them faithfully. I dont quite understand the sandal thing and how to Velcro them in. I leave for Florida on Friday, so Ill probably just use them when wearing gym shoes, while Im there.

Why cant I return these $300 pieces of plastic that have done NOTHING for me? Went in to The good feet store just hoping to find something to help with my aching feet. Great sales rep named Alex explained everything to me, about the shoe supports and how your feet affect your back, neck, knees. Didnt push me into buying anything. I bought the entire package, Alittle pricey but worth ever penny. My feet feel great already. So glad I went into the good feet store.

I was a skeptic. Not any longer!!! Don set me up with the system and after only three days my life has changed dramatically!!! I can’t believe how effective these things are. They should be called Miracle Feet.Don is the absolute paragon of professionalism and product knowledge. I will recommend the store and Don to everyone!!

The sales person was great and seemed to know the product well. The arch supports are great and my foot pain is gone. However I cant help but feeling that this product is way over priced and people like myself are being taken advantage of. I really cant see how you can justify charging $1125.00 your arch supports and the warranty. I am very happy that my foot pain is gone and do not regret buying the product but still feel that it should be much affordable.

I have been in a lot of discomfort for a number of years which has progressively gotten worse. Most recently, walking at the local county fair became unbearable, thereby cutting our time there. Went in desperately looking for foot pain relief. Hearing $1100 for a set of plastic seemed almost comical, so I bought a temporary-use pair.Changed my life.I cannot be on my feet without them. Foot pain is gone. Knee pain is gone. Hip pain is gone. Posture has dramatically improved (after hopelessly trying special braces and exercises) simply because of plastic insoles. Will purchase full set.I only wish I did this sooner.

Alex did a tremendous job of explaining how the orthodics work. The push and pull on flat hand palms, with and without orthodics was very impressive to me. I actually felt the pain lessen between my knees and hips while walking with the strengtheners in shoes. Was told by foot Dr. my only option was foot surgery, he was wrong. Very impressed at this time. Charting time on all three inserts, building my way up to 6 to 8 hours on strengtheners. Would highly recommend to anyone with foot pain.

Im on my feet at work for a good deal of the 10 hours Im at work. Even with an anti fatigue mat my heels would still get sore so I decided to give the good feet store a try after hearing about them on the radio and reading about there good reviews. After getting my free consultation for my feet, I was in shock over the price for the three step system. After trying each of them on in the store, I immediately felt an improvement in my foot pain, mainly in my heel. So I decided to give them a try considering they come with a lifetime warranty. This is my first full day with the inserts so I hope it continues to improve.

My heel seems to be getting better. Follow instructions to the letter. So far so good. After a full week my right heel has been in more pain. The pain has now traveled above the heel in the back. Need appointment to adjust.

I have been dealing with foot pain for the last 4 or 5 years. I have been to see doctors and specialists but have not found a solution for my foot pain. I decided to give the Good Feet store a try, which is something I should have done a long time ago. When my wife and I showed up at the store Phoebe sat down with us and let me explain the problem and everything that I have tried. She was very patient and listened to what I had to say, then explained the process and gave me the information on the product. I tried the inserts that she recommended in the store and ended up purchasing the 3 sets of inserts. It has been 4 days now and my feet feel much better. I still have inflammation in my left foot but it is slowly getting back to normal. I have been able to get out of bed and walk without the assistance of a cane or crutches, I can even stand with all my weight on one foot without having intense pain. For anyone with foot pain I would recommend stopping in and giving it a try.

When I wear the sneakers my feet turn a good numbness. I worked at it gradually but fitness didnt take long. After wearing them for a longer length of time they must come off. My only complaint Is my big right toe gets sore. I put a liquid bandage on it. Please remember how the sneakers have helped.

Went in and talked to Rich. Funny guy but seemed knowledgeable. Very personable and all that. Sold very well. Foot pain is better overall but still occassional. Was told by Rich he would call to follow up in 5 to 7 days. Was very insistant about it, actually. Well, 2 weeks later I havent heard a peep. Very disappointing since I choked up $1100.00. I would think they could at least follow through with what they promise. Im reluctant to call even though I have a few questions because Im curious how long it will truly take. Im sure theyre response will be for me to call them, but IM the one that paid dearly. They should be making the effort AFTER the check is written. Anyway, recommended for pain relief, not neccessarily the customer service.
