Stopped by to try this place after doing some shopping at the Chinese store. I got four of their spicy wings, which were spicy by the way. My lips burned. And one of their sticky rice things. Forgot what it was called. The guy threw in the two free chicken strips. Everything was nice an hot. The only thing I did not like was that there were still some feathers on my wings, which I peeled off and did not eat. Their two sauces I tried were good. Their customer service was also good. I would like to go back and try their burgers. Theyre batter gives a nice crunch.

I stopped by because this was the only boba place open after 8. The lady upfront was incredibly rude and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. She didn’t say hi or greet me when I walked up to the register but immediately greeted the (Caucasian) couple behind me. I will not be back to this prejudice and I’ll-run establishment.

Absolutely Amazing, My daughter wanted to try them out because thats all her friends rave about every week so i caved in today. Man, no wonder they love this place so much; the drinks are The Best! Thanks For Being Another Goto Drink Spot👍

First time visiting, friendly environment with many drink choices. I tried the red bean slush with red beans. It tasted pretty good.

I’ve been going to this place for over four years now. I absolutely love this place and my favorite part is that a worker there knows my specific order and makes it perfectly. The drinks, the service, the environment…amazing. It’s my addiction.

Today was my fourth time coming to kung fu tea. The woman that took my order was very snappy and rude.I had the takoyaki for the second time and my usual milk tea. There was me and another man. He ordered two beverages. About 2 minutes into my wait one of the women hands me a device and tells me I have to step outside. I asked if I was the only person that had to step out and she says yes because I ordered food. My device rang and I walk in to see the man getting his beverages as I’m walking to the counter and about 6 other people. I’m not going to bring the race of the man and my race but needless to say I won’t be visiting this business again.

Had a great experience at Kung Fu Tea! Splurged and got a premium drink and I can say that it was definitely worth it. The two young girls behind the counter were incredibly nice and helpful, cant wait to go back soon!

Used the mobile order and my order wasnt ready at assigned time. I had to ask about the order and it wasnt ready yet. Very busy thou.

Ordered a honey milk green tea but it is kungfu milk tea. The taste is wrong and honry milk green tea is more like cream color while the one i got is more brown color which is the kunfu milk tea

This place is a nice good place to go to if you drink tea all different kinds. they got almost a hundred kind of tea its really a great place.

Use the app to order in advance, and they’ll always have it ready for you! Staff are friendly. Sometimes the menu on the app won’t be updated, and they’ll wait for you to arrive to ask what you want instead. I’ve had my order wrong a few times (but only little thing likes ice and sugar amount). Overall a great place!

Awesome boba-tea.

Had a wonderful experience Tuesday night! The drinks are a little pricey but definitely worth it. There were only two girls running the store last night and they were really quick with making drinks.

They dont do normal bubble tea.... Do all different flavors and its impressive but missed the original

I wish The app allowed you to order up until the place closed or within the hour. Also wish the staff was a bit more friendly. I get youre busy, but customer service is essential especially with the world returning to normal

Ok service speed, but the selection of milk tea flavors is criminally lacking. If youre looking for fruity milk tea with boba this is not the place for you. Also, the menu is very confusing even after 3 visits. And the last time I went, the person who made my drink spilled some all over the side before sealing it and didnt wipe it off before serving it. Not going back.

I love their popcorn chicken! The cashiers are always so attentive and friendly. It gets busy there a lot so I do sometimes have to wait a bit, but I cant blame them for the store getting packed. Great variety of drinks!

The location has parking and its easy to turn off the highway into the lot. The location currently doesnt have seating due to COVID and requires masks. I ordered the Carribean Slushie with Boba and Takoyaki and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location and franchise highly.

The staff is really nice. They ran out of coconut and I didn’t get my refund after 14 days. I called the store to inquire about my refund and the manager told me to come in for my free drink.

Ordered ahead and either they never made my order or kept forgetting i was there i dont know. Let them know twice I was there ready for pick up. And twice, they disregarded me. Took care of everyone else who showed up after me. This place is way more unorganized than the one in Philly. No matter how packed the one in Philly is, I always got my order ahead on time. To legit be waiting over 30+ minutes is a lot! To make up for it they made me a second one for free, which is pretty nice. But still I would prefer, those who order ahead be also taken proper priority and also please have a designated pick up line separate from those who just show up to order at the register. Itll make life smoother!

Pretty busy but the staff is usually pretty efficient in getting customers in and out! The bubble tea is always good, I had some appetizers once and they was good as well! Cannot wait to come back.

The Atmosphere is lively and fun. They have a wide selection of drinks and crepes alongside appetizers. Really recommend it for group fun.

This place is incredibly disorganized. I called in an order, showed up when they said it would be ready, gave them my order # and waited. And waited. And waited. When I asked them again ten minutes later they said I had to get in line, even though there was none—just a crowd of people coming and going. I had to ask around for who was waiting for what and figure out when I was next. They had my order behind the counter the whole damn time.

The wife and I love the place, great selection of beverage options all pretty customizable... Typically pretty busy but the staff is usually pretty efficient in getting customers in and out!There is an app, that I havent used yet but thats also a cool lil tidbit if your into ordering ahead!

My order was given to the wrong person, which could have easily have been my fault, but when they remade it, it seemed as if the worker sneezed under the counter while holding my drink. I’m sure he still had his mask on, but I was grossed out. They don’t wear glove either which turned me off. I didn’t want to ask of them to make my order a 3rd time. All other times have been a good experience. Just not this time around

By and a far the best place if you like a lot of boba in your drink, or if you enjoy coffee variations of boba drinks. Friendly staff, super fast services. Something a bit rare there is a medium & large option which is nice. And the product themselves are about top 3 imo from a boba guru lol. Small place almost seating but Ill take pictures next time. Tomorrow 😉

We ordered ahead using the online menu. Its was easy and fun.

Normally when I come here I have no problems theyre just okay. But last night it was very busy and we waited in line for a while. When we got to the register they ran out of a ton of things including what we wanted to order. U would think the employee taking our order would be patient and understanding when trying to look for a new drink but she basically just rudely said to step aside so she can take the next guest. who tf does that. And she looked very annoyed while we were just nice (she didnt even know what some drinks were when we asked). Then while I waited for my drinks this other girl rudely gave me my drinks and they were wrong lmfao this place is just a mess now yall hire just anybody

Really busy but they have me a pager to wait outside for my order rather than crowd everyone inside the store which i felt was a good compromise for social distancing😌 drinks are really good and came out at a decent time for how busy they were! can definitely see why theyre always busy!😂

Visited over 30 times. Definitely a local favorite and hands down the best bubble tea Ive had. My go-to is the taro milk tea (with bubbles of course) this time I tried the Cocoa Cream Wow. Popcorn chicken is exquisite and the crepes are delectable. Friendly atmosphere and cute little game are available as you enjoy your drinks.

Does fill my drink to the top and tea steeped too long which gives a dryness taste. Also, some drinks taste medicinal.

Haven’t had bubble tea in a while! Ordered a jasmine milk tea through the app. you can pick the sweetness, what kind of bobas (and how many portions), and the sweetness of the drink.It came out perfect. Very satisfied. I ordered through the app and the drink was ready within 3min for pick up.

Surprising good Bubble Tea shop for the area. This place boasts nice decor, quick service, and a solid menu with smooth flavors. The Bubble Teas are on point, not too sweet, and not too bland. Great choice for an after meal desert / late night snack.

I like that I can control the sugar and ice in my bubble tea.

When making a mobile order, it says no need to wait in line, go to the counter and wait for the order to be picked up. The cashier saw my girlfriend’s order then proceeded to tell us it will be right out while taking orders, making drinks and handing it out for about 8-12 people who came in the store after us. The store was packed, no covid social distancing, and order was taking 15-20min after the expected time. No apologies, and no bag for the mobile order as well. Not just this time but has occurred several other times. Disappointing.

Cute seating arrangements, and a myriad of delicious teas. Staff is friendly and delightful. Its a pinch pricey, but if youre familiar with Starbucks, than this is on par with that sort of pricing (if not a bit cheaper).

Im so excited to finally be able to get Boba tea without taking the PATCO into Philly. :D The popcorn chicken appetizer is also to die for, so delicious. Definitely my go-to place now. Its a very relaxed atmosphere. You can come with friends and hang out or go there to work on your computer. Nice comfy seats and also tables as well.

Abrasive staff who bark at you to order, dirty restroom, and generally slovenly and unprofessional environment. Will not be returning.Also, drinks seem to have gotten smaller in spite of the price, making the price exorbitant. Overall quality is mediocre, and I advise avoiding this place if you want to keep in good spirits. Their energy will drain you.

They used to be good.. now they don’t know how to make it. We used to come here 2-3 times a week earlier but past few weeks have been constant bad experiences.. too much/less ice, not enough tea or flavor, not enough sugar..just too many things going wrong too many times. Won’t be returning now...taking my business to Mr.Wish.

Love their oolong milk bubble tea a lot. They have a wide-selection of bubble tea with great-tasting appetizers. I enjoy their indoor lounge area which is perfect for hangouts.

They have the best drinks....try the honey lemonade with lychee jelly! Great place to hang out and chill.

I am hooked. This is the perfect place to hang out, if your looking for non-alcohol drinks. Their popcorn chicken is delicious. Crepes are very good as well. Very welcoming atmosphere, especially with the clean bathroom and board games provided, I feel that they want me to stay as long as I feel like to ( and order more ).

This place is very nice to drink boba! The people are very nice! Me and my friend went yesterday and we got the coffee milk tea, but they forgot the tapioca balls. We were a bit disappointed, but the tea was amazing! They were very busy, so I dont recommend going on a Sunday evening. Just be a little specific. The last time I got boba was last year 2019 summer when I went to Singapores Liho Tea. Kung Fu Tea gives me Singapore boba vibes and I love it! Definitely coming back again, when I go to Costco! :)

Place to go to for good bubble tea!

Im visiting Philadelphia and I stopped at this place to grab a taro milk bubble tea. It was absolutely delicious and the employees were super friendly. It was also incredibly clean and bright in the store, so I would most definitely give this place a try!🤗

This place is CLEAN! My kids loves bubble tea. This is by far the best place in the area. The tea and experience is great. I always order the Taro Slushy.

Delicious, as always! With so many options, I want to try everything....but Im a creature of habit and LOVE the oolong milk tea (slightly sweetened). My kids love everything here....especially the crepes!

Really nice staff. The girl who helped me pick out my tea was so nice. Its not my first time having KungFu Tea. Usually I go to Chinatown since they have a more of a selection. However, this one is cozy which I like.

I love coming here for my milk tea with pearls and milk cap! I always ask for a milk cap add on to my milktea goodness! I love their takoyaki and popcorn chicken. The place is nice, cozy, more of a hangout place for younger people vibe. One thing that i think should improve is the space as sometimes it gets overcrowded and kinda tough to get a seat.

I love that they brought back the cheese cap. Overall great tea.
