Im a 68 Year young retired guy and deliver parts for them part time. They are a family-owned business selling both new and aftermarket parts with six or seven locations in the Boston area. They are great people to work for and I love my employee discount almost as much as the pizza they buy us every Thursday for lunch.

If they dont have it you dont need it seriously, they have everything you need and even if you have to specially order something, they will do it for you and you come and pick it up when it arrives.... it helps us have a safe vehicle getting to the races thats my bike a 2012 CRF250R only 60.4 hours on it as of now, gem Parts Keeps Us driving a safe vehicle thanks Kevin have a nice day

Customer service is extremely slow . The staff is rude . And more importantly the prices are way higher than auto zone. I went in for ford econoline coils . Pretty simple stuff. Gem wanted $500, auto zone was half the price . Don’t even bother here, they don’t value the customers that walk in.

Loved working here and prices are guaranteed with good quality great job to work at I will be returning to work with them really soon .😌

Besides that very rude shabby boy at the Chelsea location counter, the rest are pretty good.

Very slow customer services they take for ever to help u i was waiting and no body ask me for whst i need never going back for sure....😣

20 mins on hold, then 10 minutes standing at the counter for the privilege of watching the counter staff fight with their computers, only to find they dont stock anything I needed. Next time I wont bother wasting time on hold Or visiting!
