WOW, this review should have been posted the first time I did business with you folks over 10 plus years ago . You have been keeping my multiple business computers with all my IT needs up and running since day one. Whenever there is a problem. One call or email. Bang! You guys fix things most time the same day I called. How can anyone get a better IT guys for their business. Also, let me tell, or better yet ask my wife. Cox could never get my TV and computers right at home for my wife and 3 young children as I do not watch TV. But you know what they say. Happy wife and family. I have a very happy life Thanks to Transform computers.

Excellent service! Friday my computer would not turn on. I called Transform, Ben came out within 2 hours, and less than 5 minutes of being on site knew it would be 1 of 2 things. I lucked out and it was only the internal power supply! He ordered the OEM part, repaired the computer, and I am typing this review on it now (Wednesday). I am more than pleased with the service and would highly recommend Transform Computer Repair to other small businesses!

I love these guys -- They are truly expert geeks who solve problems quickly, intelligently and with good cheer.They have resolved several issues for me -- once a cracked screen on my MacBook Pro, and another time they rebuilt an old Mac laptop for my son. We needed a way to improve our TV choices, and we have a repair contract with Transform, though only for our PCs. I was pleasantly surprised when Mitchell, the associate who answered the phone at Transform, offered to come to our home and look at how we are set up.Mitchell also did research on our behalf, and recommended Chromecast, though he also explained Roku. I also thought I might want to do slide shows, so he looked into that as well. Mitchell did an excellent job, taking all our needs into account (he even reviewed the specs I brought over for a possible replacement TV).Mitchell picked up the Chromecast unit offering to install it, although I wanted to try it myself. The whole process took less than a week. Highly recommend Transform to any individual or business with tech or a/v questions. It was great to shop local and avoid going to a big box store!

I went to Transform to have a power jack replaced on my lap top some time ago, the one they replaced it with seems to be sturdier than the original and is holding up very well.The work was done very quickly and they also quoted less than half the price of anyone else I found in the area.Great business.

Repair or replace- so often the cheaper option these days is to replace, sadly. I decided to take a shot at repairing something simple, but a huge pain for someone without the proper tools to work on, a loose charging port on my laptop. I had a great experience at Transform Technology! Even though they were extremely busy, they were able to order the battery I needed for my chromebook and I had it installed in less than a week!

While working on a tight deadline, my computer crashed. After spending a few hours trying to reboot, I contacted transform. They logged onto my computer remotely and diagnosed the issue (a faulty hard drive). They ordered and installed the new drive within a day. I can attest to their on target diagnosis and quick turnaround. They were also very good at explaining details in english rather than tech speak. Two thumbs up, five stars.

Laptops GPU melted into the motherboard. I knew the problem was the motherboard but I wanted to diagnose the exact problem and check out my options. They were knowledgeable and gave me a call back sooner than I was expecting. Unfortunately getting a new motherboard for my laptop was more expensive than it was worth so they didnt up repairing it for me (~$400 for the new motherboard since this model is discontinued) but their diagnosis was great and it was even free too. I honestly felt bad not paying them for all the work they did taking my laptop apart and diagnosing (and then putting it back together). They were able to answer every question I threw at them and explain things to me concisely.Thank you Transform. If I ever have any similar needs in the future Ill be sure to be back.

I brought my laptop to this place for DC power jack repair (battery would not charge unless pressure was kept on the plug). They did fix it BUT I was mad at first since it was VERY slow after waking up the first time and my WiFi reception was poor (my router is only about 6 feet away). A reboot fixed the slowness but still WiFi reception was very bad. I was going to go back thinking it was a major issue but luckily I decided to look and under the first cover I removed from the bottom was the WiFi receiver with the antenna left disconnected. I clipped the two wires back where they belong and all was fine again. Im giving a good review because they did fix the problem I went there with, it was just an oversight I guess on the WiFi antenna.
