I was craving Italian food and Amicis didnt disappoint!!!! I had the Penne Bolognese and it was delicious. My friends had the chicken Alfredo and the chicken marsala and I tasted those as well....both fantastic. Food came out hot and fresh. The staff was super friendly and Frank was a great waiter! Cant wait to try their pizza next trip....Ill be back!

Solid takeout italian food in the area with pretty good portions...also the only place Ive been able to find a decent baked ziti (baked penne here???)

Great people very friendly. Food is phenomenal with huge portions enough for 2 meals. Clean interior. Definitely under looked and a hidden gem. Thank you for remaining open during pandemic.

Decided to try this place for take out on a Friday night, so disappointed. Ordered chicken, broccoli and penne. The broccoli was so over cooked that it lost all of it’s color, taste & texture. Not made to order, and looked like it was sitting in a warmer all night. The chicken was cut in large oddly shaped over cooked chunks. Cheese garlic bread was soggy wrapped in foil so the cheese stuck to the foil. Veal parmigiana sub was dry and chewy in a soggy roll. Very dissatisfied. One meal was good, but nothing special -the tortellini with broccoli which was not over cooked.

Excellent sauce as usual. Veal parms were fantastic! Love coming here.

Stopped in here for the first time this afternoon for a very late lunch. Ordered a meatball sandwich, without a doubt the best meatball sandwich I ever had (and Ive had quite a few). Look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Excellent 2 veal parmesan and 2 beers always so good there, always ask if they had their haddock parmesan, years ago but so good

I wanted to try this place for a while ever since I moved to Chelmsford. I read reviews and decided to give them a shot. I got chicken broccoli & ziti in a garlic wine sauce with a side of garlic bread to go. It looked good until i tried it. It was the most bland tasting garlic wine sauce Ive ever had and the chicken had absolutely no flavor either! I tried to eat at least half because I spent $20 on it but couldnt even do it. I wound up just picking the broccoli out and eating the garlic bread. It seems like a lot of people mention the portion size for why it was a good place to go...if it isnt good thats just a lot of food to through away! I might have got them on a bad day but consistency is key if you want good reviews and repeat customers. I will not be trying them again to find out!

Easily the best italian food in a 3 town radius, especially for the price! My family loves it! The pizza is great, the pasta dishes are phenomenal and the staff is very nice.

Best Italian food in Chelmsford. Long time lunch patron. Great lunch specials. Everything on the menu is great. Best marinara sauce ever. Excellent pizza and subs. Hopefully the new remodel will get more patrons to dine in.

I love my neighborhood Italian food eatery. I always order the stuffed shells and it comes with a huge meatball. YUM! Everyone there is so nice too.

Food is delicious and always good. Wait staff always good. Counter lady has no personality or people skills. Never seen her smile. Not a very good first impression for new ot takeout customers.

I would give this joke of a restaurant zero stars if I could. I went in and placed a to go order of chicken parmigiana and mozzarella sticks. I recieved my order in about 15 minutes, everything seemed fine until I got my order back home. The chicken parmigiana wasnt even chicken parmigiana, and what they gave me had leaked all over my vehicle from putting the order in my bag on its side (I was unable to remove the stain it caused). The order itself looked like the cook in the kitchen had scraped off someones half eaten plate of food into a metal tray and tried to pass it off to me as what I ordered. I called them up to have my order fixed and voiced my concern. When I returned to the restaurant to get my corrected order and to show them what they gave me, the women behind the counter was extremely rude and made an off comment behind my back as I was leaving with my food. My main concern is quality. We all work hard for our money and when we pay for something, we as hard working people expect to get what we paid for, and not a hot pile of garbage.

I ordered a tray of chicken broccoli ziti. Large amount of chicken .I was really hoping for the white sauce that I am used to.but there wasnt any of that. I wish the menu stated how they made it I probably wouldnt of bought it. I would however by a side order of this for one or two people but just not a $90 tray, it is very delicious just not what I expected or what I am used to or what I think my dinner party was looking forward to

I love the Buffalo chicken sub so much I ate it almost every day for a week. The wait staff is very pleasant.

This is a nice little restaurant in Chelmsford and the portion sizes have always been huge which makes it a good value for us. We also get half of ours in a take out box giving us two meals for the price of one.Each time our family visits we always end up getting pasta dishes, so i cant speak for their other menu items like pizza or sandwiches. The pasta though is good.Service has always been friendly, they give you some hot rolls for free to eat while you wait for your order if you are dining in. There are only a few tables in a narrow hallway which seems to be normal out here as most people get take out.Ill keep coming back, and I do recommend it to friends and family when they come to visit. Gives them something different to eat from the same chains they have back home.

Got the Gnocchi there. Basically a micro-version of Chef Boyardee. $13 for that.... There are plenty of other options in that plaza.

Great food, but not the greatest customer friendly service when you go pick up a takeout order.

3 stars for me, subs are just ok. Pasta dish usually ok, sometime are very salty. But the pizzas are horrible, some how the crust, is like crack, dry and falling apart in your mouth, not sure how can be that bad? Avoid the pizza.
