We had over a dozen mature trees removed by Community Tree. They arrived with a massive crane to lift the trees over our house, a bucket truck for some smaller trees, a powerful chipper that took 12+ inch tree branches and a truck to haul away the tree trunks. A crew of 4 workmen took 8 hours to complete the job, but a thunderstorm and lightning cut the first day short, so it was spread over two days. Community Tree is fully insured with worker comp which gave us peace of mind. As for scheduling, its best done early as they get very busy over the warm season. We had to wait about 7 weeks before they finally arrived. But once all the equipment arrived it became quite clear what a massive operation our tree removal was.

Incredible work. They removed 15 giant pines in 5 hours. The guys were all friendly and very efficient. They didnt leave any mess behind. The Hogans were professional start to finish and 3 of my neighbors stopped over to say how impressed they were with the work being done. I will use them again on the next project for sure!

Dont call this place for tree service. First off lady who answers phone is extremely rude and seems upset you called. They come out and give appraisal next day and you call the same day and agree to price. Then months go by and not a word. You call back once weekly after not hearing anything and they take your name and number and never get a call. Then the lady at front desk says go somewhere else.

We just had 2 pines and a large oak cut down by them and were very happy with the whole experience. The crew was very efficient. The two pines came diwn in under 2 hours and they cleaned the debris completely! The oak was a larger project but again not a twig was left behind. They handled the machinery very well. My family and neighbors watched the whole process, it was amazing. We found the crew to be professional but friendly. We highly recommend this service and will call them again in the future!

Now over a week since I inquired about an estimate on a tree removal. STILL WAITING!

These folks know what they are doing. Took two trees between two fences with on 3 feet of clearance between the fences with complete precision. They were so polite and cleaned up leaves and twigs so nothing was left. I recommend them highly.

I have ordered loam twice from Community Tree and both times the loam was very clean with no rocks or debris. I got same day delivery both times I called, and they were very friendly and easy to deal with. The price was competitive, and I really like the fact that I am supporting a local family owned business. I would not hesitate to order from Community Tree again in the future!

Good owners. I accidentally went there on Saturday to dispose some brush and tree branches (because the Westford recycling web site mentions Saturday hours as well for them). Office was closed, but by chance I met the owners and they not only allowed me to dump but also helped me to take the brush and branches out of my car. Good folks!

Our backyard was totally over whelmed with very mature overgrown pine trees. We were desperately in need of some serious culling. We reached out to 5 companies in seacrh of realistic options and estimates. 2 companies never responded at all! 1 informed us that they dont deal with pine. One showed up and basically informed us that in exchange for their services we would have to forfeit our 1st born. Then our prayers were answered when Mr. Hogan of Community Tree Service arrived. Our 3 Labrador retrievers announced his arrival. As I watched him getting out of his truck I corralled the dogs back into the house. As I went back outside to greet him I was a bit surprised he had gone back to his truck. Concerned that the dogs might have run off our last option, consider my surprise to learn that, having heard the dogs, he had gone back to the truck to get them dog biscuits!!! Mr. Hogan surveyed our situation, made some recommendations and then prepared a prioritized estimate. Their estimate was significantly less than the other option. We decided on having them remove the three worst trees. Up until now I have failed to mention the fact that all of these trees were located in our fenced in backyard, in between our and our neighbors swimming pools. With coordination, they were able to position their crane in our neighbors driveway and extract the trees over our shed, alongside our two story house out to their awaiting chipper in our front yard. My wife and I were mesmerized as we watched load after load be extracted up and over the fence. The 4 man crew were fully choriograghed, and their team work was exceptional. From start to finish they were on site for slightly more than 2 hours to include crane setup and take down and a thorough clean up. 2 sections of the trees were too large for the chipper and were left on site and promptly removed the 1st thing the following morning. Our only regret was that our grandchildren werent available to see the whole operation. I highly recommend them.
