Well a year ago me and my wife bought a stair nose, upon opening the box it came in, we noticed the paint or whatever it is was completely scratched off. We tried returning it and Avalon would not let us. We tried everything and they offered zero help to fix our problem. So for a year ive had to look at this and it just struck me to warn others of this material used to build the stair nose & to be aware Avalon wont do anything to help. $250 for a scratched stair nose. Jason DiLuigi of Cherry Hill was great to work with. He took his time and made some good recommendations, and was patient with me while I contemplated my choices, took pictures, and let me take home samples. I hired Resilient Remodeling to give us a new kitchen, laundry room, and master bathroom. I used Avalon for my master bathroom tiles, kitchen tiles, and laundry room flooring. After demo, it was decided that my kitchen hardwood would need to be replaced. My kitchen connects to my laundry room and since it had to all be replaced it made sense to use the new hardwood throughout. I called Avalon and I had enough time to cancel the laundry room flooring order at no cost. Avalon was super accommodating, and also let me change my tile color before the install as well when I realized it would be too dark. The installation manager, Rob Showers, is also very kind and understanding. Their installer, Miguel, was meticulous and made sure I was happy with the layout, asking me many questions to ensure it was what I wanted. Overall I am very happy with the experience, service, and professionalism at the Cherry Hill location.

My wife and I are in the process of upgrading 2 bathrooms. In need of not only tiles but sound advice we were introduced to Bill Twisler at Avalon Tile. Bill was in the process of training a new employee named Dave and it did not take long to figure out why he was tasked with training a new staff member. If I could I would give 1000 stars. As you know, being under construction and the designing process are very stressful. Weve been designing our master bedroom/master bath for over a year. This process was eased by a fabulous salesperson named Bill Twisler from the Cherry Hill store. We came into Avalon for a backsplash without a clue on where to start, and had the great fortune to work with Brandon! He really listened to us and helped us narrow down some options, and was super helpful along the way with suggestions and samples to take home and try. We had also been in the market for a carpet and had visited a few other stores, but had such a great experience that we selected our carpet with Avalon too. What a day. Decided on a whim to check Avalon Flooring out on our only free day to see if we could find an area rug for our new living room. He listened to what we wanted and made an incredible recommendation on a 7-1/4” engineered hardwood floor. The floors are showstoppers and we get compliments all the time. Our sales person Chris Willits made our tile and carpet experience seem less and we had zero issues. From the showroom to the installers everything was perfect and done in a professional manner. I am working on my 4th project with Anna, she is the best! I keep going back to Anna and Avalon because they make it easy, they have a huge variety of products to choose from, and I get excellent value for my money. Anna knows the products across the entire store incredibly well and she makes great suggestions to match my style and budget. Ill need to hang a sign in my home office Decorated by Anna!

My experience at Avalon Tile in Cherry Hill could not have been better. I was shopping for flooring, tile and a vanity for my home bathroom. The choices and options that Avalon offers are outstanding. And my salesman, Brandon Kaplan, was terrific. His knowledge of the stores products and his ability to match all the components made decision making very easy. I purchased a vanity, tiles and shower wall materials for my master bath in 2019. The experience was incredible. Our sales person, AnnaP in Cherry hill, nj was incredible. Her patience and product knowledge helped us pick out the perfect bathroom. We had a problem with the vanity door damage. Anna worked tirelessly to get these right!

Honestly the picking out tiles and ordering process was good. The designer we worked with was nice and knowledgeable. However the delivery was not great. We were told an estimated date our order will be in and they went several days past that. What was frustrating about it was everyday that I called they could never give me a straight answer or would say call back tomorrow. When I asked if there was a reason it’s taking longer (so maybe I could understand what is happening) they shot back at me with attitude and impatience I couldn’t even get the whole question out. My contractor has been getting very frustrated with them as well since this has continuously pushed back our timeline. My issue since I’ve had to place a second order and it’s happened a second time. Is please do not tell me it will only take 2 days for material to come in when in reality it takes over a week. If we knew the reality we could have planned accordingly. I absolutely will not order from them again for any future products

I have purchased tile floor for my bathroom, tile for my fireplace, and currently looking at hardwood or vinyl plank flooring. I have been very happy with the quality of my purchases. Staff is helpful and friendly. Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable as I considered whether to buy hardwood or vinyl plank. He spent a great deal of time explaining and answering questions.

I was extremely pleased with the experience I had picking out tile and flooring for two bathrooms. I felt that was due to working with Janet Bruno. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable.

Rhonda Schaefer is the best. Not only in product knowledge but she is very good in coordinating colors for our new construction homes.

Upon entering we were immediately welcomed! Very friendly staff! There show room is very organized and huge! They offer so many different products anyone would be overwhelmed! We are writing this review to say a Special Thank you to our sales associate Mike Gregorovic! He provided us with most exceptional service! We were shopping for several flooring options. Mike took the time with us, asked us many questions as to show us the right products! We were truly impressed by his product knowledge! Without him I dont think we could have made a decision.
