This moving company is amazing. We needed them just to unload and they keep us up to date on how it was coming. They would bring items in and if you wanted them in a certain room they would move it for you. Very professional and very friendly. The next move we will have them do it all. They care about your personal stuff like it is their own. Highly recommend them for any part or all of your move.

This is the best moving company I have ever hired. The booking process was simple, jake was extremely friendly and responsive. On the day of, the movers showed up on time. They were a fun group that worked well together to get everything done on time. They are also extremely fair in their pricing. I will be hiring them again if I need anything !!! Strongly recommended.

Jake and his associates were great. I scheduled an 8 am appointment and they were on time. They were fast and careful. The truck I rented was not big enough and we had to move stuff in three trips. There was no complain by them at all and they did a great job. I already told them that in my next move they are my guys.

These guys are great! Used them for loading and unloading my POD (2BR) at different locations. Fast, careful, courteous, strong and efficient-won’t hurt your back or wallet—will be using them again!

These guys were phenomenal. They worked with us when we had issues dealing with our storage unit, picked up and drove our unit to us, and unloaded quickly and cheerfully. Id highly recommend this company!

We used Bourne Solutions to unload the contents of a 16 POD into our new house. Scheduling and payment was clear and easy, the guys showed up as promised the day-of and were super quick and efficient unloading our furniture. They worked hard and were conscientious about taking care not damage the furniture or walls in the house and also to verify where each item should be placed. Very happy with the work they did and their price!

ZERO stars.I hired Bourne Solutions for a September 1, 2019 move from South Boston to Somerville, MA. 10 minutes before their promised 9am arrival, I received a call from the truck drivers saying that they were unable to get the truck down my street as it was too big and there were no truck signs everywhere (meanwhile, I was staring at 3 moving trucks in front of my apt the same size as the one coming from Bourne...). I received a text from the company manager that the driver had refused to do the job, and there was nothing that could be done. I asked if they could at least help me on the Somerville end if I could figure out a way there. No response. I asked if I could talk to a manager. No response. In fact, I never heard from them again. Essentially, Bourne Solutions ghosted me on the busiest moving day of the year. As a company based near Boston, they should have known the moving truck situation before committing to my move and then canceling (leaving me stranded!!). The whole situation felt like the ultimate scam. I STRONGLY discourage anyone from hiring this unprofessional and unreliable moving service. Worst experience possible.
