The worse managerial skills ever. I have been a loyal customer for many years in the past at a different location but the Chelsea location forget about it. I have purchased Items from this location in the past also and never have experienced such, Rude, Disgusting, Customer Service Skills ever. The manager Juan Santiago he claimed that being his name was harrassing, threatening and cussing over the phone for a financial dispute that could have been resolved within time. I will make sure HEADQUARTERS find out exactly the type of ppl work there. The day of the delivery they were 6 hrs late then the mattresses reeked of Marijuana I report this the next day. Nothing was done no. would you like us to exchange it nothing. Again something needs to be done with these people lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
