I am so impressed with the above and beyond of service! Now a days it is so hard to find good customer service. I showed them a picture of a corsage and they made it exact! Absolutely stunning! Because of Covid and the abundance of weddings, it is extremely hard to find mini red roses. I live in Westford and I went to two other florist shops and they didnt have the mini red roses and if they ordered them they couldnt guarantee they would get them in before the event. I called Judy and Tonya at A floral Moment went out of their way to get the flowers and made a beautiful corsage for my sons date. This is his first formal event and he loved how the corsage turned out! Thank you so much for a lovely experience! This will be the first place I will recommend to friends and will shop here from now on!

I worked at a florist for 3 years and have high standards that aren’t often met, but am so impressed with their service and the arrangement my niece received from here! I simply asked for a color scheme and they made a stunning arrangement with some of my favorites like lisianthus, stock and delphinium!! I know that was just luck, but I was so thrilled it wasn’t a basic looking design like so many others I’ve seen. They’re clearly passionate about their art, especially when given the freedom to design without a strict template. 10/10 would recommend!!

Very helpful and friendly. The arrangement Ara outstanding are you only use Judy. She always brings a smile for the arrangements I sent to people they just say how beautiful they are and smell wonderful. If you need flour arrangements for any kind of celebration we go to her it will just fall in love with the place and her she makes you feel that you are very important.

We noticed they were closing by 1pm on a a Saturday but called anyway since google reviews were best in Chelmsford and we needed flowers for my grandmother’s funeral the next morning. Judy was amazing! She was sensitive, kind, and patient. We wanted some red in there but not so much that it looked like an Indian wedding. She gave some great ideas and didn’t hesitate to get them done in time for the funeral less than 24 h away. We were so happy with the arrangements. My grandmother was full of life. Highly recommend Judy for any needs. We got caught in a tough situation where we were blindsided by an online company and the flowers supposed to be delivered for a wake service were not available. We found this out at 1 p.m. the day of the wake (please never use Blooms Today they are a horrible company). I called Judy in a panic and with only a half hour to spare she made an arrangement for us and re-routed her delivery driver to get it over to the funeral home by 2:00 p.m. She did not hesitate to help us out and went above and beyond our expectation. She truly reminded us of why you should always shop local over online retailers. Judy we cant thank you enough for what you did for us yesterday your service is beyond 5 stars and we really look forward to using you again in the future!

It has been a week and a half since my floral arrangement was delivered and with the exception of a few flowers, which I cut out, it looks as fresh as when it was delivered.

I have used this florist many times and every time they are amazing.The receiver of the flowers have complimented how beautiful and fresh they are. Customer services is also amazing.

I live in North Carolina and ordered the alabaster rose arrangement online for my grandmother’s 101st birthday. I was nervous about how the flowers would look. My mother sent a picture to me and I was so happy and relieved. The roses were beyond gorgeous!!! JuJu Buds is my new florist for all my Massachusetts flower needs!

Wish I could give this less than one star. I arranged for them to provide casket flowers for a family members funeral. I showed up at the funeral and the flowers were missing entirely. The funeral home called the florist SEVERAL times and was sent to voicemail so they left several messages. Someone from the flower shop finally called me back hours later and was rather rude. She went on and on about how their “WiFi has been bad this week”. I had to ask for my money back as they had already charged me for the flowers that I never received. Still no refund yet. They also said they couldn’t even send me flowers to make up for it because I love too far from the shop. There were no flowers at the services and we were counting on them AND I had already paid. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service

After three interactions with the owner, I cant say enough good things. She did a demonstration at my garden club and made the most amazing arrangements. After seeing her in action, I decided to get flowers for my mother after surgery. My mother and sister couldnt stop talking about how nice the flowers were, how unusual the flowers were, how long they lasted. And how nice the arrangement was. Then my in laws sent us flowers that were delivered by Juju flowers. They are fabulous. The arrived 11 days ago and still look beautiful. I will definitely order from juju again.

I recently ordered fall centerpieces for a local volunteer appreciation dinner. The quality and care of each arrangement exceeded our expectations. The flowers contained a variety of warm fall colors. Included were some fall cabbages as well that offered such a nice contrast in texture . My mother-in-laws funeral was held today and Judy did a wonderful job with the floral arrangements. They were absolutely beautiful. She was very helpful and helped us to choose the colors that would look best with the color of the casket, the color inside the casket and the dress she was wearing.
