If I could give a zero star I would - why would a company accept a tow request from an insurance roadside assistance if they have NO intention of actually picking it up? Over three hours waiting and I can tell they are never arriving. They’ve given repeated ETAs that do not happen and are not answering their phone. Insurance companies should be blacklisting this place. NEVER CALL THEM and if you see that your insurance company called them - ask them to change the company immediately.

They were originally supposed to arrive at 9pm. Never showed up, never called. I called Alamo to get the latest status and they were not able to get a hold of them since nobody was picking up their phone. They tried calling again and someone picked up. We were told it was going to be another 2 hours. 6 hours later (a total of 10 hours), we are STILL waiting. We called Alamo again and we were again told that they were not picking up their phone. What’s really disturbing is we had our 1 year old son with us. No concern for our safety whatsoever. Absolute worst service EVER. Like someone said in a previous review, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I wish I had the option of giving them ZERO stars.

Do not understand how this is a functioning business. Geico called Angelos and was told they would be out with a tow truck within 90 minutes, guaranteed. Fast forward 2 hours and they still had not arrived so I called Angelos and was told by the rudest people that it would be another 45 minutes. Called Geico back to explain and when we tried to reach Angelos they did not pick up our calls. I called 20 times and never heard back. Unbelievable.

Horrible experience, same as others.. the guy never showed and wouldn’t even answer the phone, kept me waiting for hours and kept lying about how long it would take and then told Geico he was “too busy” total sketchy scam artist.. avoid at all costs

First of all they sent a Ford Explorer with a trailer attached to pick up my SUV...They then legitimately laughed in my face when I told them they were further damaging my car. Oh and they took 3 1/2 hours after being told several times “only a half hour longer.”

Never showed up after Hyundai said 90 minutes. After 2 hrs called got no answer and was informed they canceled. I had my young daughter with mr and we were stranded in the heart of bostonm way to go angelos. You should be proud of yourselves

Geico ordered towing through this company. The 1st call was in the afternoon about 1230p and had a very long wait time given no traffic. After no one showed up in the hr and a half window I called back. They said someone was on the way in traffic it should be about 10-30mins. I called back after 45 mins only to hear from the dispatcher it would be an additional hr. because I needed a flat bed. Cancelled tow! Any communication from the tow company would have changed my whole day. I have no idea how they are in business.

No Show. No phone call back.

Angelo and the Staff are Great not to mention Great attitude and the Dog as well, 2-Thumbs up fuh ya Boy A Keep it Homie!

No service and no equipment. Ill be contacting Geico to remove your agreement and not work with this company again

You cant tow an SUV? What kind of towing company doesnt have a flat bed?
