They have a mix off everything from food to cleaning products even a wine🍷 spot inside the place. Its well organize and easy to find wut I need.

Cant complain about Shop Rite. They appeared to doing some construction in the store but it didnt impede navigation of the store. Clean and appeared to be kept up well.

Very clean, great atmosphere. Are you done with are easily found. The deli is awesome and very efficient. Customer service is outstanding. Thats why I give it 4 stars. I could go on but Im sure everyone gets my drift.

Great place to shop. Prices are moderate and if you use their frequent shopper card, you can save several dollars on reduced and sell items. But, they should have their deli department bring your orders to the front check out instead of you returning to their location in the store to retrieve your electronic/computer order. I have forgotten my order twice bc I checked out my groceries and forgot my deli order. I remembered when I wanted to eat a sandwich that evening, bread but no deli!!!

Its One of my favorite supermarkets. Their weekly deals are pretty decent especially with the rise in food prices. The associates are always so helpful and polite and they keep everything stocked and clean. Its always worth the trip. They deserve a well earned raise 👍

I just had the worst experience at your store. I have been a frequent customer for years and the customer service I received today was so horrendous that I will being finding a new store. I went to pick up my online shopping order after receiving a text message about out of stock items. There was seven items that I was told were out of stock. But I have found from the past, that many times the items are there but the shopping does not know where to find them. For instance paramount bread is always in the deli section and not in the bread section. Today when I arrived I was told I could not enter the store from the online shopping pick up. But being I had to come in to see if I could find those items. Which I did find 6 out of the seven. Coincidence maybe? Or more likely the person who shopped my order didn’t take the time to look. Then after I shop for my missing items myself. I went back to the online shopping area to be told again that I would have to leave the store only to re enter from the back. At this point I’m furious that I have been treated this way. It’s 97 degrees outside and I’m 60 being asked to walk around the store. I spoke to Frank the manager and informed me that his employees were in the right and I’m the one in the wrong here. No sorry for your inconvenience treated me terribly. Well I guess they don’t care?? Know it’s clear to me that they don’t care!!

Stopped in to grab some items from deli counter. We are traveling from out of state. Many associates behind counter and no customers waiting.. I waited a moment to be helped. An associate asked if I needed help I said yes she said I had to use one of the express order machines?! The problem is the displays had so much condensation that I couldnt even see what they had available. Im shocked that they couldnt take my order face to face. Wont be back..However if you are in the area a few miles down the road there is another ShopRite that gave a complete opposite experience. The store was organized, clean and the associates all were helpful

I’ve shopped at the location for many years. But today will be the last. If you choose to work a job in customer service then you should know how to approach customers and be able to take feedback. However, one bad apple has ruined the whole bunch. And a rude employee (specifically working the self check out line) that can not handle being told that their approach to a situation was unprofessional has led to my decision to never return to this location. Their response of “well if that’s how you feel I don’t know what to tell you but I’m still here” will receive just as rude of a response. You will not make it in the customer service industry that long with that type of attitude.

The prices at SR Garden State are overwhelming and unbearable. we are actually paying for their building upgrade.I can see if you charge us 30 40 50% more on a item.But youre charging us a dollar $2 250 on an item, They have a word for that, gulging.Ive been coming to this particular SRFor 35 years I am 66 years old now.I havent seen anything like this in my whole life.I cant shop here no more, I could only buy items that are on sale.Im going to other stores.and all the SR are the same cause I go to the one on Springdale Road, where I live close to and Its worst!!!You rippin off senior citizensYou Should be ashamed of yourself!

Absolutely horrible experience. My first and last time going here. Joann, the manager, needs not only a reality check, attitude check but also serious retraining. I called in advance asking about availability for seafood, only to find out that an item she claimed was out of stock was actually in stock. On top of that, they then decide that they want to go back on a policy that they clearly have listed and stated in the front. How do you pick and choose what you do and don’t want to honor?? Make it make sense. The only positive in this situation was the girl at the seafood counter who was very professional, friendly and courteous. Never coming here again.

I like to support our small town grocery store, but when we have to buy larger quantities of food, especially for scouting events and trips, this shop rite is my go-to. They have an amazing inventory, good selection of specialty foods, and lots of helpful staff.

Has many product options,an in store liquor market,kosher market. Excellent premade store made seafood enrees such as crab cakes and coconut shrimp. Great variety of products. Sells money orders and lottery tickets as well as stamps. Great premade subs and sandwiches. Been shopping here for over 25 years

Stocked well, and proper safety precautions are in place, but the checkout lines are a bit long. Friendly staff helps make it bearable, though.

Not a good time for a review. This location is in the midst of massive renovations. The parking lot is full of construction debris, the inside is in total disarray. Was second guessing my decision to stop here, but after finally finding a parking spot I decided to see if I could hunt down what I needed, which I did.

Easy to find comfort what you need. Store was also very clean.

I will never shop at this location again and at this point I’m done with this franchise. Every time I’m come to this location it’s a problem. I left my wallet in the car I asked them if I could leave my cart they say fine I come back they’ve already put my items back . I’ve been a loyal customer of over 20 years I’m down with this experience here

I have been a Shoprite fan for a long time, but when I walked inside his market, I was totally blown away. It was clean, well stocked, and the staff was very friendly. Best of all it wasnt crowded. This market is about 40min from my home. It was worth the ride.

This is a ShopRite I visit as a last resort. It generally possesses about half of what I get grocery-wise. However, oftentimes when looking more specific, like certain frozen vegetables other ShopRites have in abundance, this location disappoints. However, Im guessing thats because its a ShopRite in a popular location of New Jersey, so lots of people go there to shop and do so frequently.Cleanliness of this location also falls short. I had a bathroom emergency last night while shopping, and much to my dismay I was greeted by urine-soaked tissues that had long dried and stuck on the floor within an unoccupied stall in the womens restroom. Whats somewhat ironic is that there is a plaque on the wall near the sinks that expresses the stores commitment to maintaining tidy lavatories for their customers. It even has a button to press should the restroom not meet or exceed ones presumed standard of cleanliness. I pressed the button and heard no sound... I didnt have time to wait to see if anyone would come to clean the restroom.

Its HUUUUUUUUGE. Got a lot of stuff in there. The parking lot is an evil maze meant to trap people for weeks.

I changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. I love this store, before they started this kiosk ordering system at the deli. I went on 12/4 Friday close to noon time, placed my order ( only one item), waited for 35 minutes and still didn’t get it. The staff tried to help everyone but it was still a mess. Here are the problems I observed.1. There is one kiosk.2. Not everyone is tech- savvy. I had to help the grandma in front of me to complete her order.3. They place your order in the bin in accordance to the last 4 digit of the cell phone number. Many orders were placed in the wrong bin.4. Unhygienic- everyone was touching everyone’s order in order to see the number printed on the label.5. Recommendation- place the kiosks at the entry so people are aware of this change upon entering the door, and can place the order, go shopping, and come back to pick it up.6. No communication- many people had missing item in the order because it was sold out. This should be communicated while placing the order so customers can consider alternatives.

I like this grocery store, its laid out nicely and easy to navigate. It is a bit small but they use their space wisely. I love that they carry my bustelo coffee. Some people at the deli are quite nice and some could use maybe an etiquette class or two. That being said you can always find an employee to help you there if you need it. Theres always managers walking around grocery guys walking around and grocery ladies and its been my experience that if I say excuse me Im having trouble finding something they will literally stop what theyre doing and tell me where it is supposed to be but usually they try to go find it for me. Oh and the fact that you can buy wine here!! I come from a dry town so this was quite the pleasant surprise. Now that I live near Cooper river, this is my grocery store.

They now have an electronic device that you can put in different info and get the digital coupons. It will be taken off at the register.😄😄😄

Right now I am very annoyed at the Cherry Hill location. First of all, an associate (female) was placing new stock in the freezer section. The problem is she had braids down her back and some were pulled over her shoulders. Yes, they were secured at the back of her neck, but when she leaned forward she was putting her head into the freezer and her hair was swinging free and laying on packages of frozen product. I cannot even begin to tell you how unsanitary that is. In these days of Covid-19 (really, at any time), no ones hair should be swinging free into the freezer and laying on packages of frozen product!The second item also concerns the freezer. No 1-pound bags of mixed vegetables for at least 3 weeks. Yes, there are steam in bags, they dont work (only 12 ounces). No bags of sliced okra.Third item is there are too many store associates walking around with loose masks, masks below their noses (protects no one), and masks (the throw away kind) that look like they are soiled and have been used for a month. Those masks are made to be used for ONE DAY, ONLY!

Was in there yesterday bought seafood had them steam it and he said he forgot and steamed it again but unfortunately he overcooked my shrimp and crabs very sad and waste of 50$

Ravitz family owned Shoprites are always well stocked. The employees are pleasant and professional. I love their bakery. Nice cake decorating and the quality of cake is very good.

They were resetting stock, & Displays, so Ill Say little until next time.

I left my cart for just a moment and it already had groceries in it and someone took my cart .the manager saw that I put my cart on the side and he saw I was looking for it and he didn’t say anything to me and he was acting like he didn’t see anything .this happened today 4/25/21 don’t leave your cart unattended someone will take it and nobody doesn’t know anything

Its always clean, generally its fully stocked and if its not everyone is helpful getting more out of the back or giving you rain checks or coupons.

I love shoprite there food is so fresh and on top they have a liquor store inside of their and they also have a department for Kosher foods an amazing seafood department

I like ShopRite in general but this one is the exception. There are two reasons for this. They don’t carry items that are in the sale circular. The deli is poorly managed. The employees in the deli walk through their job at a snail’s pace and the place desperately needs a paint job. The management team needs to visit Lawnside or Evesham to see how it should be done.

Love their shop from home. Just wish it wasnt so difficult to find an available timeslot to order from. Also wish there was a way to add things after you push submit before your shopping time.

The blonde woman working in the liquor store was quite possibly the rudest clerk/cashier Ive encountered in any grocery store. Most liquor stores in NJ close at 8pm on Sundays, which weve been aware of for well over a decade. This specific cashier was essentially attempting to dissuade customers from coming in and/or rushing them through making their decisions. Understandably they must inform incoming customers that they close at 8pm, but the attitude and tone that this woman was using was unproffessional and discourteous to the point where anyone could see and hear that she was very annoyed with each incoming customer. My girlfriend asked the taller man working, who happened to be very nice and helpful, where a specific wine was for a dish we were cooking so that maybe we could speed up the process of looking for what we needed and leave by the clearly very strict closing time of 8pm. As the man was helping us by looking on the computer, the blonde woman loudly reminded my girlfriend from behind her back that she only had 3 MINUTES left to shop when it was clear to us and other customers in the store that it was 7:53PM (7 minutes left until closing). She then said rather seriously that she would lock the gate with everyone still in here as she grew more annoyed. It was evident that customers around us also recognized the attitude and demeaning tone that this woman continued to use toward everyone. I have reported her and her unacceptable attitude towards customers to management. I only hope that they address it properly because all other employees in the liquor store, other than this blonde woman, that weve encountered have been very pleasant and never rude.

Nice big store, clean, has a strictly kosher area very nice. But the reason I went into the store(the deli) looked closed or to be closing, didnt get a welcoming, good customer service vibe from that particular area.

First time at this location friendly staff will definitely be returning.

Reasonable prices. Very helpful staff. Only drawback now possibly due to pandemic is store stock. They are not keeping up with it and a lot of items were empty. make sure to check expiration dates on perishables...

Nothing is being done to enforce or even acknowledge state mandates on occupancy. It was completely crowded, plenty of shoppers werent wearing masks, and these poor employees look like theyre being stretched to their limits with the stress of it all.Ill be filing a report with the states health department tomorrow. Someone needs to be held accountable for the occupancy and mask violations before this store becomes a hotspot for rampant virus transmission.

Everything was perfect. Frozen in separate bags. Clerk brings them to car and loads them in. Wonderful service.

I recently went to buy some fish. And a lot of the customers were getting lobsters, crab and shrimp. I kindly requested the associate to change his gloves (he gave me this are you serious stare) however I explained to him that my husband is allergic to shellfish. In addition to changing his gloves he stated he would wash his hands as well. His actions were notable, he is the only person who has ever went above and beyond to ensure there wasn’t any cross contamination between myself and his previous customer! Excellent job!

Greate place to buy... But some items are over price

This ShopRite has the widest selection of international food items. Plus, the Kosher Experience has the best quality products.

Very conveniently located on the route 70 quarter and a short distance from route 38 this ShopRite is extremely large with a phenomenally good selection of offerings including a completely separate kosher section in the rear of the store. When we were there see but the store thought enough of our time to have had all of the cashiers working to process everybody in a reasonable manner. Their prices were excellent and they were very well stocked for the Thanksgiving holiday season. They make for an extremely pleasant shopping experience. Enjoy!

I love this market

Store is uncrowded, clean and well stocked, but I had a negative experience here today. The manager kicked me out for taking pictures of a few water bottle packages and prices on the shelf - with my phone. Technically he was justified in kicking me out, but he and another employee both got quite a bit closer than 6’ away from me while he asked me to leave the store.

Ok ..not a lot of food

Its huge and has everything you can think of! Even alcohol and tobacco, so you can get everything you need all at one store! Its your local one stop shop for all your wants and needs, to simplify your life and save you money while still providing good quality food and products!

I love this store! They are very rarely out of products and their prices are great! Th produce is always very fresh and great quality!

I couldnt find any prepared meals at this store. Other Shop Rite markets have better choices and more deli selections to choose from, and a good number of prepared meals to just pop into the oven or microwave. The store wasnt that impressive. However the employees were very cordial.

I was able to shop safely and got great bargains at Gabes and shoprite

A little difficult to navigate, but one of the better stocked shop rites overall.. crowds will be present on occasion but they usually have enough variety for you to get what you came for

I came in there early just to grab a few items, and as I was getting in the line, one of the associates there saw that since I only had a few items, it would be easier for me to just go to the self check-out. Because of his keen awareness and concern for the customer, I was able to get through expeditiously. I thought it was very professional and very efficient on his behalf.
