I am new to make up so I was a little nervous and overwhelmed before going into the store. However, the staff at Morphe were able to ease my anxieties. Everyone there is super welcoming and helpful. I worked with an associate named Paige. At first glance, I noticed they were wearing a “they/them” pin on their uniform. I instantly felt comfortable around them and my anxiety levels were lowered. As i said, i am new to make up, so when they would use specific terminology I would be confused, but they were super patient and were able to educate me as we went along. I ended up coming back to the store a few other times and worked with different associates. They also provided excellent customer service, showing me different options and informing me of the current sales.

I was there a few days ago and one of the associates, I think Ro? Was super knowledgeable and kind. The store was super clean and not crowded

I’ve been in a handful of times, and every time I’m there, Ro somehow ends up helping me! They are super knowledgeable in makeup and are always so willing to help me whenever I’m there!

I came in a few weeks ago and was helped by Eric and he was amazing! He helped me find items I came in looking for and encouraged me to try some things he thought would enhance my skincare and beauty routines. He also gave me amazing tips and tricks of the trade. Ive used all the pieces for skincare and beauty, and I feel great fresh faced or fully beat! I will definitely visit the store and Eric again.

Fallon was absolutely amazing. She was extremely helpful in finding the perfect lip shade. She took her time out to educate me on morphe and jaclyn hill products as I was making a decision on a highlighter and some lip products. I had such a nice time in the store and I can’t wait to go back!!!

I had a great time here today!! Fallon helped me color match to the foundation I wanted and was very knowledgeable about the different products to help find the ones that work best for me! She was very kind and was super hygienic when handling the makeup. I ended up spending over $100 on morphe products because she explained so many different applications for a wide range of products. I’ll be sure to come back soon.

I had an issue that I had previously wrote a review for and now I am back to change it to the rating this store deserves. Not only did the manager Nicole remember my name from a review, she had reached out to me via email but I never check this account. When I was checking out and she asked for my rewards number she immediately asked about my previous experience and made it right. This is more of a review of Nicole than the store, and if Morphe corporate happens to see these reviews PLEASE COMMEND this manager. The situation was handled with such care, compassion and exactly how a manager should handle customer experience. I left feeling valued, and could not be more impressed with Nicoles IMPECCABLE customer service skills.

I love this store! Eric was so kind and helpful; he helped me find the perfect shade of foundation for my skin and the perfect formula for the event I needed it for. Both he and Blossom were incredibly patient and lovely!! I will be coming to this location for all of my makeup needs!

Its a small store, but they had some nice eye make up palettes.

I don’t leave google reviews often but when I do it’s because someone royally messed up or I had a phenomenal experience. This is one of those phenomenal reviews. I visited the cherry hill store for the first time honestly full of anxiety because of my looking a hot mess and not a smidge of makeup on. The last time I went to buy makeup at the mall I left Sephora in tears. today where I was greeted SO WARMLY, everyone was so friendly and Eric who I later found out was the manager really made this an experience I’ll brag to everyone about. He took his time to show me everything, kept me in my budget and I can’t wait to go back and visit. Thank you for opening a store in cherry hill! And THANK YOU AGAIN ERIC!

I went in for some eyebrow pomade and left with everything I would need for a full face for at least a month. Eric came up and immediately made me feel like I could ask questions without looking dumb like you would at Sephora. Eric got me everything I need to cover my dark circles and open up my color palette without looking like a clown. I’ve never rated anyone on google but I just had to for Eric. A real special employee.

I went into the store for the first time yesterday and I had such a great experience. The employees there were so nice and helpful and one girl helped me find the perfect shade of foundation. I will definitely be coming back in when I am in the area again.

Not gonna say i hated the experience bc I wanted to love it but I didnt. We all need some adjusting since Covid especially for us regulars who are used to walking in to grab and go. If you want people to actually buy and not run towards the nearest exit like they just ate some Taco Bell, I encourage listening to your shoppers. When I was there my opinion was very much pushed around and I almost felt obligated to choose exactly what I did not want thanks to the workers. Attitudes were friendly but also very straight to the wrong points. I went to this store bc I love Morphe as a product. I kindly ended up in Mac after push came to shove with the people on the sales floor.( just an insider no kidding after the lady swatched a brown liner pencil I asked if she could swatch a red one. Which resulted her to point at the brown swatch, give me a dirty look, then tell me “well this swatch (the brown one) is not red”. *Clearly*. It was definitely comical.

Wonderful, professional, very helpful. Makeup is the best. I would most definitely recommend.
