Had an issue with a pump I purchased that was under warranty. Was told by salesperson D. Athas to purchase a new pump and if issue was under warranty I would recieve a full refund for the new pump purchased. After 10 days of sending the pump to the repair shop I called and asked about the process of receiving a refund if pump was under warranty. The repair shop stated that under their practices they only repair products covered under warranty and do not issue refunds. I recieved a call from D. Athas the next day and he stated that he was unaware of the warranty process. When I expressed to D. Athas that I felt I was sold the new pump under false pretenses of receiving a refund if pump was under warranty, he stated there was nothing he could do. Very shady business practice, and will not be doing business with Williamson Pump and Motor in the future. Please do not support this type of business practice.

Buyer beware! Had pump problems that were ultimately fixed by a competitor. Never did receive a call back from Williamson! When their technician finally did show up, he was there for 40 minutes and as per their rate sheet I am out well over $400 and they never did fix the problem!!

I own a smalle welding shop on Cape Cod Recently had troubles with my phase converter Talking to the manufacturer From Indiana The better part of 2 hours They Recommended Williamson New England I spoke with Ken Lamot They quickly went to work on it Bernie was able to find some Bad wires and a bad connection while ken ordered a new one I was able to go back to work on Tuesday Fantastic company fantastic Workforce

Just amazing customer servicer and professionalism from the team who showed up to my house. They explained everything, took the time to point out what happened, they were polite, just good people. Next time the excrement hits the oscillation Ill be calling these people again.

Service department rep was awesome and a huge help however be very careful with price quotes very deceiving practice and way overpriced compared to competitors
