It’s not so hard to go on and put the store is closed!!! 2 days in a row you say your open and then I get here and your closed!!!Thanks for caring about your customers safety Sally’s beauty I will be ordering online from someone else!!!

I walked into the store and asked the staff for bleach and explained that I was not experienced and wanted to know what a I would need to bleach my hair she gave me a tub of Clairol Basic White bleach powder, when I get home I start to read the tub and realize that I would need developer as well. I am highly disappointed that the staff chitchat was more important than answering my question and saving me a second trip.

No one knew anything about the products. No one knew the sales in the flyer. Products on sale either they didnt have instock or their was only one of the item.

$$ pricey but good place to find the difficult things you cant find just anywhere. I do wish the staff were more educated about the products
