Good variety. Slightly more expensive than chain stores but great people and wonderful service. Delicious Smoothies. Kids will love this place. Accepts credit cards. We got Mango Smoothie anf Banana Smoothie. Both are wonderfully Delicious.

Cheshire Coffee in Waterbury is our regular coffee place. My wife and I happened to drive out to the main location one day because its open later. Same great service and beverages.The toasted almost mocha frappe is our favorite.

Cheshire coffee ☕ is consistently excellent, with prompt courteous service 😀; and a friendly staff.The coffee is wonderful, we biked 20 miles on back roads from New Haven just to enjoy a cup. This is my favorite coffee shop of all the ones I’ve visited so far. Delicious blueberry white mocha (they made it half-sweet when I asked), plenty of seating and a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be returning next time I am in the area!

This place is a GEM. You will love the feeling you get when you come here. The inside feels cozy with that coffee aroma flowing everywhere. There is plenty of space to sit and chill. You get that small coffee shop feeling while it being spacious at the same time. They have SO much variety in their coffee and deserts! They even have sandwiches ready to go. This was a cute coffee shop with plenty of parking and friendly staff. The coffee was good, but didnt blow me away. However, I would probably return when wanting to get work done since theres ample seating.

BEST COFFEE IN THE AREA! Decided to try a new place versus the chain restaurant on my route and I was VERY impressed. The coffee selections are big and the pound coffee has a great selection of different coffees. The food was great and very tasty. The prices were normal considering the atmosphere and type of food. WAAAYYYY better than Starbucks or any other place that believes they serve coffee best😀

My coworker, we will call her Princess A raves about this place and I finally was able to check it out. I was in a rush but very friendly people behind the counter I told him it was my first time here to answer the few questions and I ordered fresh mozzarella with roasted peppers on ciabatta bread.I also got a white hot chocolate which is kind of hard to find it was a little too sweet for my liking but was still good. Seating was tight as its a small place but overall I probably would go back.

Absolutely ridiculous wait. After 5 minutes the girls asked me what I’d ordered, and they’d gotten my order wrong. Incompetent staff and slow service. Wouldn’t come back to this location.

The staff was friendly, but the menu needs to be updated! Drove over from Meriden (20 minutes) after looking at the web site and deciding it looked like a good place for lunch. When we arrived they basically had NO food except for pastry and baked goods! After displaying my disappointment the rather quippy gentlemen behind the counter assured us that “its not because of COVID”, they would NOT be making sandwiches again, permanently..... so Update website ASAP!!

I love coming to Cheshire Coffee. If you come often enough they will pick up your usual order right away. The baristas helped me craft my drink with recommendations and it is my life line. The staff is so friendly and uplifting. The coffee beats Starbuck and Dunkin by a mile. I bring everyone I can here. It is also a great place to study or do homework. Favorite part of my day.

The best Ive ever had!

Drove all the way from Hamden to get coffee beans because my husband and I actually like this shop’s selection and we want to support local businesses as much as we can. Arrived at 5:50pm to find the doors locked and all the lights off inside. The website states the coffee shop closes at 6pm as well as the large sign posed on the front door of the shop. Time to find a new local business to support who doesn’t lie about their hours.

Large coffee shop with plenty of good selections and delicious tea. Ive been here several times without a bad experience. There is also the Cheshire bike path up the road which is a great place to take a friend or date after getting a hot or cold beverage based on the weather.

When they say its all about the coffee, they definitely do a great job holding to their slogan. Requested a drink with 6 shots of espresso and thinking of how strong it was going to be, like Starbucks, but when I got it and gave it a try, I was pleased to know how subtle it was. I can easily say Ill be coming back in the near future and can willingly say it was a better experience than Starbucks!

It is nice place to set or to meet your friends, nice customer service. The coffee is like no caffeine in it the other beverages are drinkable.

Great Atmosphere and fun original treats!Not your typical coffee hangout. The Unique drinks and fun staff really make this place. Wish it was a little closer to the highway (84 or 691) but then it might take away from the quiet ambiance. All in all a favorite meeting place conveniently located on rt 10 and easy to find for someone who isnt familiar with the area!

Really the best true blue local coffee shop Ive been to in Connecticut. Atmosphere is important. And its cozy, relaxed and inspiring. The coffee is accessible yet appealing to the even the more discriminating pallet. Its a winner.

I tried this coffee place by recommendation of a business partner. I absolutely love this coffee shop!! Everything tastes so good, and the atmosphere is incredible. It is a cozy environment where you can sit by yourself and enjoy a nice book or newspaper or where you can go with a good friend or family member and have a nice conversation over coffee/hot chocolate/you name it!

Cute little coffee shop with touches of SBucks in terms of assortment but without the corporate logos. Coffee is great and they have an excellent selection of teas. Muffins are all good, but the triple chocolate muffin is beyond delicious.Be aware, space inside is very tight and seating is limited. Staff is very happy to help if you need it however.

Excellent coffee brewed from their own micro-roasted beans. Also tea, smoothies, and bubble tea. Very good selection of homemade baked goods and sandwiches made fresh daily. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Fair prices. Very popular with the locals, this is an excellent destination for city dwellers on a Sunday drive or a long bike ride. In warm months you can sit outside and enjoy a view of the hills beyond. Particularly beautiful in the fall.

The coffee is really good. The food (sandwiches, wraps and croissantwiches) is fresh, the staff are friendly, even if you are not a regular. Nice mix of small tables and deep leather chairs; outside umbrella tables away from the road. One caveat: inside the shop, the floors are wood and very little deadens voices, making conversations not private and hard to hear.Nice place. I recommend.

Cheshire Coffee is by far the best coffee shop/unique-but-not-too-far-off-the-beaten-path place you can go to in the Waterbury area! It has delicious food, drinks, and specialties that top everywhere else. Though it can be a bit pricey, things are usually beautiful to look at and yummy to taste. I go here almost every weekend, sometimes more than once, to get my coffee fix. This place is awesome! Definitely recommend the Frosted Mint Mocha Iced Latte or Frappe, and the Chicken Ciabatta sandwich if youre hungry!!

I only stopped in for a cappuccino and to do some reading. Super friendly staff who actively clean the tables in-between the rushes. I will definitely visit again when in the area.

Good coffee, terrible bagels.2 times Ive gotten a bagel from Cheshire Coffee, and both were rock hard and inedible. I dont know if they are keeping old bagels until they sell, or if they expect me to eat it like a biscotti, but they need to step their game up. When the employees take a bagel out of the toaster that has the density of a brick, they should know not to put it on a plate and serve it to a customer.

Best coffee in town and you don’t have to ask me twice. Well actually this is the only coffee I have had in Cheshire so I guess there is not much competition in my books. I had a cinnamon bun latte and it was out of this world! I siped and said oh boy howdy this is jaw droppingly delectable!! I tragically can’t say the same for the chocolate croissant. I have a theory that somehow the chocolate croissant had a freak accident and became extremely hard. But once you get get chewing it’s a good taste. Beautiful humans there. Maybe you you fall in love with someone eating a hard chocolate croissant.

Skip Dunkin’ Donuts! And don’t go out of town to find a Starbucks when I have this fantastic locally owned Café. I don’t digest milk products like I used to, so I’m very happy they have almond and soy milk. Always packed, I suggest Going between nine and 10 if you want to miss the crowds. I love espresso, and Cheshire Coffee makes a wonderful cup. Or a double serving, which is what I enjoy.

Great drinks and food products. Food and drinks are a little pricey but doable. One thing that did bother me was that the past two times I’ve been there I have seen people behind the counter vape from something that resembled a juul. I don’t know what it was and would like to give the benefit of the doubt to the employee and say that it was a handheld essential oil diffuser however my instinct does tell me something was up. I don’t feel comfortable having nicotine products around my food regardless if it is a regular cigarette. This needs to be stopped.This happened Yesterday a little after 3:00

I experienced a rude worker who had no manners and couldn’t help me when I had to look for a tea that wasn’t even there in their tea selection. This was the first time I’ve had an unpleasant experience here but something needs to be done about talking to workers about having a friendly positive attitude when dealing with the public.

I come here whenever I am close as the coffee is great as are the home made pastries. The people are very friendly and willing to help with suggestions.

Good food and coffee, good service, great atmosphere. I live about 35 minutes away yet find myself here more often than you might expect. Its a good meeting spot.

The coffee is good but if you go in anytime after 8:30 p.m. the workers will give you dirty looks the entire time youre ordering / while they are making your beverage and when they hand it to you. The business doesnt close until 9 p.m. but they want to be cleaned up and walking out of the door at 9 p.m. and thats just not how it works. I always feel like if its past 8:30 I shouldnt go there because all they do is shoot you looks because you messed up their cleaning process by ordering a drink. Sorry but the sign on the door says 9 p.m., you cant lock the doors at 8:50.

Great service, excellent coffee and yummy pastry. I left a sweater there by mistake and they held on to it and were very pleasant when I called for it days later. I highly recommend this place.

I was so excited and surprised to find bubble tea on their menu. The excitement was short lived. I was given room temperature sugar milk that tasted nothing like matcha. The worst part was the tapioca pearls, which I had to pay extra for. They were boiled to the point that the bottom of the cup was dense black sludge, making it difficult to drink.

Quaint cozy yet surprisingly spaciousness. Service is pleasant and sweet. Took my daughter before school.
