From the first meeting to final installation, everyone delivered as promised in a very professional manner. From the sales manager, the measuring technician, to the two very hardworking installers, Victor and Phillip, I can’t say enough about this company. The product is lovely and I cannot wait to finish everything else to complete the look.

I utilized Granite Plus on two occasions within a year. My salesperson, Brandon eased me through the process of choosing my lovely quartz counters. He has been great. Felipo, the laser beam template king works with such precision thus enabling the stone fabricators to cut perfectly so when the installers, Leo & Lindo set the large counter with curves, it fit like a glove. Leo & Lindo brought my highly anticipated counters to completion. They are excellent. Fernanda is superb in scheduling with her patient and friendly personality. She has been instrumental in getting things done quickly. I will be utilizing Granite Plus again in the near future. Once again, thank you Brandon and thank you Granite Plus!!

Overall, I am a satisfied customer. The Calacatta Gold quartz is gorgeous looking but is not stain resistant. It takes a lot of effort and time to keep it clean and get the scuff marks and other stains off. You have to put a ton of pressure and hands hurt after a while. You can use the Mr. Clean magic eraser but again takes time and sometimes that can leave a residue. Overall, it was reasonably priced. They scheduled installation on time and handled the installed well. My kitchen contractor is not careful and caused some chips. They came out to fix it but I had to pay even for a tiny little hole. I called them again as I discovered another tiny hole but they said I have to pay again. :( I am leaving it for now as its too expensive to get it fixed. It does chip easier than the granite we had previously. Keep in mind when choosing Quartz.

Had the absolute BEST experience with Granite Plus! Carol was so easy to work with, friendly and helpful! They were budget friendly! Victor, Leo and Ralph were awesome! Super friendly and professional! In and out everything was clean when they left! 100% recommend Granite Plus for counter tops!!

I contracted Granite Plus through the showroom that sold me my cabinets. The template process inspired confidence, with laser sightings at about a million points on our kitchen. When the quartz arrived, it fit right to the walls. Except for about 4 along a corner, I cant even slide a piece of paper between wall and quartz. Leo and Victor were on time for installation, friendly, and professional. They were impressive in the way they worked together to handle the quartz, working up my deck steps and around my walls and doors. They used a minimum of motion, and made it look easy. I relied on Victors advice about faucet placement, and he was right. Leo made a single invisible seam. I can locate it only because I know where it is-but I have to touch it to find it. Great work, Granite Plus!

From the moment that we walked into Granite Plus, we felt their attentiveness to their customers. Fernanda was incredibly accommodating and made us feel that we could take the time we needed to make a selection. Their communication by phone and text was sharp. The installation done by Victor and Leo was terrific. They were on time, friendly, were clear in their communication about what to expect and answered our questions.

What a great experience. Thalia at the store was wonderful helping us at the store. Victor and Leo the installers were amazing. At first when Victor told me my soap dispenser had to go on the opposite side I had planned, he was perceptive enough to see my disappointment (even through the mask!)... and was quick to problem solve and give me another solution... so not only was I able to put my soap dispenser in where I wanted but could also add space for a glass rinser (the silly things that give you excitement as an adult) They were super professional, courteous and quick. My counters look amazing. I couldnt be happier. Thank you all. I highly recommend to everyone.

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the 10+ weeks it took to get the counters delivered, though this could have been pandemic related. Once we received word the slab was delivered, the counters were installed less than a week later. Would highly recommend this company.Update:The president of Granite Plus reached out within minutes of my initial review to explain the 10 week delay and said that the manufacturer did not have the slab in stock. That in addition to delays in manufacturing worldwide due to COVID, does make sense. Great customer service. Thank you Granite Plus.

Granite Plus was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, our expectations were exceeded - Brandon was amazing: communication was stellar and ensured all our needs/requests were met. Their selection of quartz in-house is great and also give you options for other wholesalers and they can just do the fab/install. Highly-recommend making the trip to look at your potential slabs in-person! Victor and Lee, our installers, were personable and a pleasure to have in our house during these crazy times. They humored me with my questions and chatted as they worked hard to get the late-night (6pm-8:30pm) install done with quality and efficiency. We initially had two places we were looking at buying from, but if you are price and quality conscious like myself, Granite Plus is the place to go!

When I made the big decision to make over my kitchen, I was fortunately referred to Granite Plus in Chelmsford. The staff at Granite Plus was very professional and welcoming. Brandon was able to find me the exotic granite I was looking for in a day. :) Pricing was extremely competitive too. Being a business woman, I had to quote out the job with another fabricator, Granite Plus was 20% less. They came on time to template and I had my granite installed within a week. As with any company, you may have to work through a hi-cup but Brandon was quick to handle it. I would def. recommend this company.

Granite plus did an amazing job with our Cambria kitchen countertops. Brandon Marks was in charge of our job and he was thorough from beginning to end. The people who did the measuring and the installing were very conscientious, respectful, skilled and neat. It was a large job with numerous turns and seams, but in the final product every edge bevel was perfect and there was not a single gap. We also had a 10 island installed and they worked with the large pieces as easily as the small. If you need countertops for your home Granite Plus is definitely the place to go.

On both occasions they worked quickly, templated impeccably, and their installation is beautiful. The staff are polite and knowledgable, the pricing is clear, unbeatably low, and surprise-free. I appreciate the no-hidden-fee policy. On both jobs they provided drama-free excellence.
