I love this place! The employees are great, theyre so attentive to your order and if something goes wrong they make sure to fix it right away. The line is usually pretty long during lunch time but it goes by pretty fast. I get drip coffee from them every day cause they have 4 different brew options. And the sandwiches, bagels, and sweets are to die for of course. Its a little on the expensive side though, cant eat there every day.

Its Einsteins. One of the clerks was really nice about a confusion about the operating hrs. Oh closed for the summer as of 6/4

Most of the time I just come in for a buffalo & bacon ranch toastini, as the service speed is decent most of the time. I still have found myself having to remind the staff early in the mornings to make my sandwich. They sometimes dont have a grill person in this section and it constitutes no one making it, a rare problem, but a problem nonetheless. My largest issue with this establishment is that my sandwich 4/5 times is either over toasted or poorly made. I do enjoy the food, but if Im paying $8 for a sandwich I would like to be able to eat it without cutting my gums or having dry chicken.

We love Einsteins. Today was our first time at this location, and they did not disappoint. Campus locations can sometimes be hit and miss...this one is a hit! Bagel dog was great, salad was crisp, staff was friendly and fast.

The food is good, but the slow service brings this one down. To make it worse, during lunch, the place is always packed elbow to elbow with dozens students just waiting for their orders. To add to it, theyre all trying to jump in front of one another to ask if their tapingo order is done yet, because the orders always take longer than estimated.

Tasty, but it shouldnt take 15 minutes to make a sandwich.

The food is tasty. The speed of the service is atrocious. You stand there for half an hour waiting for one sandwich while you watch them serve dozens of other people. Whatever system theyre using is hopelessly broken. It would be faster to walk into downtown Cheney and order than to try to get lunch here anytime during an academic term.Update: Your response is kind, but I have to tell you, its not working. I went back in today for the first time after avoiding the place for weeks -- you were the only place open on campus. The only order ahead of me was one coffee order that finished before Id finished paying -- no bagel orders ahead of me. I ordered a sliced bagel with cream cheese, not toasted -- I figured Id stick to the simplest possible thing, given my experience. And it took seven minutes. And they toasted it. I think your staff generally seem like nice, well-meaning folks. I think you cant possibly be giving them the appropriate training and support, if their standards are this reliably terrible, no matter when I come in or who takes my order. Im literally at the point now where even if youre the only food service on campus, Im going to sit in my office hungry rather than come order your food. I find that really frustrating. I have to believe its frustrating for you also. I hope you can fix these things. For now, one star is the only honest review I can give you.

Always messing up orders. Almost every other order of mine has been screwed up somehow and I used to come here every weekday. Either they forget to make my drink or forget my bagel and I end up waiting another 20 minutes to receive it. Today they put my sandwich on a bagel instead of a roll, after I verified that i wanted a roll, and forgot the mushroom. And entire school year and 50%+ of my orders were messed up. They’re extremely slow, too. At my work we’re just as busy and run off 3 people a shift maximum. Last night we had about 20 people (three or four families after a baseball game) come in 20 minutes before closing and had all of them rang up, served and seated within 15 minutes, which includes cutting the meats. This bagel shop is over staffed for efficiency.

This place could be so wonderfully efficient, but it is limited by inexperienced employees who are poor are dilleniating responsibility. The food and drink are delicious, but it should not take customers 10+ minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese with only 5-10 orders in a que. Very clearly run by collegiate staff and the service reflects that with employees standing around, phones out, and only a few actually getting orders done.

As pretty much everyone has noted, getting your order here will take a while, but that genuinely isnt anyones fault who works here. Everyone loves Einsteins and goes at the same time, which means of course its going to take a bit. If you go at times that arent as popular (like when people are usually in class), youll be in and out really quick. Or if you use Tapingo, in my experience your order will be done almost exactly at the estimated time, give or take a minute. I really love the iced chai tea and the hot chocolate here (seriously, if youre on campus dont buy hot cocoa anywhere else because its incomparable. try it with half and half instead of milk. trust me). I also really appreciate that most of the time, when you pick your Tapingo order up, whoever gives it to you actually greets you by name instead of order number and is friendly even with the rush.

This place is always slammed all the time because right now its like the only food open on campus and I feel bad for the people that work there because theyre just always hustling n doing their best but ultimately youre going to have to wait for a million years anyway

Glad they put an EinBros here at EWU. The coffee here is great, so are the bagels, and accept ale-carte form our student-cards. Its almost packed with students and teachers every day, which is well deserved. Ive never run into any problems with the staff, they do a great job. I like to come here and do school work as often as I can with a cup of espresso in my hand, or pick up a drink on the way to class. One thing it could use though are some smaller cup sizes aside from the medium and large. Though thats probably a corporate decision. Also, maybe some chair cushions.

The vegetarian bagel sandwich is old, partially frozen “veggies.” The amount of hummus was less than a tablespoon. What source of protein is there if not from the hummus? The bagel was stale, and more similar to wonderbread than any bagel I have eaten. This was not good food by any stretch of the imagination, and I was starving before I ate it. I’m still hungry, but I would rather go hungry than endure that quality of commercial food-style nutrients.

I just spent 20Min waiting for my plain bagel with plain cream cheese. They barely put any cream cheese on and the bagel isnt toasted. It was not busy when I went and ordered but then they got a bunch of tapingo orders and those took priority. About 25 people who ordered from tapingo came and went before I even got my order. I am pissed that my order got pushed aside for people who ordered on tapingo. That app allows you in the line not to cut and push your order to 1st in line.

For a bagel shop, this place fails marvelous. Not only is the staff slow as molasses, they cant make bagels to save their life. If I want food. I need to order it off of tapingo 15 to 20 minutes before I want it, and even then it doesnt always make it to me on time. I order things with no egg, I get egg. Now Im just complaining because I know this place gets busy, but that is no excuse, whoever is managing this place needs to light a fire under their employees to get them to work faster and more effectively. That would help with the fact that all kids working here look like they want to kill themselves. This place is a pathetic use of my tuition dollars and I am sad that this is main place to get quick food. I say if you have the time go to tawakana, otherwise get yourself a cold bagel and a coffee from the university coffee shop inside the market for half the price. I hope someone from EWU sees this one day and makes a change.
