The aisles were a bit empty but we found most of what we were looking for. The service was friendly and the store was clean and tidy. Joann has a vast selection of fabrics which is their main draw but there’s a decent amount of scrapbooking materials, home-baker supplies, melting chocolates and molds, decorative containers, paints, and other art supplies. The faux flowers are average.

This was the largest JOANN’s I’ve been to. So many inspirational fabrics to get creative juices flowing from fun to fancy. I couldn’t help capturing what excited me. Katherine was very helpful trying find my unique request for velvety chartreuse ribbon, though not found she took the time to brainstorm alternative possibilities. I appreciate the variety this store has to offer, this one is a new favorite for crafting whether it be baking supplies, beads, seasonal decorations or a huge selection of ribbons (minus the velvety kind). See pics! The dreamer in me imagines making fabulous clubbing outfits (costumes)for those that dare!

Joann Fabric always seems to have that obscure print, some great tartan prints, great trims and a wide assortment of other nits and nobs for the crafts, sewing etc... the staff is fantastic, knowledgeable about the products available and very willing to help.

The fabric selection is incomparable. Most fabrics are 20-60 percent off! Im a pet groomer who makes bandanas and have been so disappointed since the pandemic hit. EVERYONE was making masks and now this seems to be slowing down. Im thrilled with the selection and deep discounts that Joanns didnt offer before. They were much more pricey, not so anymore. Im one happy pet care giver! 🐾🥰

Outside of building appears older. Inside is bright and clean. Staff is very friendly. Very large selection of fabrics and accessories for all your sewing needs. The selection for crafting is just as large from jewelry making to cake baking. Prices are good.

Brought outdoor fabric, ask associate was it outside fabric told me yes. Mark store Manager also told me good fabric wont even get mold. Well a week later mold all over fabric. Lost $120 and not even store credit.

Im glad I read comments from another reviewer that said she drives the extra distance to go to the JoAnn Fabrics in Mt Laurel because, it has a much better selection than other locations. I definitely agree. There was a larger selection of fabrics and plenty of craft items too. I found exactly what I wanted to make a robe for my son! Its been several decades since Ive sewn anything... I asked one of the employees several questions...she was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you for your help. 😊

Im addicted to this place. Im embarrassed to say I only discovered this store 2 weeks ago. I cant wait to go back with my 50% off one item coupon. I was happy to only pay $25 for a $50 textured hammer. They have a really nice selection on leather fabric. I was there for jewelry making supplies. They have three aisles of jewelry making supplies which is definitely a step up from where I was getting them (Walmart). The employees were all very nice. We only had one issue and it was a customer who assumed my friend and I worked there. We told her to take her questions to the woman at the front, because she would know better than us, and she walked away very angry at us. What can ya do. I definitely think Joanns is better then AC. Moore and Michaels, but dont hold me to it on Michaels. I havent been in a Michaels in years.

I enjoy visiting JOANN Fabric and Crafts. The store has all of your crafting needs: yarn, fabric, beads and tools, sewing notions and machines, plastic and fabric flowers, iron-on patches, crafting magazines - you name it! I get everything I need under one roof.

I went in today to return a sewing machine. I been going to this location for the pass 10 years and I never had a problem till today. I bought a sewing machine for my mother as a gift but I did not have the receipt. I know every company policy is different but something you can bent the rules for the customers. I’m a retail manager and I follow the policy but sometimes I break them for my customers so they can come back to shop. But today a young lady at the register was nice and she explained that they may not be returned it. She called a manager, tall man salt and pepper hair. As soon he came up, right away said no, but in a nasty attitude. I explained it to him, very nice and said that I will take whatever the price is in a store credit. Again he said no but with a Nasty Attitude not saying sorry about the situation, and walked away. I understand we’re in a pandemic situation but you really need to know how to speak to customers and how to act. They need to find better managements team!

Only complaint were the aisles being extremely difficult to navigate in a wheelchair/ motorized cart. There were several times when an employee or other customer had to move something so the cart could go down an aisle. Granted I am sure the customers caused the mess, however accessibility is imperative for someone with mobility issues.

A good variety of fabrics and crafts selections. They will price match, so if you find their prices a little steep, you may be able to save through that option. The store seems a little outdated, but if it wasnt, Im sure the cost of goods would go up.

Great craft store always has what you need

Lots of crafting supplies, fabrics, etc. Very impressed.

The products are fine and sales are nice but at this particular location the lady bringing out our pickup order wasnt wearing a mask and essentially climbed into the back of my car completely unnecessarily. Made us very uneasy, definitely wont be going back. Please corporate, make sure all of your employees wear masks for their safety and the customers.

Miely is my favorite person. She is always so bright, cheerful, and friendly at checkout and helps me get the best bang for my buck! Shes why I keep coming back from Philly to this Joann Fabrics. She is an exemplary employee!!!! The store and selection are great too.

Items posted online werent in store. Very little assistance from associates. When I asked where an item was located, the associate pointed and said over there and went back to doing what she was doing. I had no idea where over there was.

Not at all crowded in spite of having a fabulous coupon, they had everything I was looking for, the store was neat, and it was well stocked with the exception of the yarn section.

If you watch for sales and use your coupons...you can be pleasantly happy....the coupons are the key and the right sale items csn make one happy.

I like shopping at Joann Fabrics. However, I would not recommend registering for their classes. If they do not have the minimum registeations they tend to cancel their classes. After registering for a few of their classes I experienced their cancelations.

I think this is a newer store (why no one could find it originally). It is large, and clean, and has a very nice selection. Also, the staff were very helpful when I had questions.
