I NEVER leave reviews because I’m not that type of shopper but I can’t believe the level of rudeness I received from an employee that claimed to be the Assistant Manager. Our money got stuck in one of the candy machines at the front and all we’re trying to do was get some info and the lady not only refused but was SO RUDE, she brushed us off and refused to help. I get that maybe she was busy but as a manager I would expect this person to at least provide way better customer service.

During my visit today while shopping heard. employees fighting. The language they used with children in the store was horrendous!!!! Another customer in the same isle with me left because she couldn’t take the yelling...I rarely visit this store because many sections are bare there are always boxes in the way.... Many many bare shelves today.. The store needs management come in and straighten the entire situation out., I visited the DT In Everett last week and spent 101.00 the store is clean,, every lane stocked and neat.. The workers are so kind and helpful...Bye the way the cashier that was involved in the fighting put all my glass wear in the bags w/o anything to protect them!!!! Need I say I won’t be returning to the Chelsea location again.. Take the employees in a field trip to the Everett location so the can learn the right way to do things!! Sorry for the long rant but they acted like inmates screaming and swearing and it’s just wrong!!!!

I called tonight to ask if by chance they were open on thanksgiving. Her response was “no. That was a bad question” and laughed. I told her she was rude and she laughed again and said that was a bad question. Sorry since I’m actually a front line healthcare worker and working thanksgiving day and can’t spend time with my family that maybe I would make some crafts for the holidays. I feel sorry for whoever picked up the phone and her sad attitude. Happy Holidays Grinch!

Its amazing how kind and helpful and just genuine the people who work here are!Make you feel extremely welcome and valued as a customer! Now if all other retailers could be this good id actually frequent them more often! Till then Dollar Tree is my go to!

Definitely should go if you like getting treated like nothing come to this store where the cashier are rude,impolite, trash talking and verbally abusive to their customers and fellow colleagues. Just skip this place entirely.

To the employee standing at the doors at 8Pm, arms crossed all trying to be intimidating... take a chill pill pal. Maybe you shouldn’t be in retail if you hate life so much. And why do a slice to your throat to tell me I can’t come in? This is one of many DTs in the area but like the one near Suffolk Downs it is in a shopping center. Nothing costs more than a dollar which makes it extremely vulnerable to the 2019 Trade War with Peoples Republic of China. The stakes are high because PRC is ahead of us in 5G technology which means that any 3rd World country that lets them upgrade their cell phone towers can end up with an Orwellian nightmare police state totally controlled by Beijing.

The staff is really nice. Usually thats true on every Dollar Tree Ive visited). You can always find something you could use for a very low price. Recommended for saving.

Checkout personnel very friendly and pleasant young gentleman, ran out door to bring a bag forgotten by customer, very refreshing to see helpful, friendly employees these days, hats off to Dollar tree.

This store is one of the worst places I have ever ben filthy no products and what thay did have on the floor was literally on the floors feel bad for the employee s that work there

Its pretty cheap here. Though the designs here are somewhat kind of old. The walls dont look that designed to be honest and the floors looking really dirty. The hangings did increase the designs. The staff are somewhat friendly and I barely see them.

My son left an Ipad the employees saved it for me and i safely got it back, good people practice honesty ! They saved me a huge headache ! Thank you so much for your kind honesty.

This Dollar Tree has to be the worst I have ever been in. The cashier was rude and made a comment as shes rubbing her hands together saying I gotta stop fighting how unprofessional was that?? I paid for my items I kindly said thank you and her reply was yupI only shop here for cleaning products but honestly I rather spend the extra money than deal with the low class people that work here.

Reasonable prices. Parking is always available, little organized Store will look better though.

The store is always trashed, and the employees are rude and disrespectful to the customers. I’ve been in this store twice now and heard the manager and employees shouting at each other, complaining about having to be there, and not being professional. If I spoke the way they do at my job, I would be written up. I go out of my way to avoid this store when I can.

Dollar Trees vary by location. Medford/Malden, Lynn @Lynnway locations have refrigerated foods like eggs, Jamaican meat pies, breakfast items, ice cream. The downside is many locations have long check out lines (Chelsea, Lynn) and often an item you would find one time may be out of stock the next time you go. I go for cleaning products and snacks. Why pay 3.00 for candy at the movie theater when you can get boxed candies for a 1.00 a box.

Wow...20 ppl in line and 1 cash register open. Are they serious ?!?! Theres literally two employees in the store. The other one is sweeping the aisles. OMFG! Never coming here again!!

They never have the cat litter on the floor and when i ask for it one guy said hes allergic. one guy said everyone is lazy and thats why. and the casbire said they sold out yesterday and when i had questioned about it being out back she said oh and asked the manager he said yes then the cashire said he will get to it when he feels like it. its always an excuse why carry it.

I just went there for the first time, the cashier was absolutely rude and threw my items all over . I walked out and called to complain, she turned out to be the manager . She told she wouldnt deal with me and I need to call corporate if I had an issue . She had a dirty shirt on and didnt even greet anyone, lady was a mess ruined my whole day .
