I went to the Cherry Hill location. Everything went well at first. Staff that I worked with was very responsive. When I figured out my measurements were off I emailed employee with correct measurements. My emails were ignore for several weeks. Very unprofessional and rude.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The prices here were fair too.

If you are looking for an affordable but beautiful kitchen, go to Cabinets to Go! From start to finish Elise was an absolute pleasure to work with. After my first visit I was not pressured to buy, but decided to return based on the great customer service and price point compared to other retailers in the area. After my kitchen was ordered I had to call Elise several times to make some adjustments, which she was able to make without a problem. She went above and beyond twice for me after I ordered my kitchen: 1) she came in on her day off to help load my cabinets into my truck, 2) she met me while the store was temporarily closed so I could return some unused pieces before the return date passed.

Beautiful products. Patient and kind staff that answered all of my questions and helped me get everything I wanted. Looking forward to my new kitchen!

Did not purchase, but sales staff was helpful. Needed matching color bathroom vanities in different sizes 42 and 48.
