This place has the best prices, I searched the same products in other places and this place has the best prices. I had one problem here and that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars. We were told our furniture would be delivered in 2 weeks but we got it in 2 months!!! I understand COVID 19 disrupted everything but still don’t tell me 2 weeks if you weren’t sure..Anyway this place is affordable and has a good selection of products.

Unless youre 200% sure that you will not return or exchange what are getting dont buy anything or they will make you paid 25% restocking charge. James Bond has license to kill, Frugal have license to steal.Be very careful.

This place is so irresponsible and disorganized. I ordered a bed set with a bed. When it got delivered my mirror was missing and my night stand as well. Mind you I asked for a split box spring because it didn’t fit through my door and they brought the opposite, I had to walk with 2 box springs in the street because they were charging for ANOTHER $90 delivery fee. SO I tried to give them a second change and order a bed, a expensive one. I ordered it February 14th, and when they brought it 3 weeks after they brought a KING size bed when I ordered a queen. Today is March 21st, and I still haven’t received my bed. Never again.

Great, fast, informative service. Everyone who was working at Frugal Furniture when we visited were very knowledgeable and hands-off (i.e., they didnt suffocate us with questions, and allowed us to search around and come to them with questions, which I am sure is something most people prefer). If you do choose to visit, ask for Edwin--he is a very nice man who is not only helpful, but very welcoming.

These guys have the greatest and sincerest service and advice I have ever seen in a furniture store! Edwin and Thomas were incredibly helpful and patient with how picky and undecided we were, and they kept trying to inform us more until we decided. Excellent variety as well.

Edwin explained and provided helpful information on Frugal’s reasonable prices. Frugal in Chelsea pleased my needs and through Edwin I was able to experience great service.

I went in and 2 people were working. Some lady, I assume works there, was too busy on her phone and on one of the couches to even try to assist me. She give me a weak hello. Another was behind a desk, again too busy to even say hello. Not sure how yall make money if the people working are too busy to even say hello to customers.

I went today a lady receive me with an smile and was so helpful Ill be back for sure.

I wouldnt buy any furniture from them!! If it doesnt fit in your house they will not give you your money back!! You will be forced to buy something even though you dont want anything!! The Customer service are rude and when I asked to speak with a manager she said she was a manager!!
