Excellent experience!I randomly found Boston Prime Cars when i was looking to do a repair on my car,so i ended up going to the repair shop next door to them. Not only were they thorough and reasonably priced for my repair quote, they also informed me that the recommendation from the other auto repair was unnecessary .While my car was getting worked on, i met JP, one of the Salesman at Boston Prime Cars .After talking to him for a while and looking at their cars, i liked a Pick up truck that they had in stock and next thing i know we were talking numbers and i ended up purchasing the truck on that same day.Also, 1 very satisfied customer came in to thank JP once again for his positive experience while I was there waiting,it was actually this gentlemans 4th car from Boston Prime Cars.The whole experience was beyond pleasant and easy. I love my new truck. They run a great business!!!

Worst experience I ever encountered at a “dealership” . I was degraded and deceived by the employees there . They tell you one thing and then tell you another . They cars are over priced and non reliable. I was even threaten by an employee there while in the process of looking for a car. I will never step foot in that establishment ever and think they should be closed down immediately. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Shop there at your own risk .

JPs son told me about an STI that was just traded in. Car was fully loaded with extras. Went to go look at it. Loved the car! They gave me an amazing trade in offer for my 2016 WRX. Signing process was flawless with no issues of dealer BS. I had the car in less then a week and have never been happier. Boston Primes team only focuses on Grade A customer service for all clients.

Horrible dealership beware! They sold us an F350 we bought with a large amount of cash. The truck was in violation of MA state law unsafe to drive, would not pass inspection. They lied to us saying they thoroughly inspected the vehicle and it was ready to drive home and get a sticker all they cared about was getting paid. They were aware of the safety issues with the front end and the break caliper on the passenger side froze up the first day we had it which was another major issue they knew about and hid from us. They allowed my family to drive the vehicle an hour home knowing it wasnt safe! They were hesitant to address the issue and were not responsive or helpful. With persistence in contacting them they did repairs and left us without a vehicle for 2 days and did not return any of our calls. Their business is unethical, dishonest and unsafe!!

Bought a nice used SUV from them and the sales person was excellent. Not in your face at all. Which was a nice change as it made it comfortable to shop the lot. Process was smooth and professional. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

My truck broke down 2 hours from home in February right next to their business and they let me park in their lot and stay inside to keep warm while I waited for my tow. Very friendly people

I recently got a car here and I worked with Andre. It was my first car and he was so helpful from start to end. I really wanted my mechanic to checkout the vehicle before buying and signing any papers. But it was difficult because Boston Prime only had 1 license plate at the time. So if I took the plate they wouldn’t be able to use it for another customer who may want to test drive. I really appreciate that Andre called me up and drove the car himself all the way to my mechanic. I met him there and everything turned out good. He was nothing but friendly and I highly recommend going to Boston Prime. The people here went to a lot of lengths to make my customer experience great. Thank you 🙏

I’m not the one to Share comments nor give bad Comments to a Business ( because I’m a Business owner myself) But this dealership it’s the worst in the North Shore area I purchase a 2016 Honda Accord from this Place I was told that the Bank was asking at 1st for $$ 6500.00 Down payment so I did.... when I went to sign the Contract the guy that does the Financial paperwork tells me that the bank have seen a few settlement I did with a collection agency and they we’re a lil worried about that so I have to give a $$ 7200.00 down payment to the car but if I gave $7000.00 down payment I was good so I did.... I signed all the paperwork and ( NEVER TOOK THE CAR HOME Because they need it to get plates and registeration “ supposedly “ ) the bank reaches out to me to see about the down payment and they were told I gave 6500 not 7000 I backed up from the deal and called the General Attorneys from Massachusetts because they weren’t trying to pay me back right away PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE 👎👎👎

One word- shady. This place advertises its vehicles with a “$2k down payment included”. As in: expect to put down $2k cash, then plan on the advertised price as the remainder. Unbelievable they sell any cars at all after perspective buyers get there and find this out. They do this so they rise to the top off car search sites like CarGurus as they’re considered to be a “great deal” since they’re advertising $2k lower than the actual cost of the vehicle. After finding out they tricked you to get you there, nothing else should matter. Walk away. Go to real dealership with a good reputation.

Bostonprimecars has the best cars and in the cheap rates. I got my 2016 ford explorer in a close to perfect condition. I would definitely recommend to atleast visit this dealership. Took me 3 days to get my car once i got apprroved from the bank with registration and everything.

Do NOT buy here. I purchased a car with a warranty and when i went to use it it only covered 10 percent of repairs. When i called them they told me that they have nothing to do with that. I said did you not sell me the warranty? did you not make money off that? No compres un carro de aqui. Yo compre un carro y la garantia. Y candy fui a usar la garantia solamente cubrio el 10 porciento de la reparation. Cuando los llame me digeron que ellos to tenian nada que ver con eso. Eso es mi problema. I thought no one gets turned down regardless of credit? I was told I needed to put 16,000 down. Not for nothing but that is half a down payment on a new car let alone a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 27,000 miles for 32,000 (the 2019 version is going for roughly the same price). Oh well thanks for nothing

These guys sold me a car last February with no significant issues except the roof liner was sagging a bit. A year later after I hit a pothole, I inspected my own car before taking it into the shop and noticed that one of the wheels was bent. This also happens to be the same wheel/tire that continues to leak AND the wheel that has the newest tire on it even though they claimed to have replaced all 4 before I bought it. To add, there is paint pealing off some of the panels in the car which tells me someone painted over them. Cutting costs for repairs on a vehicle to make yourself some money is understandable. However, lying to your customers and potential repeating customers is just bad business. Also, not disclosing that a wheel is bent is pretty f’d up. I have reported this instance and reviewed and will update as needed. I would suggest you find another place to buy your fancy car
